Just a disgrace of a Taco Bell! I have been to locations where I felt like I actually mattered but this one made me feel like a dog, the way the served me slop and their attitude was like I wasn’t even human. Burnt little chicken crispy’s. Ain’t no chicken just bread. Just sadness. And when I spoke up for myself and addressed my concern they disregarded me, this explains why they had a smashed glass window that was boarded up with a wooden plank.

I used to like it here but the last few times I’ve tried going through the drive thru, I’ve been told they were only taking DoorDash orders because they’re short staffed. However I’ve gone during the day and had no problems. Food is eh, come on it’s Taco Bell. What more can you expect? After today, I won’t be coming back to this one. I don’t think reporting it to corporate will matter because they’re still making their money. Oh well

This taco bell is absolutely the worse servicei have ever seen. it was a tuesday i just got off of work around 130 am and i had to go pick up my son ... i was tired and hungry .. I saw two workers smoking weed outside when i was trying to order food now remind you i had my son in the car and the smoke was coming through my window. it took me 20 minutes to talk to someone, when someone finally talked through the speaker i ordered my food. Got up to the drive thru window some dude had his shirt off. was trying to flirt with me and get my number. also saw one of your employees horse playing when they should of been cooking my food. i waited a total of 40 minutes for my food and remind you i was the only customer there. When i got my food it was soggy and cold.. so i would never go to this taco bell again. Yall need new management and an organized envi enviroment. horrible couldnt even feed my son because it was cold.

Food was fine. It's taco bell. Cheap and easy. However this location was the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I don't make bad reviews often but I got attitude when I asked for 2 new drink cups because a stranger put his fingers inside the cup to grab them. I asked for 2 new cups as I didn't want to drink out of a cup that someone stuck their fingers inside. Then after a huff I was given my cups. I came back to my meal with my family and we ordered 3 cantina quesadillas, which is supposed to come with one avocado sauce each. I only received one, which normally is no problem but when I asked for the other two the same gentleman who gave me attitude for the new cups gave me attitude because I asked for the sauce we were supposed to get. Instead of just grabbing me two sauces he turns to his coworker huffs and says "get this dude 2 more sauces that he wants." That's strike 2. Strike 3 hours was the loud, vulgar, and inappropriate playing in the kitchen. I have no problem with music playing in kitchens but large uses of profanity while I'm eating doesn't seem appropriate. Overall, the food was fine. It's taco bell. But I've never had a bad experience at Taco Bell until I came here. Absolutely horrible experience.

This location has steadily declined over the past few years. Honestly I’m surprised it’s not being shut down it’s gotten so bad. Horrible!!! The employee ladies that work there apparently find it amusing to yell across the restaurant to each other in Spanish. The best part is the employees toddler daughter running all over the place and making everyone there uncomfortable while her mom chases her and yells at her. This place is a joke! 2 workers both in and out the establishment, both on their phones talking to someone the whole time one eating and drinking on the line. Half the lobby or more was dirty. Both employees looked to be parked in the very front of the parking lot usually those spots are for guests! One if not both kept going in and out to hit their vapes. I've been a manager for over 4 years in a food establishment and the expirence was just sad.

If I could give this location no stars I would. We sat in line as it says online they’re open until 2am. When we get up to the microphone to order he says there is a wait on meat (whatever that means). We say that’s ok and we can wait for what needs to be taken care of. He asks us what we want and we start to order our food and the guy asks if what we want is vegetarian. We say no. Then he asks again and we say no, again. Then he asks another time and we said no and that we want to order our food even with the wait. He then says we can’t order and need to come back later to order. Service is absolutely terrible and this isn’t the first time this has happened at this specific location. Pathetic work ethic.

