It wasn't very busy and I had to wait at the counter to place my order for nearly 4 minutes. I wasn't greeted when the young man took my order. My food was quickly served and was good but they forgot sour cream on my nachos bell grande. I took it back and they put sour cream on. No apologies or anything.

i come through the drive through weekly some days daily. i get 2 large drinks and most of the time they are being filled up to the lid like they should be but the other half of the time there’s an 3-4 inch gap from the lid and drink. ive complained about this before. if i wanted a medium drink i would’ve ordered one. and then put the cherry on top the person on the headset seemed very rushy and a bit rude. do better tb.

Ordered door for me and my family for pick up through the app the other day. It was a decent amount of food, I will say. But the lady working the window didn’t say a single word to me, and still had an attitude. She handed me the drinks, then basically threw the bag of food at me and slammed the window, still not saying a single word. You can have a horrible day, but still at least pretend to be happy while helping customers (coming from someone who works in food service). Talk about customer service.

Once again the food was not what it is supposed to be! Ordered 3 taco supremes and one didn’t have sour cream at all and the other two only had a little dribble in the middle. Also ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and didn’t have the cheese or the sour cream. It tasted terrible. It's Taco Bell, you can never go wrong with that! Great service, as usual. The prices are staying moderately low compared to other places. I mostly use the drive thru and order my usual~ a crunchy taco with ONLY MEAT & CHEESE (∅lettuce or sauce) and a side of nacho cheese. There is indoor seating and outdoor patio tables.

Ordered 3 crunchwraps 1 of them with extra sauce, received 3 halfs of a crunchwrap 2 of them with no sauce, none of them marked to say which was which. If it wasn't for the fact that I didn't notice until I was back across town than they'd be remaking them. Sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and asked if anyone was there multiple times with no answer. Someone took out the trash and saw us but didn’t say anything. We expected like one person to be there but there were about 5 with no other customers there. They took our order in the building - didn’t seem really friendly. Rudely put my coffee down on the counter and barely said a word even though I didn’t mention all the drive thru issues or anything. Service just wasn’t that great.

Last 7 or so orders over the last few weeks have been lack luster. Portion sizes are half what the picture shows. Missing toppings or ingredients at times. Missing requested sauce packets.

Tonight got a powerbowl. Flatbread melt. Chicken enchilada burrito. Half the size the picture shows. Almost no sauce on anything. No sauce packets in bag.

The accuracy. Quality. Consistency has gone down hill fast. This used to be my favorite location. Now it's like the other in fondy. Just not good. At this point I don't see why I should even bother getting taco bell or recommending it

Drive through Fond du Lac for work. Stop at this Taco Bell often. Very consistent with good personalities and attitudes from the workers. Even when there Is a line in the drive thru, we've never had an exhausting wait (they get the orders out in a very timely manner). We often order boxes with different items. They never have mixed up the items or put the wrong things in the wrong boxes. They've never screwed up our order. And the food is always hot and fresh.

Also, I feel sometimes t bell skimps on the tacos meaning they look less "full" than they should. The tacos are always full here with proportionate ratios of meat and toppings.

I was always a fan of the Enchiritos that Taco Bell used to have in the 70s and 80s so, when I heard that they were bringing them back for a limited time, I decided to drop in and have a couple for old time's sake. Based on the advertising I had heard, it sounded like you had to order these using their app, which I really didn't want but yet was prepared to do just to get them. When I went into the store I found out that wasn't the case by a very helpful woman ( Kari ) who waited on me. She took my order, with the modifications I wanted, and then very shortly afterwards I received my order. It was done EXACTLY and I had requested and the food was very good. After I was done eating I decided to go back to the counter to make sure I told the employees that the food was excellent and that I was appreciative, which was well received.

I've been to this Taco Bell location many times and will no doubt come back here into the foreseeable future. Nicely done !

I just got home from visiting this Taco Bell. I was in your drive thru at 158am and your employees refused to answer me on the order speaker then turned the lights off without a word. Why have an open or closing time if your not going to honor it anyways? Like it’s bad enough that every time I visit this place my order is somehow messed up or missing something or my fiesta potatoes are hard and cold. Sucks. Plain and simple, the worst one ever.
1st. It's never open hardly. Last week the drive threw said online orders only. At 8pm.
2nd, they mess up almost every time I order there with my simple order. It is a joke.

Almost every time I’m in this Taco Bell something is wrong. Some workers make rude faces and are not welcoming, this really upsets me every time. I started going all the way across town to the other Taco Bell because of this behavior. The blonde female with a pony tail and glasses always makes rude faces, and I often hear the big tall guy with black hair yelling in the kitchen while I try to enjoy my food. There’s always something added to my food that I didn’t ask for. I asked for a chicken quesadilla. VERY unprofessional and inappropriate, AND MY FIESTA POTATOES WERE COLD.
