Kaylee, kailee, however you spell your name. The way you speak to your staff is DISGUSTING! Your customers should not hear you yelling and degrading your staff. As a former tbell employee you had 2 people on your counter line and 3 on your drive thru line a lobby full (my order alone was over $50) and about 5 cars in drive thru. Your stress from the drive thru should not carry over onto your counter line who in fact was moving as fast as they could and did a damn good job. I feel sorry for your staff and anyone who has to encounter you. I seriously hope you do some self reflection or get fired!

Update: decided to try again got the new beef nachos grande and 3/4 of box was left over chips. Instead of advertising
2x protein it should be 2x the left over chips due to lack of topping.
Don't waste your $
Too many people in the kitchen, cooks, and cashier were distracted chatting. Ordered a Cantina Chicken bowl. It was a hard stretch to cover the bottom of the dish. Chicken was dried out, ordered no lettuce, and it was there. Got charged for extra Gauc. Sauce received none.
Ordered loaded nachos got no gauc. and barley any chips.
Lesson learned only go to this store during the day.

Our order was missing multiple items. Again. I don't understand how it's so hard to follow a list from a mobile order and just make everything you're supposed to. As a food service worker myself, something needs to change. Whether it's the system that's confusing or the employees just not caring, please look into this and figure out why this keeps happening over and over.

Ordered delivery from this location. My food arrived about 40 minutes after placing my order and it was ice cold. Like, refrigerator cold. My nacho chips were completely stale and burrito was COLD in the middle. Just praying I don’t get sick. I’ve been eating Taco Bell since I was a kid, over 40 years. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell. Paid $18 for garbage.

I ordered the new steak street chalupas and literally only had 2 pieces of steak on one and 3 on the other. I added lettuce to them and only got A PIECE of lettuce on one of them 🤦🏻♀️. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. They will stand there and stare at you when you walk in, refuse to come to the counter until you ask for help, then demand that you use the kiosk to place your order because they don't want to punch your order in. I was having trouble with the app and couldn't place my order by myself. So glad I drove all the way across town for some nacho fries and didn't even get to eat. Went across the street to the McDonalds instead.

My husband and I stopped in for a late Sunday lunch. We were greated by two employees. The young man behind the counter came out and talked us thru ordering on the kiosk. He explained all of the new menu items and provided recommendations. We ordered our usual items, but we also tried the steak queso crunchwrap slider, which was delicious. They did forget our chips, but the employee was apologetic. The dining room area was neat and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience for our quick lunch.

If you order from this one make sure you ALWAYS check your bag. I can guarantee something is missing or wrong. I always end up going back inside for them to fix it and I always get attitude. I didn't mess up making it, you did. Then I get attitude because I didn't "say it right" I don't say anything to you, I order online. Then they told me I probably did it wrong. Like no, I know what I order online and I know what I want. All you need to say is sorry you'll make it right. Never had any problems from the Milton location.

The man at the window was wonderful. The young rude lady however. Not so much I asked the total she rolled her eyes said...WHAT? told me then thought she closed the window but didn't and said "someone else deal with her I'm not on the clock". Then I was shorted a burrito so tired to tell them. She got an attitude about that. Rolled the messiest burrito I have ever seen ( I used to work at this location). Now I have to go back and ask for the sauces they forgot on an 11 burrito order. If you don't like working at food. Maybe you shouldn't? The location at West Court St. is such a 50/50 chance of either having really horrible employees with horrible management or everything is fine. I was given horrible attitude from an employee who was in their early 20s about doing multiple orders and I could only do one. I was told to either deal with it or leave which is ridiculous. It's a business if someone is giving you money you take it not make it complicated. The fact that management didn't bother to even apologize speaks words. The district manager should do something because of how badly these employees treat their customers and give outrageous attitudes. Either do better or don't work if you're just going to be pissed.

This is the second time this year that I've eaten there. I like that younges eat and hang out there. I came in wanting a large burrito steak cheese tomato lettuce the young man taking my order said a ? Supreme not knowing about ,my bad, said sure. Every interaction I suffer through when I go to this location is purely out of laziness and not wanting to drive across town to another one, I’m gonna just start this review off that way cause I too hope that the employees who make this restaurant suck can take some accountability for why it does. You have such a great management team, however just purely ignorance at this point from majority employees and very clear lack of regard for their jobs. Not only do never ever get what I ordered, there’s always something missing or it’s a completely different order as a whole. Your jobs are very minimal demanding, with the occasional busy spots here and there. I’d know because I too, worked at Taco Bell. Not only was it really inconvenient to have to go back to Taco Bell for my food that wasn’t in my bag, but if I had known what the stuff in the bag had looked like before I left to get my other tacos (in a rush because who wants cold food), I probably would have just asked for a full refund and returned my food as a whole. The tacos were so sloppy, I could barely even eat them without making a mess of myself, and unlucky for me, my food was cold by the time I did finally get home to sit down and eat. Thank you to the manager for the free Baja blast freeze thing he gave me, but I will now be just ordering Taco Bell from the Milton Ave location because their employees are better suit for a busier schedule.. even though today I didn’t even come during a rush hour. Take your managers more seriously, as they essentially seemingly need to teach all of you to do your jobs correctly.

