This place would make a great Alice in Wonderland spinoff because every time I come here I go down a rabbit hole of confusion and excitement that leaves me disappointed at the edge of my toilet seat. I was once refused service for ordering on a bike, once there was a 40+ minute wait time because I think some employees were reenacting Wrestlemania moves, and I always get someone else’s order instead of mine. At this point I wonder if the manager is just really confused about how the Pay It Forward movement works. They should just rebrand this location as an experimental Rude Taco Bell because the consistency at which they make memorable disasters is commendable. Giving 2 stars because this place gives unforgettable stories and stomach issues to take home.

First of all, this is a training store so whatever garbage is taught here, the employees take that and promote the problem elsewhere.
I should not have to use a "kiosk" to place my own order when dining inside (quote: we're really busy so you're just gonna have to use our kiosk if you want to order). This is ineffective and poor decision making across the board for Taco Bell.
Because I refuse to do your job for you, I went and sat in line for 30+ min in the drive thru.
Your staff is inefficient at taking orders and getting food out to customers, especially in the drive-thru.
If Taco Bell wants to serve drive-thru customers only, you should take orders like Culvers and kick people to a wait line 🤔. This one order, one car at a time process is absolutely ridiculous in a fast food or any restaurant scenario. Get with the program, learn to be efficient. If I were Gordon Ramsay I would have already shut down the ineffective shit show that is Taco Bell.

I finally got my 4 food items 32 minutes after my arrival. Two of 4 items were incorrect. All food is cold!
Order: 2 Chili Cheese Burritos, 2 crunchy steak Taco Supremes. Now the price... 14$ and change. Are you kidding me? And you messed up my order...? I could get more and pay less if I went to an authentic Mexican restaurant. At said restaurant I also wouldn't get Grade D meat which is what is used for dog food🤔!

Every time I come it’s always slow. No one is efficient at all. I live down the street, and I rather waste gas to go to another taco bell. There is a bunch of people in there you can see cleaning when the inside is closed for 40min. Instead of helping in the kitchen with the line to the street. Its really sad because it’s taco bell it shouldn’t take almost 30 min in the drive through because people are to busy cleaning almost an hour after the lobby closed. They forgot a soft taco with our order, but they fixed it after a fair amount of back and forth. Their machine inside doesn’t email or text receipts like it claims it will, so make sure you get a printed one to show proof of your order for when they mess up the order. They don’t answer their phone ever. They don’t have an outgoing voice mail, so cross your fingers you’re calling the correct number when you have questions or issues. They don’t return calls when you leave a voice mail, and management has no idea you left a voice mail, so they may not check messages or communicate between management.

I went to the Taco Bell on velp ave in Green Bay wi on 11/26/24 and ordered cinnamon twits for my two year old. As soon as we got the food I could smell something but I didn’t know what it was. It wasn’t a good smell it was an old powerful stale smell. I gave my daughter a could twists and she wouldn’t eat them, I tried one and I’m pregnant and I almost puked. First visit. My friends and I visited for a late meal. I chose the new 7 dollar box which was very good. My other friend chose different items and was a bit disappointed. Last time I will make a purchase at the Velp store. Asked for hot sauce got nothing. Next time asked for hot sauce and told them of my experience. Hands down the worst Taco Bell in Green Bay. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and they never melted the cheese so when I pulled it out of the wrapper, cheese went everywhere. Husband ordered supreme tacos and they gave us just basic soft shell tacos. Ordered three drinks and they handed us two then I had to wait for atleast 5 mins for them to come back to the window even though they were standing right by it laughing and having a good time and people were behind me.

I went throught the drive through today. I got the weong size soda then gave me the right size but put ice in my drink when I asked for no ice. I asked for a change in a burrito, I got home and they did one thing right with but didnt add what i wanted. Then I got two burritos for my hustband and they forget the main ingredient for the burritos. I understand its a Holiday but you still need to get your orders right. Absolutely horrible all around! We walked in and no one was there to take our order. We had to take our own order on a machine. I waited at the counter for an employee to ask a question and when she finally came out, she gave me an attitude and still didn't answer the freaking question. While waiting for our order, we gather napkins and sauces. The floors were so sticky everywhere and condiment area was filthy. Bugs were flying around. But the service was great! It’s so incredibly hard to find fast food restaurants nowadays that have polite, kind and attentive workers. Plus getting the order right. Unfortunately mcd’s is about the worst, at all locations. I’ve found that Taco Bell continues to be one of the best. I’ve found with other places that if you do have an issue, they will do everything to make it better. Even if that means replacing your entire order. This just shows how infrequent they have issues. Someplace like Mcd’s, who has so many screw ups every hour of every day, usually only offer the minimal amount of replacement and recourse for orders that are teeribly wrong. And then they send things in the mail. Almost all Taco Bell’s operate on. Different level, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with their service, even when, on the rare occasion something gets messed up, they make up for it best that they can. Not just doing the bare minimum. Gotta love tacos!
