Foods usually made alright, but drive thru wait times tend too be long. And when I ordered door dash from there last took them over 40 minutes too get my order done. Just ridiculously slow for a fast food place in my opinion I dont get why literally all taco bells are like this not just this location.

All I wanted was a rice and cheese taco with extra rice. I’m a vegetarian and it’s hard to find many options. I got charged for the extra rice and the taco barely had any in it. I could roll the little thing 3 times and still had more shell left over. The rude “manager” claimed that “that’s how we make it with extra rice” worst taco bell experience ever. We were there a few nights ago and it was not that way. Maybe they were short on rice and didn’t want to make more? Either way, a total waste of money and time. 2 thumbs wayyyy down for this place. Thanks for nothing Taco Bell!

I think it’s pretty shitty how EVERYTIME i order online my food is ALWAYS WRONG. I also think it’s pretty shitty when I get to the drive through an NO ONE greats me or says anything. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while I placed my order almost 25 minutes before that, and there is FOUR people working in there, I’m just confused on why I was sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes then it took them a good 6 min to hand me my drink when there is 4 people working in there I just don’t understand? Taco was made so far in advance it was soggy and sticking to the rapper. The Chalupa shell was also made so far in advance it was harder than Ron Jeremy on Viagra. I have been to this location three times. One it's filthy inside, especially for a brand new establishment! My husband loves taco bell and I told him how I felt and finally he sees the filth himself when they put in the fire sauce packets at the window crusty gross fire packets. How could they not see that? I mean there not working in the dark. Also there nachos are very sad indeed. Had to take it back to actually put cheese on the chips. I'm done with this location. This was enough.

Placed mobile order to be picked up via drive thru. Customers order in front of me took quite a while. My mobile order sat waiting. Getting soggy and cold. Received my order after waiting at the window several additional minutes all the while my food had been already prepared.
My only change in my order was to hold the red sauce from my nachos. After receiving my order, I quickly checked to see if the red sauce had been removed and wouldn’t you know it…..it had not. I parked the car to walk in to get a replacement. Needless to say, it was the worst nachos made to date. They forgot the cheese, but hey, they didn’t put that red sauce on them. Anyway, check out that lovely taco. Sadly, the employees lacked the ability to prepare food with the smallest amount of pride.
If you don’t like your job and can’t do it right, please don’t take it out on the food. Take pride in any job you do.

Placed an online order in the DT before I got to the ordering spot. 20 mins go by… I tell the employee I ordered online and she tells me to pull up. When I get to the window she asked me if I checked in. 🫥 Yes? I talked to you in the DT line?
She asked me to pull back around! We waited 30 mins to get to the window the first time… we weren’t doing that AGAIN! This kind of slow, careless service is crazy.
Thank God there is a “cancel order,” feature.

I absolutely love the Greenville location of Taco Bell!! Steve I believe is the assistant manager… and a time or two when there was a MINOR error with our order… Steve has jumped at the opportunity to correct it quickly and apologize for the error. Steve is incredibly awesome… very friendly, and remembers me from visit to visit! Plus I’ve never had any bad food!
I go there often… and it seems as if they could use more employees. Which I completely understand they don’t have control over. A lot of fast food places are in need of employees, and I feel our Greenville location is no different. I ALWAYS thank the employees for showing up for work - and I let them know that Greenville appreciates them being here. I don’t believe I’m the only person that is happy they are here!! I like having the additional option! Plus their employees are ALWAYS friendly!! Love that!!

There was a loose cigarette on the counter, clearly visible when walking in, the glass doors are not your friends.
This is a health code violation.
It is a food and safety concern.
You cannot have cigarettes, particularly lose cigarettes, on any kitchen surface in any restaurant. This is a pretty national law.
Really not that damn hard to keep it in the pack and keep the pack in your pocket until you go on break.

i wish i would have gotten the name of the person i talked to at this location. i believe he is a manager. i went to the location on college ave because thats where i placed two orders. got emails saying they were ready. i get to that location and doors are locked. went through drive thru and no one answered. i called and again no one answered. so i came to the Greenville location because i couldnt do a refund or cancel order for the college location. i told him what happened with the college location and he apologized numerous times. he said they couldnt make my order there(which i kinda figured) but went out of his way to try and help me figure out what was going on. he contacted rocky for the college location and she apologized numerous times also. i will continue to come to the Greenville location from now on. rocky from college location was awesome and so was the guy from this location. i hope the guy sees this and lets rocky know she is awesome and he is also. i came to Greenville location at about 250ish today. thank you both for the help. thank you to the staff for making the food right. i really appreciate it very much.

