I went drive-thru and asked the attendant what they recommend to eat. The guys working tonight did an *amazing* job with the steak fajita chalupas. They put a three cheese sauce on top and some other customizations they recommended. I have to say, I'm downright impressed, those chalupas really hit the spot.

I didn't even get a chance to eat here. I came through the drive thru on 12/31/24 at approximately 11:25am. Things started off normal where they asked me if I wanted to use the mobile app, to which I replied that I didn't. I was then asked to go ahead with my order. I attempted to order some Flatbread melts, and was told "We aren't doing those today." I said, "Well that sucks, are you guys at least doing quesadillas?" To which there was a long pause and someone speaking Spanish in the background. Long pause. Then they told me yes. I proceeded to order a couple of quesadillas, a burrito and 2 large drinks. Long pause again. The order on the screen was way off and had a chicken Flatbread and a Baja blast. When he asked me if that was correct, I replied with "Not even close." Then the person on the other end said "What do WANT?!" This statement was made in a condescending tone and an extremely rude temperment. As a result my reply was "To go somewhere else. Have a great day." I'm not sure who is in charge of this location or who owns it, but this was an example the actual worst customer service I have ever received at any taco bell or any restaurant ever in my entire life. The person taking my order very clearly shouldn't be working anywhere near customers, and needs to find a different career path. They very obviously don't care about your customers or your business. I work professionally in the customer service field, and the person I spoke to today deserves to be promoted to customer. And if he gets to read this, that means fired/terminated/let go. I was very disappointed, and will never return to this location as a result. I went to Qdoba instead and received awesome customer service and delicious food. The sad part is, I love taco bell and would have much rather have eaten there to start with. I don't recommend that anyone visits Taco Bell in Johnson Creek.

I rarely eat at Taco Bell. Friend of mine we’re coming home late after working and we’re exhausted and hungry. It was 11:30 pm Dec 23, 2024 and they told us they were closed even though the hours clearly said they were open till 12 a.m. There were 4 cars in parking lot and lights were dim inside but drive through light was still on. If they were closed you would think the light would be off. Hope this gets to the right person to make some changes!

I came tonight on a Friday night at 11pm, they were supposed to be open till midnight, I pull up to the speaker and they said they closed at 10:30.... Placed an order on doordash. Missing half of my food. (Which may or may not be their fault) however the items that I did receive.. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS COMPLETED WRONG. I ordered a luxe cravings box. (1 STEAK chalupa, 1 5 layer beef burrito NO BEANS, and a double stacked taco) The chalupa is beef. The burrito has an enormous amount of beans and the double stacked is basically just shell and beef. The baja blast I received is zero sugar. I am missing 2 cheesy steak chalupas and an order of fiesta potatoes. And somehow I received a mystery burrito cuz I 1. Have no clue what it is. And 2. Did not order a second burrito. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and it rang twice and went to voicemail. This is the worst experience I've ever had. And usually I love going here and dont have issues. I'm so disappointed...

We expected to wait a few minutes for food since there were cars in the drive-thru and other customers in the dining area. No in-person ordering was available, only kiosk ordering. We received our food within 10min, which was normal. My sauce packets were forgotten, but there were some at the condiment station. 6 orders behind us were still waiting on their food around when we were finishing up eating. This is when an employee locked the dining room doors. Several new customers had to be let in by other customers waiting for their food. A man with a mobile order waited 20min for his food. He got his food, left and came straight back but had to be let in by other customers. He called back to the workers that they had forgotten his sauce packets as well and expressed his frustration that he had to wait additional time to his drive there and that the doors were then locked, preventing him from coming back in to grab them himself. This is when an employee came to the counter, raised her voice at the man and said there were only two workers and he could get the sauce himself at the condiment station. She accused him of yelling at her, when she was the one acting unprofessionally. The man left, probably realizing it wasn’t worth it and she didn’t see fault in her words/actions. Other customers left as it was awkward and we also left after waiting 15min for extra sides of nacho cheese.

This Taco Bell is doing the best they can in today's times. Sometimes the dining room is open,.other times it's not.

But the food is always correct and fresh. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.

The menu boards are wrong (i.e. they don't have diet dew it's now dew zero) but again staff is friendly to explain that.

The dining room at times seems neglected and not cleaned up. That's probably one reason it's not open at night most times.

Overall a good Taco Bell. They are doing the best they can with what they have to work with

Used the app for a drive through order. The app clearly states that orders placed this way would not be started until you arrive at the drive through. My order was cold and soggy. So I used to love this Taco Bell, but then that all changed a few months back. I ordered a meal and was only given parts of what I ordered. When I confronted them about it, they said, "Oh, we're out of rice, so we weren't able to make that." ....this was after they took my order and my money. I didn't get too upset because, sure, that happens. Next time I went there, same issue, the next time, same issue again. So now I'm wondering why...? Then I hear there's new ownership. So I went inside and ordered, ...3 out of 4 items were "out of stock," or at least that is what I was told from their deadpan eyes. So, here I waited 10 minutes for the 4 items I order, received 1 of them, and when I asked them for the other 3 items they "rolled their eyes" and literally threw them down on the counter to me and told me that they "aren't made right" because they are, once again, out of what they just sold me. What I did receive wasn't even what I ordered, and when I asked for the missing items, they told me they couldn't refund my money and that they were "out of stock." So again, fine. Then I went there 1 last time, it was 7 pm. The door was locked, and they were listed online to be open until 8pm. When I called them from their parking lot, they didn't answer until the 3rd phone call. They said "what" when they answered and told me, "They are closed for the day," and hung up. I will never go back.

