Food Never looks like it does in pictures.ordered loaded beef nachos,box not filled like pictures,and not a lot of meat and cheese,especially since I minus beans, quac,sour cream,should get more of the other stuff when you minus a bunch of stuff.chalupas and tacos always seem to barely have any meat in them, twice as much lettuce and cheese as meat.and the app today worked like crap.and your prices are getting Ridiculous. Build your own cravings box used to be $5 ,now $9.99.WHAT !!!! I know prices go up for things over time ,but go up $4.99 at once 😠.We used to go there at least every other week if not more. Most of the times when I go to Taco Bell the tacos are old meaning that they have put the meat in the shells and left them like that until someone places an order then they build your taco order then they will use those meat filled shells to build your taco. Not these guys. They make the tacos as you order them. The shells are crispy and crunchy and dont have soggy bottoms like most do. This place is awesome. Thanks for doing it the right way. They were also made very quickly. As we handed them money at the drive up windou they were handing us a bag of tacos. I appreciate that. You will be highly recommended if anyone is looking for good quality food quickly

Ordered food through doordash. Taco Bell made the food per request. $40 order. Doordash never delivered, had to up the tip 50% for anyone to touch it. (Not TacoBells fault) But we recieved the food finally, and I just have to say... We have been traveling cross country the past few weeks and this has to be the absolute worst taco bell ever. Food was cold and sloppy. We aren't usually ones to complain about food since we are also in the service industry, but if I could ask for a refund I 100% would. This food was terrible.

Fast friendly service. Haven't been to this Taco Bell in over a year. Was impressed with the quick and friendly service I received the day I went there. I went through the drive-through. They were friendly when they responded and when I got my order the drinks he had to switch my drink out three times. The first one was flat second one was flat my tea he dropped when he handed to me he didn’t let me grab hold of the cup, and then when I got home, oh and I left without my drink when I got home to eat my tacos, they all fell apart, so don’t get the number one with the hard tacos. It’s not even worth the price I should have stayed with McDonald’s .

Drive-thru order, which is always risky unless you check your food before you drive away. I took a chance and hoped that maybe this was one of the times they got it right. NOPE. I literally asked the clerk at the speaker "what is on the Nachos Bell Grande?" and she literally told me everything that was on it, including the tomatoes. Are there tomatoes? Not a one. Not a seed. Nothing red in there at all. All there was was a pile that resembled a bunch of burnt and broken chips, with a slop of lukewarm beans, maybe a small teaspoon of beef, and very little nacho cheese sauce. No effort was made to even make it look nice. It looked like a disorganized bowl of slop. And the Burrito Supreme? No bigger than a soft taco, and cold, for 7 bucks. The whole order was 15 bucks and I'm still hungry. What a fricking waste of a building this place is. There are people in the world who care about their job and the work that they do - they just don't work here. Now I remember why I only go there once in a blue moon - because that's how long it takes me to forget how utterly awful this place is. Always has been. Can't believe it is STILL there. AVOID - AT ALL COSTS!

I had a very negative experience here. I tried to order a meal and the guy taking my order loudly complained and sweared when explaining how the drink machine was broken. My food was practically thrown at me and the door was shut in my face. My son and I were traveling through Hartford on our way home and stopped at Taco Bell at 1:30pm for some lunch, and it was hands down one of the best Taco Bell experiences we've had in a long time. The counter worker was friendly, and welcoming. The food was hot and fresh, the store was clean, and they had great music playing. The woman working the counter even came up to us to ask us how our meal was, which was a wonderful touch. Your location will be our stop whenever we get a chance to come through Hartford again. Awesome job today everyone 👏

Very poor service. Order 3 soft Taco Supremes and three bean burrito Supremes. Got 3 soft taco's with the lettuce on the outside of the taco wrapped in paper. Only got 2 burritos and not once did the girl at the window say one word to me. I will polite and greeted her paid and not word ever said. She handed me the bag and said thank you again and all I got was the ok sign with her hand and the window got slammed shut. There was no one else in front of me or behind me. Poor customer service. Forgot to post our order up on the board, workers were socializing with each other thus the $30 order that was after ours was ready before ours. When I asked what the problem was, they said it was not posted on the right board thus they never made it. I continued to wait. Then when I returned it still wasn't ready. I asked that we should get our money back and get our order made. They refused so I said I wanted to speak to the manager, who was the person I dealt with all along. Finally we decided to take our money back and they ended up dumping part of our order that they were still working on. I then told the manager he should be fired and we walked out. All we wanted was our order in a timely manner and good customer service.

stopped by this restaurant yesterday (10/19) around 330pm. no customers inside or in drive through. there was 1 female standing near registers who greeted me with saying "i can't help you" and then left area presumably to get some one who could help but that was not the case. there was a male wandering around kitchen who apparently could not help me either. minutes later a different girl came into area and was working with cinnamon sticks. she finally saw me and was very apologetic and took order. she also made order (correctly-thank you) and apologized again as i left. there were 2 female employees sitting on sidewalk who overheard me telling husband why took so long and one identified herself as the manager. i believe she misunderstood my complaint. i want to be clear that the girl who helped me was literally the only one of the 4 employees that was actually working and was very nice.

I wanted some Taco Bell at 8:30pm so me and my sister decided to go. When I got there there was two cars one at the window and one behind them. I sat and the order screen for like 5-7 minutes. Then sat behind the other two vehicles for like 10-12 more minutes. And then once I got to the window we sat for like 15-18 minutes. And once we got our food they forgot one of our tacos. And the doors to the inside were closed. Once we got our taco we left and went home only to have some of the worst tacos I've ever had in my entire life. Never going here again.