This place literally sucks. It’s gone downhill over the years and we’ve been straight up denied service too at times. You usually have to wait a half hour to be acknowledged at the drive thru or you order something inside and it ends up not being available after paying for it. The last time I had a hard shell taco it literally tasted like chemicals and was basically inedible. Also the last time we tried ordering in the drive thru they said they were only taking DoorDash and mobile app orders. Like hello we were willing to give you our money but were denied service. I don’t recommend going here ever. Try a different Taco Bell if you’re really wanting it but honestly I’d say just stay away from Taco Bell in general. The food sucks, service sucks and the prices are so high that every time we get stuff from there it ends up being $40-$50 for 2 people. You’re better off going to a family owned small business or even Qboba if you’re interested in Mexican food. If I could I’d give this location negative stars.

1) they charge $0.5-1 more/item on the menu compared to Hales Corners
2) low order accuracy
3) low food serving consistency (mostly skimping on serving sizes)

This Taco Bell sucks! I just spent $35 on a pick up order just to get cold/old fries, a smashed Mexican pizza and everything thrown together with literally zero effort or care put in whatsoever. To top it off this is at least the third time in a row I’ve gotten a Mexican Pizza from this location that tastes absolutely awful because the workers are too lazy to change out the oil, it’s literally inedible, I should’ve just given them $6 and asked them to throw it away for me. Another good taco bell that has fallen. A couple weeks ago as others have stated they only take mobile orders because their system is "down". Ordered thru the app while there and the food we got was bad for standards. Hardly any meat or cheese and sour cream was on one side. Mexican Pizza was a mess. Ordered from doordash 2 nights in a row after 12am, dashers told me they were not accepting any deliveries. Then I ended up driving there thinking maybe they’ll take orders in person, get there and they say “we’re only accepting doordash orders.” so why did we end up not getting our food from doordash then.

Women on speaker was disrespectful when i tried to explain i had ordered from doordash earlier, but she didn’t wanna hear about it.

I think it was last week, but i ordered and recieved my hard taco smooshed and only had beef in it. No cheese for nacho fries (large but was filled less than halfway) , quesadilla was basically just tortilla, just a disaster.

This was our first time being at Taco Bell in a while and we’re placing our order. Changed our minds on the amount desired to order twice and because of that was refused service. The first time changing our order we even apologized and she replied “you should be sorry, thing before you speak”. We laughed it off almost baffled at the way we were spoken to. Then instead of 6 of the one item, we decided to knock it to 4 and that’s where they were silent for a moment and then said they are refusing our business. They said the manager said that they were refusing service because she didn’t have time to deal with us. I further went inside and stated “I understand your right to refuse service could I please have your managers name?” She didn’t reply but then went and got the attention of the person I believe to be the manager or “shift leader” and she leans over to see me at the counter from the back and says “what do you want” I repeated myself and she said I’m not giving you my name. I don’t have time for you. I again requested her name concerning she’s acting shift management and she refused. This is the lowest customer service can get! I’m a manager at dominos myself and while the polices aren’t the same there should be no reason that’s the service we were met with! After seeing she wasn’t going to give me her name or work with me I said have a happy new year and left. I gave you the time stamps from when I was there and request you review the cameras as well as the headset drive through conversation. We were in no way rude or deserved the remarks and attitude this staff gave us. I know it’s a busy time of year so take your time reviewing and replying. I’ll be looking forward to hear if this matter has been discussed and resolved with said team members.

This location continuously gets orders wrong or has customers wait for times beyond the reasonable amount for “fast food”. We have been a bunch of times as we live close and every time either the order is wrong, we spend 10+ minutes in line, or they don’t have basic items to make food( like beef). I have lunch here once or twice a week. The staff chatters loudly and constantly to each other in Spanish, but they're polite, the food is prepared correctly and the doors are always unlocked during the day*, making it by a wide margin the best TB in the greater Milwaukee area.

*lotta negative reviews re locked doors, out of food, etc - I'm thinking time of day may be a factor. I'm only ever there around noon. Also, I actually prefer the kiosks to human interaction so make of that what you will.

