I love love love the Mexican pizza but I always find myself wanting more when I finish them so I've been ordering a double Mexican pizza, and I keep my receipt because the way I have to order it isn't in the kiosk so I use my old receipt for faster explaining of exactly what I am ordering ... Just ordered cinnamon twists while dashing and these were the WORST ones i have ever gotten in my life. They tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in weeks and somehow like burnt rubber. Went thru the drive thru, and asked for beefy five layer been burrito with extra hot sauce. He asked for me to read the order and make sure it all looked right and stated thered be 12 hot sauces. There were only 11. A serious disappointment after a 29 hour nursing shift. Thought id be treated with a little more dignity. Perhaps it was the pride flag and female symbol on my volkswagen beetle in sky blue that threw their peejydice my way. As a black woman in 2025, I would expect a better treatment. Times like these call to mind a great novel “1984” by George Orwell. Its as though they are controlling my thoughts and making me expect what I asked for and then gaslight me trying to make me think its just okay to disrespect a hungry woman at 11:00 PM just days before easter. Went here to get a quick lunch. Ordered a Crunchwrap, lady takes my order then goes to the back and never appears again until finally after 15 minutes I got irritated and was repeatedly saying “ma’am” to try and get her attention. Still nothing. Then finally I had to pretty much go behind the counter and yell “excuse me ma’am, I want a refund” and she comes out that saying she forgot to make my food and that she could make it now. I’m really really hoping it was a simple bag mix up, but unfortunately I’m not sure. My boyfriend and I went for a late night taco bell run and ordered a #7 (quesadilla and hard taco), a discovery luxe box, and a nacho bell grande. We received instead NO nacho bell grande, none of the discovery luxe box items, and FOUR quesadillas with no hard shell taco. It seems almost too outrageous to be a mistake other than a bag swap and I’m hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a late night. Still very disappointed to come home excited to eat only to not find the items we ordered.

I only gave this two stars because there was one very great employee who just made me want to find him a better job. This was my first time ordering from this location- might I add. I ordered around 5:02pm on the mobile app in the parking lot, to be specific, and then waitied about 10/12 minutes befoer going into the store. When I went in the guy was nice and stated it was taking a while, I understood and asked if they might have a estimated time; he just really wasnt sure due to being swamped, again understandable. I went to my car with my kiddos and we waited another 25/ 30 minutes and then I went in and checked again- still not ready, still unsure on completion time, went back to the car to wait again. Finally at 6:02pm the app told me my order was ready. I went in right away to retreve it and was told they just put it out and someone else must have took it. I was completely dumfounded. The origional guy I dealt with was again very personable and wanted to help, whereas the guy with a black with red strigs head covering was extremely rude, he stated they weren't going to remake the food and there was nothing he could do / was going to do. At that point I was livid, I can't even lie about that, my patience were more than thin and we were just hungry and wanted to go home. To back track they stated refund was not an option because no manager was there to do it. The man with the head covering tried to kick me out stating again there was nothing he could do but added I should take it up with door dash- I ordedred through the app and said that as well. I was not leaving without my money back or my food- period, and I said that. The very nice employee gave my kiddos a icee while we waited. Another man I had not seen yet came up and checked for my oreder (it was a bit of a scene at that point), he then told me they could remake it as I ordedred thorugh them directly, then preceeded to tell the guy with the head covering the same thing and lectured why they didn't check and just make it. The very nice guy from before also came up to me an apologized and gave me a few cupons. The guy with the head covering went up to him and lectured him on doing that stating that if they do that and give into people they will come back and do it again. I was about ready to blow up (but didn't), my food took an hour originally and was taken under their watch- mind you I came in twice prior to check and immediay when the app showed me and I stayed refreshing that page so I got it right away! I was so ready to go home; so me getting a bit out of carachter to defend myself and get what I paid for was not me trying to "pull one over" on anyone. I was at that place for over an hour and a half before I actually got my food, I left at 6:45pm. Please tell me how calm you would be at that point? I will never go back to that location, I literally never ever, ever go to taco bell so I probably never will agian honestly. Also I don't make reviewes often if that helps explain the awful experience. I'd suggest trying a different location if you plan to go. Thanks!

