Past three times I've been here it has been awful. Calling them is similar. You ask a question and they literally hang up on you. Called to ask if they have steak quesadilla, because I can't begin to explain how many times you get there and they might be out of something. So it's best to call prior. If you ask anything beyond that they hang up. I could hear coworker say: What did he say before dial tone? After that phone goes dead and dial tone. Terrible experience! Arrived at intercom and female stated, "I'm going to tell you right now we don't have burritos, blah, blah, blah." Listed approximately 6 items they did not have. Ordered in the drivethru. Gave us our drink warm cause ice machine wasn’t running. Got home all our tacos were soggy. My husband had a stomach ache all evening. The worst Taco Bell out of the 4 in our city. We have come here several times and it has always been slopped together. I guess we keep our fingers crossed hoping they get their act together. Worst taco I have ever had. I ordered a cantina chicken crispy taco. Both sides of the shell were so busted up you couldn't even pick it up. Can't believe they gave this mess to a customer. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and never even got my food. I waited at the speaker for 15ish of those minutes, and never even got to say anything into it. After a while, there weren't even any cars in front of me, so I had no choice but to drive off since I was going to be late for work.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Stuck in the drive thru lane for over 20 min to order. There is no way to. exit once in the line. After ordering, there was still a 10 min wait for food. This is RIDICULOUS! I will never go here again. I ended up not ordering food because I wasn’t going to wait, another 10 to 15 minutes. It’s a drive-through, which is supposed to be fast. I just watched a person bring in the incorrect drive through order and after digging through the food watched them take the bag back and hand it to the person waiting in the drive through. When I grabbed my own food out my fingers touched food so that is just gross and I’m sure against policy. Also watched workers chatting on their phones while working without gloves and also a different worker grabbing the money til with gloves on and not replacing the gloves. Great taco-smell location!! Nothing spectacularly over the top, yet, still above average. Generally gals and geo-uerls are pretty well cool and down to earth at the average taco-smell, the same remains true here!! Can't really be asking too much of a taco-smell, but, they perfectly well handled my goof-ass request and did not screw anything up, and they gave me fresh hot foot across the board. The gal manning the drive-thru orders that day, (what day?? Good question!! 🤔 HA!!) was professional, polite, kind, and quick. She was a nice woman, and took my money no problem to!! Unfortunately I have nothing but negative feedback for this establishment. I went for a late dinner around 8:30 and once I got home realized I hadn’t received the two orders of nachos to go with the meal granted the cheese was there. We called and settled on coming in tomorrow for a replacement, then once we bit into our food it was then we realized it was cold as ice. We packed it up and got in the car to have it replaced, we went inside spoke to two separate gentleman, gave out bag with the receipt to have remade. We are handed our food and are sent on our way. Stood at the counter, in full view of at least 3 employees whom I'm sure were aware of our presence, but made it a point not to look in our direction. After several minutes, my wife noticed the order kiosk behind us, so we used that.
When our order was up, my Luxe Cravings Box was missing the Decades collectible cup that was supposed to come with.

I stopped here last night around 9/10pm after working all day and I was starving. The woman who took my order over the headset was super friendly and fast. There was only one car ahead of me, but they were on their way super fast. I got to the window to pay, and the woman who took my order was once again super friendly and warm. My food was ready super quickly! I couldn’t wait to start eating my nacho fries on the way home, and the first one I ate was perfection. When I got home to eat everything was made perfectly and it was honestly the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was so good that I was still thinking about it today, and felt compelled to leave a review. Like it was seriously that amazing. I’ve never been disappointed by this Taco Bell. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up an order of mine, and you can tell it’s ALWAYS fresh. I can’t say the same for every fast food place around. I really think though that your team as a whole at this location is doing exceedingly well. They are serving fresh, perfect, fast food. I mean even down to how carefully my tacos were wrapped(I’ve received a lot of broken Doritos locos tacos from other various locations), it was perfection.