I went in a few times with my young sister to pick up dinner for my family, and each time the employees were working hard and friendly. I'll remember next time to take pictures but this "airport" location is better then ANY other locations by FAR AND BEYOND! If I could rate it 10 stars I would! THANK YOU for perfectly filled tacos no matter what you get. Thank you! Other locations need to step up their game! The dine in was great however there were a handful of dirty tables, but still plenty of clean ones. I even enjoyed all the songs they were playing inside. II was informed about a free soda during happy hour which I never knew about before. Customer service was super friendly and gave me the feeling they actually care about their customers and in making the best tacos! I recommend downloading the taco bell app to earn points and to view offers, free or not. By signing up I was immediately able to pick out a free item out of 3 others. Placing my order on the touchscreen was very easy to use as well. Can't wait until I come through the area again so I can eat here again. I recommend the chili cheese burritos, they are stuffed with chili and cheese and since they no longer have double deckers to order I order the double stacked taco that has nacho cheese and substitute the cheese for breaks and bam you have a double deckers with the fiesta strips inside! So good! Oh! Plus they personally deliver orders if you get one of their Luxe boxes! And they also accept other food delivery services. Exceptional Taco Bell, thank you again!

You should know what you're getting when you go to any Taco Bell - basic mexican food- so expectations are usually low. But overall with this location, the food has been good more often than not. Sometimes the tacos and burritos have very little food in them but I've been happy overall with the quality of the food. It can be hit or miss though. The biggest gripe, and it goes for all of Taco Bell, is that the prices have gotten way too high. This used to be a cheap fast food place but no longer the case. For the prices, it's more worthwhile to go to a sit down like Tipsy Taco and enjoy much better food for the same price.

The building is small but looks good. However there are only kiosks to order, which were slow and sometimes you’d have to tap the screen multiple times before it would accept what you touched, and they don’t print paper receipts. I chose text receipt and triple checked that I put in my number correct and still never received the text receipt. The service was extremely slow. We didn’t receive all of our food and also had to ask for the cup with our order. The lobby music was very loud. So loud I could barely hear the person across the table from me. The couple that ordered immediately after us didn’t even get their food until we were finished eating and getting ready to leave. The parking lot is tiny. Definitely very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Do not utilize this drivethru at night. My two buddies and I all had our orders placed through the app by 2:10AM. We arrived at the drivethru, and were told to wait a couple minutes. No big deal. Turned into 10 minutes, after asking again, she tells us to pull forward to the window. We sit at the window for another 5 minutes, and she brings out one of the orders. I asked her if we could have the other two orders, as they were in the same vehicle as me. She then proceeds to tell me I need to drive all the way around again, just so her “times” don’t get messed up. What a joke. After 20 more minutes we finally receive our food, which of course is cold at this point. Sat in that drivethru for 40 minutes. Make the drive to a different location, this one is terrible.

Went in to order take out. The interior was smaller than I expected. The only option was to order at a kiosk which I'm not normally a big fan of, but the kiosk was pretty easy to use to order and pay. It was very busy with the drive through, people coming in to order, and people dining in and the staff seemed to handle it pretty well. The fryer was not working when I was there which added to the chaos but they did a really good job of offering alternatives and making it right for the customer. Good job staff! They were smiling and happy throughout even though some of the people in line were grumbling and complaining. My only suggestion would be to have a sign up or something about the fryer not working (sounded like this was problem for a while by the time I got there) so people would know ahead of time not to order those items. And if we could order at the counter instead of the kiosk they could tell us right away instead of having to go through this substitution process. Obviously there are some kinks to work out but overall it was a good experience.