When I pulled into the drive-thru, there were 6 vehicles in front of me. I thought that maybe they were really busy. Then, after waiting for 5 minutes and 2 vehicles in front of me left, now 10 more minutes have gone by, and i hear that Taco Bell was sorry for the wait from cars ahead of me. 2 more cars left ahead of me as they got to the order screen. Once I got to that spot it to order it took another 5 minutes before I was able to give my order and then waited another 5 to 10 minutes at the window to get my order.

Was in line the other day..for probably 25 minutes with hardly anyone in front of me. Could hear someone scream at the girl taking orders for three minutes straight. F bombs this and that. I honestly thought a weapon was coming out soon! I don't know what this issue was about but there must have been a reason. Craziest thing I've seen in awhile. Today is Saturday April 27th at 9:29am. I was turned away because the lady in the drive through says they are not opening until 10 am today. This has happened to me countless times since moving to Hartford and is unique to this location. They have employees inside yet choose to turn away/ignore customers. I’ve had this happen 3 times now and one time it was nearly 11 am and they ignored me at the drive through until I went away and the doors were locked. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

Ok. I enjoy my Taco Bell but seems to me the service has decreased. I always order my nacho bell with no beans no sour cream and extra meat and cheese. This location is just awful. The customer service is mediocre at best. Either half of my items are missing or I have half of someone else’s order. Also, without fail EVERY single time I order something that requires a spoon fork or spork, I don’t get it with my order, napkins either. So I’m forced to finger eat my potatoes with nacho cheese and sour cream and then wipe my fingers and mouth with what?! When I call to complain I’m greeted with the infamous “we’ll do better next time” from the manager. I really really recommend avoiding this location if possible!

Ordered the steak Chalupa combo w/ crispy taco. I always park & eat the taco right away while still crunchy, and after checked the chalupas to make sure they were steak. Both were cold and the shells felt like cardboard; had to microwave at home nearly a minute to soften them up. Paid extra for spicy ranch and got jipped on the amount. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN HARTFORD! Me and my SO have lived in town for 2 years and have never gotten an order correct. Service is slow as can be, management doesn't care for the store or for training employees. They gave us a quesadilla that was basically a toasted tortilla with a few shreds of cheese in between. Absolutely unacceptable, we drive to beaver dam if we want taco bell now. If you're in the area and want fast food just hit Jimmy John's or McDonald's, or even better yet Kwik Trip!

Unprofessional team. We went in for dine in and began to order at the self serve kiosk as the team member began to loudly and aggressively tell me, my wife and another customer that the lobby was closed and we somehow broke in the locked door which was not locked and no signage was posted stating they were closed at 715 pm on a Friday night.

this taco-bell is outrageous. they don’t work hard at all. they have a line of 12 people and there’s no sense of urgency. they usually mess up your order 8-10 times and are very rude when giving your food. hire some people who know how to work and fire the slackers

I have been asked how you can give 5 stars to a fast food place, well if you haven't been to this particular Taco Bell then you have no idea. This place is always absolutely spotless, the staff is friendly and outgoing, the food is always correct, hot and tasty. Taco Bell is one of my go to's when fast food is in order and this is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been too!

Terrible customer service, my husband went in to order food, stood there at the counter with 2 employees ignoring him. The manager came from the back and told him he had to order off a kiosk, he had no clue how to do that, no one would help him. He left without any food, done with this place.

6/21/22 ; me and my boyfriend went to Taco Bell and spent $35 on food. We get home and half of the food isn’t there. Plus there was nobody in line for them to mess up an order. We try calling and the phone lines are disconnected. Why? Clearly won’t be getting any answers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Order was wrong wife had nothing to eat. Called told to bring my receipt?! Sure I want to drive all the way back on my wife’s lunch break after being asked to repeat my order multiple times. Now my wife is upset which makes a rough day for me. Fix the problem for the guests don’t debate. I may no unreasonable request when ordering to be questioned do I have a receipt. Here’s the receipt. Maybe now you can help. Idk. It’s tacos not A5 Japanese Wagyu goodness sakes.

This place will take your money and not give you the food you ordered. Staff literally couldn’t care less that the company steals from you. They also change their hours randomly. I was one of 4 cars in line, only to figure out instead of opening at 8 like they used to, their hours got pushed back to open to 10. Save your money or find a different Taco Bell. There’s nothing but issues from this location. And if you try to talk to a manager, they just won’t even get back to you. Worst Taco Bell ever.

In my option one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the franchise….I recently visited after boycotting the fast food franchise…Still a disappointment…customer service was the worst through the drive in…never greeted or even looked at, order was massively incorrect. Can we just go ahead and close this place down? They don’t want your money anyways. How can a site say they open at 8 and you show up at 9. Car at window employee hanging out talking and says to me at the box we don’t open for another 5 minutes?! This isn’t the first occasion. Employee needs to be fired. (Female employee) when they are turning away business. I’ll pass on this place with the loser employee.

Wow, where do I start. I took my kids in there to eat and there was a verbal altercation between the employees and they were screaming at eachother. The dining room was so messy I almost took the kids and left but we found one clean table. We were the only ones there so no reason 1 out of the 5 people working couldn't wipe down tables and sweep floors. This place is poorly managed!!!