Horrible costumer service manager doesn't know how to handle upset costumers at all shouldn't be a manager at all crew members telling us not to call back even though they messed up my order hope the gm will do something about this or I'll be going to corporate about it. Will never go back to this location again. The food was just like any other taco bell, no issue there. But the service is absolutely horrendous. I was in line in the drive through on my lunch break from work. There were two cars ahead of me and only one person inside the store sitting down. Regardless I was stuck in line for over 20 minutes. The cars ahead of me just sitting there waiting for their food. When my turn finally came they handed me my food and shut the window quickly. I noticed neither my hot sauce nor my side of sour cream was in the bag. The workers inside were distracted inside goofing off and laughing amongst themselves. I had to honk my car horn to get one of their attention . The worker then proceeded to hand me an absurd amount of hot sauce packets (like two huge handfuls) . I understand slower service when restaurants are busy but in this case the employees were just goofing off and didn't really seem to care. I'd recommend against visiting this store.

Cashier was rude over $0.14. He just threw the change into his till and said that he wasn’t counting it so I would not be getting my change back. Thankfully, I had told him when I handed it to him that he could keep the change but he obviously wasn’t listening and decided to be rude about the whole thing. I would like to start by saying great service at the counter from the staff. We ordered a nacho bell grande, due to my son having celiac disease, I asked for them to remove the cheese sauce and add shredded cheese. He did this without a problem, all the while the manager is in the background making comments about not knowing what is or isn't gluten free and it's not her job to know. She then made it a point to get onto the teenager for not charging me for the change in the cheese (cheese isn't free and you have to charge them). This should have been done in private not out where all the customers could here.
This was on Thursday, March 2nd 2023 at 5pm (JanesvilleWI. Court St. This manager needs to be retrained or let go!

We ordered on the kiosk and got our drinks from the person at the counter. Ten minutes later, they asked if we ordered food… we had to remind them that there was an order, even though ‘managers’ were walking in and outside of the store while on the phone, no one seemed to be getting to our order. Finally, they knew we were waiting, and finally started our order, which was only a few tacos… still took forever, and they had to remake one of the tacos, because it wasn’t what we ordered. Then they immediately remade the taco, the wrong way again. I called them out, and they got sassy. There were 3 other people that came and had their order messed up and were frustrated. The manager took no responsibility, and did not lead the crew well. What’s the point of having the order on a computer, if you aren’t looking at it for reference while making the food? There was ignored trash on the floor that was in the middle of their workspace, and there was not a rush of people at all.
I did speak with one of the employees, who was obviously embarrassed by his manager. He did apologize and and another employee offered coupons; but that is not an excuse for all around poor service. Again, I whole heartedly blame the manager. I am actually still here at the Taco Bell writing this, because I wanted to leave a bad review right away.
The manager who should be held responsible was working at 8PM, Thursday, November 10, 2022. Check the records Taco Bell, then you’ll know who to remove from the manager position of the janesville Wisconsin, court street location.

Taco Bell has been getting better having product in stock which gets them extra points in my book. However I do wish that when I order sour cream they wouldn't just drop a glob at the end of the burrito but spread it the entire length.

This location is an actual joke. I have yet to go there and actually be pleased with a single item I order. They somehow seem to mess up any order they receive from giving the wrong meat/toppings, to ice cold beans/burritos in general. Even when they are not busy, it seems as if reading from a screen and using correct toppings is the most difficult thing to ask. I would rather drive across town or go to Beloit then ever go to this location again

This is the slowest Taco Bell. If you choose to go to this specific one plan on waiting at least 20 minutes. It doesn't matter what time day or night this one is consistently very slow.

The food was fine. We got a food in timely manner v the issue was with the staff. One of the team members had a disagreement with another customer and then made a rude remark to my daughter. When I came in to discuss the incident with the manager, she refused to speak with me.

I don’t know what’s happened to this place; it used to be so much more efficient. The drive through is an absolute nightmare these days; avoid it at all costs. Even if there are only three cars in line you can easily get trapped in the drive through and end up stuck there for 30+ minutes. Sometimes you would think they flew to Mexico to get the food. Hope things improve, but until then I’ll be hitting up Culver’s a lot more.

This particular time before ordering I told them we had a big order and toward the end of the order I felt that the order taker was very rude about it. Well I went tonight a little late because my children and I were doing housework until then. Get to the drive thru and because my son didn’t exactly know what to get, I got the usual interrupt saying will that be all a thousand times and then when trying to get it all done they ask if that’s all again and tell us that we are on a roll! I said yes that’s all. Then he asks are u sure cause you are on a roll!? What kind of customer service is that?! Then once up at the window they ask my son who is learning how to drive if his name was something that it obviously wasn’t, when my son unknowingly answered they proceeded to laugh at him and mess around after closing the window! Needless to say the food was missing some items and when I called the manager she sided with her unprofessional staff and talked over me trying to offer me a meal!! As far as I’m concerned I will absolutely not be going back to that Taco Bell ever!!

Food was good, but the service was even better. This location has the best people IMHO, they actually care if something isn't right and fix it fast. That was my experience today. A customer left nasty diapers on bathroom floor by the toilet, guess the garbage was too difficult. The counter person was appalled and took care of it right away all the time apologizing. The offending customer has just left so she had no idea and I was just glad to not hear "not my job" for a change. She also was sure to offer the happy hour deal vs me paying more. Thank you for caring.