For management purposes, this was from 5:10 pm to 5:52 pm Saturday. I sat in the drive thru for 42 minutes and didn’t move. There were only three cars in front of me and the first car was stuck at the speaker. I heard there were two people inside and they refused to make food and take orders until more team members arrived. In those 42 minutes, one could have taken orders while the other made the food… neither was done. I had a mobile order that was paid for, so there was no leaving for me. I finally made it to the speaker to let them know I had a pickup, I asked to add one taco on a separate order, you know since I was at the speaker to order. The staff member working drive thru said no, I couldn’t place any additional orders, it wasn’t allowed. It was just a taco! I waited another 8 minutes for my food at the window.
Additionally, my order was wrong, I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch box, I got a Gordita instead.
I know they were short staffed when I arrived, but they could have taken orders and made the food.

Was busy so obviously it took a bit to get food which is very understandable, but I was missing an item and all my burritos were wrong due to having lettuce and onions in my cheesy bean and rice burrito, which must have been due to combining two very different burritos that I ordered, but things happen. Don’t get me wrong burritos were still good, it’s just disappointing when you think you’re biting into one thing and it’s not what you ordered. They were rushed but didn’t take the time to actually look at what was being ordered… employees also had slight attitude towards my friend saying her order must’ve been “lost”, but never tried to get her order ready until she went up the second time. Well, after the 3rd visit to this place and each time not getting what I ordered and paid for, I called the restaurant and spoke to Dakota and explained our run of poor service. I told him that this time amongst my order was nachos bell grande. Which costs over 6 bucks on the menu. Well, I ordered a nachos bell grande and paid for a nachos bell grande. What I got was a mini tiny cup of cheese holding about 30cc of cheese food substance and a small pouch holding 5 tortilla chips. I explained this and was assured by Dakota that he would place our name in a notebook, and next time we were in to mention it, and they gave us our food we did not get and coupon. He said he put it under my sons name. Well my son went in with his father and did as he was instructed and the staff had no idea what they were talking about and told them that they could not help them unless they were there to order something of course. Well, they gave up and just ordered and paid and again got home with the staffs interpretation of menu items. Then, today, it was the last straw. I waited patiently for some sort of customer service. Some sort of competent delivery of food I paid for. Customer recovery , something. Well, with our 2 daughters home from college, of course, they wanted to try Greenvilles' new long-awaited Taco Bell. Unfortunately, this time, it resulted in a Mexican pizza with very stale tostadas. 3 different burritos were ordered, and every one of them was the same, and none of these 3 was actually any of the 3 we ordered. So again, items ordered come out aa whatever the staff feels like making with no attempt to correctly construct the food as advertised, ordered and paid for. I really think the " benefit of the doubt", "oh it's a new place", " oh new staff" . Seriously, to have never gotten a single order correct, and even when told they would correct it, it still ended up not getting set right is just unreal. I really hoped we would be getting a taco bell that could achieve higher than 3 stars. As most Taco Bells don't. I realize it is Taco Bell, not gourmet food, but it is also not free, and expecting to get what you paid for is pretty standard practice. I wanted to find some way to give at least 2 stars, but sadly, I could not. 😔 I know others' experiences may be different, I am just sharing mine.

I had a door dash for this taco bell when my door dasher got there they said they did not have my order when i indeed had it pulled up on my phone and confirmed for this location and the door dasher said they could have made the order and they chose not to i am very disappointed in the service at this location considering that it’s a brand new location i was expecting more and if i could give it zero stars that’s what i would do. I am unable to get my money back that i had spent on this and they had refused to find a fix for the situation with the door dasher. While you may be saying contact the door dash support i did this order through the taco bell app therefore they select a person to deliver so door dash support is not an option! I had sent the delivery person a screenshot of the order to show the taco bell workers and still no proper solution to the issue. Once again very disappointed and frustrating do not recommend this location i have had past problems here as well and had choose not to share but this was my last straw. DO NOT GO HERE!

Placed order in restaurant, watched several orders go out the door while waiting, some people came in after me. The drive thru was being served non stop.
2nd Visit. Food was great. Had to return for missing taco. They were very nice.

Missing 3 items of my drive through order, and one of the items I did get was wrong. Also, out of Dr.Pepper already and they just opened? Of the items I did receive, food was hot and fresh. Went back and they gave us the missing items we had paid for plus a free item, but shouldn’t have had to go back in the first place, luckily we don’t live too far away. Hoping for this Taco Bell to do better than the others in the area!