The world is turning around . 15 years ago Taco Bell’s used to be the spot. Slowly but surely food quality and service went down hill to absolute zero by the time Covid started. Stopped in at this HC location 1/17. Place was immaculate inside, no horsing around in the kitchen, and the food was spot on. Looked like the commercials lol. I'm not one to write reviews (especially bad ones) but This place just gets worse every time I come here. They are always out of something, the Baja blast sometimes tastes like toilet water, I've been told multiple times that orders would take a 20 min wait and I would have to come back, one time they guy dropped our bag through the window exchange with no sympathy and gave us a hard time about making us a new taco that fell out of the bag all over the ground (eventually made a new but I wasn't even the one we lost, just a standard soft taco). Don't get me started on missing items.

I just got back home (midnight) and they skimped out everything we ordered. Skinniest tacos with maybe a scoop of beef(didn't even bother to compensate with extra lettuce or cheese, tacos barely had anything to them) and a dry quesadilla that was a little more than half the size of what they usually are (cut in literally 2 pieces with barely any sauce/ cheese) and cups of cheese was laughable. Not that anybody cares, but I won't be returning to this location. I'd rather take the drive and go to the Franklin location and not be guaranteed disappointment.

Extremely disappointed with this location the past 3 visits. There is always something wrong whether it’s missing drinks or food items. Tonight was a complete disaster. We ordered delivery and did not receive our drinks. Our driver stated that the man at the restaurant was arguing with other customers when he came to pick up our order. We drove to the store to get our drinks when we were confronted by the rudest individual I’ve ever met. He placed the blame on our driver and said it wasn’t his fault our driver didn’t even ask for our drinks he was “watching” the driver. The man was extremely rude and talking about customers and arguing with me when another manager finally stepped in. I do not know his name, all I know is “this ain’t even my store” according to Armando.

Tried to place an order but no one wanted to take it. One employee went into back office the other walked around. Both wearing drive thru headsets and acting like I wasn't there. Finally the one walking around came to the front. She talks to the manager 15 ft away by headset and tells me something about a problem they're having. While a stood there alone, they did fill 2 drive thru orders.
This was my 2nd visit in 6 months. 2nd time left with no food. This was at 11am on 12/3/23.
I wonder if the owner of this location knows that the employees are turning away business?!!!

Went here last night and they stopped taking my order in the middle of my talking. Tried to talk to them for a minute and no response. Pulled up and they told me that I had to go all the way around again to complete my order and that they had no idea what I was talking about. When I went through the drive through again they were very hostile, then preceded to mess up my order and gave me no sauce after saying they would give us "so much sauce". This location is the worst one I've ever been to, food is always mashed together and soggy, have to use a kiosk to order and employees wont even talk to you other than to say "use the kiosk". The last time in it took 30 mins to get my order, which was wrong, soggy, cold and generally inedible. I waited at the counter to tell them they missed half of my order but stood there for 15mins completely ignored. Just threw it all out and went somewhere else. Never again. They need to just close down and take some time to start over.

Was there at 10:30 tonight. The lights were out but we could see a bunch of people inside so we went through the drive thru and were told we had to order inside, use the kiosk, and pay with cash only. No explanation why. We ordered over $50 worth of food. Three workers made our stuff so it was fast but they stuffed everything in one bag, with the crunchy stuff on the bottom. Crunchy tacos were soggy and smashed, my Mexican pizza was on the very bottom, smashed and soggy. I would've driven back and requested a refund but we had just flew back in town from vacation and were exhausted. Never again! Learn how to pack to go orders so they don't get ruined!

I had placed an order for pickup using their app and it watched as the order was made and then ‘finished’ thru the app. I left to get my food and showed up to the location where they told me they received no order and their wifi was down and to cancel through the app. when i tried to cancel i realized there was no cancel option on the app and i went to another store for help and to reorder my food. the store i went to told me this location had lied about the wifi and that they frequently did this to not work. when i called again to this location they were insanely rude and talked over me and said they couldn’t help at all.

This location has to be the worst. I approached the drive thru and was told that they had a meat shortage and it was about a 30 minute wait. I said okay, was told to pull around and wait. I come back about 20ish minutes later and see people in the drive thru so I approach the speaker again. The lady working on June 27th at 11:18 pm was insanely rude. She kept talking over me and being extremely disrespectful towards me. I tried to be as nice as possible but she kept talking at me in a disrespectful manner.
