On Oct 1 2025 we went to Taco Bell at 11 pm. I ordered 12 hard shell beef tacos. I asked for extra meat I was told it would be $11 more for a total of $33. When I got to the drive thru window the attendant said they are short of meat and would it be okay if half were chicken. I agreed. When I opened the order at home 1 taco had a small portion of chicken and 1 taco had a small portion of beef. The other 10 tacos just had lettuce and no meat at all. Not going to this place again.

Where do I even begin. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They mess up orders consistently. Hundreds of dollars of messed up orders and they do not care.

The food is terrible and never stays together. Tell me why when I unwrap my taco I get taco salad. The service is worse than the food. If you want to get half of what you paid for and poorly made food then the place is for you. But if you want decent food and at least what you paid for then avoid this place at all costs. Believe me it will cost you.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive-through only to get home and then realized we were missing two tacos. The taco that I got was meagerly filled and the steak and jalapeño nacho fries only had 7 fries. I also ordered a medium size drink and got a small. They sometimes do well. Hardly anything inside the tacos (portions were a joke!) The chicken quesadilla had one chunk of chicken and not much filling aside from the sauce.

Manager has no respect. Called about my potatoes not having extra potatoes like I ordered and then called about it. Got a cold remark, of "We did put extra" when I have photo proof of them using the normal sized container. I paid 4.61 for the EXACT same amount that they would have given a normal order. It was rude to the point where it honestly appalled me and I ended up swearing at her which on my end was uncalled for and that is acknowledge but you need better management. Not even close to customer service, no explanation, no apologies. Just complete incompetence I know what I paid for I have ordered this before and I get a plate of potatoes that you use for loaded fries. It's unfortunate that people like this think others are dumb enough to believe their bold face lies when it's clearly just the fact you don't have good customer service and don't want to make the amount of food I asked for. I always order the same thing and the absolutely wonderful woman (manager I believe?) who made my order makes sure it's done right every time! They actually take the time to make your order presentable (and for my bowl- they really layered it for taste too). They definitely put that extra touch on your order when it comes through. I usually go through late at night or in the evenings.
In my opinion, its the Best Taco Bell location in the area! 🌮

Some Taco John's locations need to hire adults who are mature and take pride in their work. It was disgusting, and it gave me diarrhea. Staff was rude to my fiance. I got a breakfast crunch wrap without the shell w extra egg onion and tomato. There was 4 tomatoes and one portion of eggs. I was a Taco Bell GM I know what a portion of eggs is so I know what a double is. When I said something to the drive-thru that I wasn't given my dbl eggs he argued with me. Went for late night food run while staying at Oneida Casino. Ordered 4 regular tacos and nachos and a quesadilla and I have to say, what a complete joke. There was About a tablespoon of meat and a few pieces of lettuce and a few pieces of cheese with 90% shell for $1.79!!! Nachos bell grande for over $5 and we would say nachos a few tortilla chips! I would completely be embarrassed to service this to any one. What a complete rip off and sad because the service was so good and the girl working the drive thru so friendly and food was fast. Now I know why, making “tacos” without anything in them and putting about 15 tortilla chips in a bowl is very quick work. Tisk Tisk Taco Bell do better for your customers.

#1) None of the various Taco Party Packs were on menu, although available when inquired. Ordering was difficult because the young female staff rattled off the options too fast and didn't know the prices for anything.

#2) Ordered a dozen tacos and asked for sauce because if you don't ask, they won't give. Same staff only put in 4 measley packs of sauce!

Ordered at the kiosk and didn't hear anything for 45 mins. Finally another customer asked what was going on. The manager came out blaming everyone else and cussing the entire time. After a hour we got a refund for the incorrect amount and our "food". I think they just gave us a random bag of old food, it was disgusting and wrong.

I walked in to place an order in the store as there was a long line of cars in the drive through. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes straight as nobody acknowledged me, they knew i was there as i saw them notice me multiple times. 1 employee taking orders for drivethrough and 2 employees making the food and for 10 minutes not one of them even acknowledged me as i watched about 5 drive through orders go out the window. I just got some drive thru with my son and his cousin, and to be honest it was terrible! The food looked like it was just thrown in the bag, half of the tacos fell out of the wrappers, the burrito was a joke, if you can even call it a burrito. I asked for sauce twice which I had to go inside to grab for myself as well as napkins because for some reason the careless teenager working didn't think napkins should come with takeout food. Update: lately this has been my go to location. The quality/make of the food has been a lot better than previously. My new go to here is the beef melt burrito and the new double steak grilled cheese burrito.