The app I used didn’t allow me to notify them I was on my way to pick up the order because I was reordering from an older previous order and I h added to the order and adjusted what I had previously ordered. The app acknowledged there was an issue and apologized. But the employee … the man was rude and short and said I need to do that and didn’t even ask if that was an option or if I need help or ask … I know what he was telling me and the app agrees it wasn’t available and I didn’t even think about doing it when I received a text to pick up my order. So we pulled in, sign says open dining, seen two people sitting almost on top of each other in a booth, my wife goes to go in and doors were locked, the guy that was with his honey in a booth came out basically said drive through only, no Taco Bell uniform wasn’t sure if he was an employee, then he runs to kitchen and starts doing pull ups on a shelf while we were watching this bizarre display of employee professionalism we looked at each other and decided for sure it would be to much work for whomever the employee is will never return to this establishment.

I went to the drive through to place my order. As I do at all other Taco Bells, I asked for beans to be subbed for the nacho cheese sauce on the taco (the beans are slightly healthier than the nacho cheese sauce) and I would pay the upcharge for the beans. They refused and said they did not do that there? I thought they were joking so I questioned it. They were VERY short with me and said that if I did not leave, they would call the police! I thought to myself 'that escalated quickly', so I left. I have never been treated so rudely for no reason. I emailed corporate what happened that day (now six days ago) about the incident but I have yet to receive a reply so I figured I would leave a comment here.

I had $42 stolen from me and requested a refund which was Saturday July 22nd. They told me come back Sunday once the manager was in, I kept calling to see if the manager was in and I got no answer so I called another Taco Bell to see if it was the correct number they called as well no answer. I go into this location to talk to the manager and the only thing she can focus on is me calling another Taco Bell the GM Terri has the most nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. Terri stated I should’ve called their area manager, I told her I don’t work for Taco Bell so I wouldn’t have the area manager contact information. She stated I should’ve never went to another Taco Bell and due to that I need to wait on the area manager to call me to process the refund it’s now Thursday and I still haven’t received a phone call. I called Wednesday and told a young lady that answered the phone my name and stated I needed to speak to a manager she yelled into the phone and said “Alex the refund lady is on the phone” I have never been so disrespected like they have disrespected me. I know for a fact if I was to go up there and cause problems due to the constant disrespect and my money being taking when I gave them back the food I would be the one sitting in jail. These type of people don’t deserve to work in fast food they have nasty attitudes I seen the fat chubby Hispanic manager snort a line literally through drive thru his eyes were red and he looked like a dear in headlights, the reason why I requested a refund, the black gentlemen smelled of weed. The workers were eating, drinking and vaping around the food prep area. One lady was eating, had gloves on took a bite then went back to making food. The bathroom was gross. None of the tables were clean. No forks. Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Provocative rap music using swear words and racial words on overhead.

Disrespectful employee we went to the drive through and try to order some food this man was very very rude and try to start a fight with his customers and he was outside standing in the doorway telling her customers that we was childish and try to start a fight and he was wrong for what he did people like that should be fired on the job and I don’t think that right to talk to your customers and he was very rude

Workers are ignorant and disrespectful, the good is not prepared to order its as if the employees can't read or don't care. Had to return after getting food in drive-thru for food being prepared improperly. Then told that they would not replace the food that they fu**ed up. The black worker at the counter just laughed like it was no big deal. They constantly make orders wrong taco bell should pay for my time and gas having to deal with their idiot employees. Says they close at 3am. And they are always closed by 9pm and even early then that. Very bad for business. EDIT: 4/30 Decided to give the play another try hoping for better luck only to not get all the food I paid for, and when we tried to go back through they said they are temporarily close and couldn't fix out order. So they are just stealing money from customers to keep there poorly managed store afloat. Would recommend go across town to a better tacobell

Staff greets you with ugly attitudes. Guy at the window dont change his gloves so he gets food on everything.. Food is never made right the receipt comes back perfect if you even get one always gotta ask for it so makes no sense why the food is made wrong. Go inside and they listening to rap music singing not paying attention to what they doing they don't care about the customers. Shut this place down or fire and hire new staff

The rudest employees work here. After asking for a receipt the young lady with a lip piercing took it and ran in the back with it. Then she came back up and was eating pizza in front of customers. The guy who handed the food out said he didn't know how to print a receipt so we would have to go without it.

Mexican pizza was good, but all over the top of the box. Had to scrape it off to eat it. My husband says the double cheesy steak burrito, spicy is good. I had a beefy burrito?? More like a bean burrito. It has more bean then anything else. Yuck, because I am not a big bean fan.

If there was an option for 0 stars, would have picked that. First one in, waited 40 mins for literally 3 tacos and quesadilla. Drive thru and online orders come and go, and growing roots on my feet. Ended up getting a refund, and not sure got right amount. Used kiosk and no option for a paper receipt. So I guess any left over money is rip for the wonderful service. I get it hard to find workers but can’t keep customers with this type of service. I’ll never go back