I'm not sure who is running things there, but they are most certainly going to run this place into the ground.

After all, waiting 10 min in line because they are outside smoking cigarettes rather than doing their job, only to receive part of your order, makes the experience regrettable at best. Do yourself (and them apparently) a favor, and just resist the temptation of going there.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Went last night, Monday, August 29th, got to the drive thru speaker at 730(keep in mind their posted close time is 10pm!!), sat at the speaker box for about 15 minutes total trying to get some kind of response, nothing. Drove up to the window and sat another 5 minutes trying to see where this employee was(ALL of their lights were on). Finally gave up at 750 and decided to drive to the Fort Atkinson taco bell(they were kind and got my food quickly, would recommend!), but as I'm pulling out of the parking lot, I see them flip their lights off. I was honestly amazed to see such terrible customer service, the employee ACTUALLY just sat inside, ignoring customers until they could leave, never coming back again, totally unreal.

Today, I was told they closing at 7:45 pm while in the drive thru when their posted hours are until 10 pm all week long and I can't remember the last time they've been open past 9pm, shocking considering this is a Taco Bell that's also right of the Interstate. The food is good(especially the nacho fries), but more often then not my orders are missing 1-2 items,last but not least is the order kiosk which is just ridiculous especially when the staff disappear into the back forcing me to use the kiosk even when I'm the only customer in the restaurant.

They are always closed hours earlier than their posted hours or don't open until hours after their posted opening time. Super frustrating and I think I will just stop coming here. Big sign on building says open for breakfast BUT doors still locked at 8:30 am . Guess sign should have said drive thru open for breakfast and maybe taco bell should give a sht about their customers. So sad to just sit in the position of restaurant of last resort.

The lady in drive couldn’t figure out what order was at the window. I went to get the same thing I had yesterday. A Nacho Fry Delux box. Instead of combo substitute Steak chalupa to Beef Chalupa. It was substitute Steak to beef causing me to pay more then I should originally pay. My whole box I run with is Beef Chalupa (No Tomatoes and Lettuce), DLT (No Lettuce, Add Truff), Nacho Fries (Swap Nacho Sauce for Truff Sauce). That whole order sets me back 9.99. I couldn’t exactly order my food without it being screwed up. So I left the drive and just went to the nearest one, Watertown. I’ve never had bad experiences with ordering and employees until today. The lady in drive was rude when I said I’ll just get it at a different Taco Bell and responded with “Fine go then” and shut the window with a bit force.

1st time at this specific Taco Bell. Everything went smoothly!! Zero waiting but, then again I was there at approximately 9am. So that could have helped my easy experience. Super friendly staff! I even told them it was my 1st time there AND trying their breakfast. Right then 3 young well spoken young adults came to window to say hello and welcome me? As well as letting me know that the breakfast is really dang great! I've never seen that before! Talk about a positive crew! I was impressed with the staff and the food honestly!! It's was memorable. In a VERY good way!! Good Job Crew!!

Half the time something is incorrect with the order. The last straw was an online order I picked up that they replaced an item they were out of stock of with something else. They didn't tell me this when I picked up my food. I found out about the screw up when I got home. I went back and asked for the correct item which is when they finally told me they were out of stock. I ask for a refund which the cashier and manager both said they could not do. At no point during order pickup did the tell me they were replacing items in my order nor did the website say the item was out of stock (which qudoba down the street from this taco bell does do). It is a month later and I am still dealing with taco bell corporate for the refund.

There were only 2 tables that were clean in the restaurant and it was not busy, even the drive through. I let them know the tables were all dirty when we were leaving and a young man came out and started to clean as we walked out. I ordered a chicken burrito and quesadilla and I couldn’t tell if the was even any chicken in it. If there was all I could taste was beans. In the quesadilla I had 6 pieces of chicken. 1 on each end slice and 4 in the middle. At least it had quite a bit of cheese. I did enjoy the Raspberry Freese. I have had trouble there in the past don’t know why I went back.

The line in the drive through was long so I went inside. I soon understood why the line was long as I stood there waiting. (5+ minutes) I was greeted with a "hey" and placed my order. 20 minutes later I was out the door with my take out. I will say that the crew making the food did it in a hygienic manner and did not skimp on the ingredients. Was it worth the wait? Perhaps. The standards in customer service are changing and I guess I shouldn't compare them to how "it used to be." Overall I'd recommend this Taco bell and look forward to the day it's automated.

Service can be slow, and our orders are usually done correctly. There have been a few times, the orders were not right, including last night. Onions in burritos that should have had no onions, and then the burrito that it should have had onions didn't Noticed that the burritos were like sloped together. Messy to eat. The hard shells tend to always break at the bottom at this location, not sure why, but never fails that the meat all falls out because the shells are cracked. The shells have been stale from time to time too. The chalupa shells, don't recommend. The last few times, they have been older, hard and re fried, so heavily oil tasting. Friendly staff at the drive thru window, haven't been inside their dining since COVD. No issues with the staff taking the orders, it's the one making the orders. The nacho fries were fresh last night, that was a plus, when they are not made fresh they taste gross. Temperature of foods is always spot on, we've never had cold food. Just wish they'd get better with order accuracy and speed of service.
