I eat Taco Bell more than anyone you’ve ever met, I’m here 4-5 times a week. It’s never been anything but wonderful. The staff is incredible and it’s truly a testament to management, every time they have a new hire they’re on top of it and customer service is fantastic. I’ve been to plenty of different Taco Bell, this is far and away one of my favorites.

It can be hit or miss at this location but overall this Taco Bell is one of the better ones in the area. I think a lot of the hit or miss can be due to staffing when you get there as during busy times the more the miss but you’ll have that. Overall the food is generally pretty decent and warm.

I want to get the chicken nuggets that I saw on the commercial, but they were no longer being offered. So, I am still trying the nacho fries and they were delicious. My only issue is that the menu has gone to an LED style screen, so now it's hard to find things because the menu items seem like they're constantly moving.

We go here all the time and more often than not get good food and rarely something missing but several months ago something changed. I am so sick of ordering chips and cheese and getting a mostly empty cup of cheese. I constantly have to barely dip my chips and even then there's never enough to finish the chips. Please fill your containers like you should be, like I'm paying for, so I can actually have chips and CHEESE! I should not be seeing the bottom of the cheese cup when none of it has been eaten.

you can see my reciept and photo of the food they sent. I ordered from doordash black bean Chalupa's but they delivered beef Chalupa's and the order was not even completely delivered. It was just only half of the order.
Ordered : - 1 chicken burrito, 2 black been chalupas with crunchy taco with large pepsi, and cheezy chicken gorditaz

I spent $40 and it was totally waste of money. Never order from this place at all.

My sister and I stopped here while driving back from a concert in Chicago tonight and this place was great. I get annoyed by negative reviews about stupid stuff. They missed one of my chips and cheese. Easy enough to go talk to them and get it along with a make it right coupon. Drive thru is a little tight so those with large vehicles be aware. There are windows that look onto the prep line so you can see your food being made so that's kind of nice. Food was as you'd expect from a Taco Bell. Service was a little slow but friendly. Like so many fast food places, it seemed a bit understaffed so the slower service is not a surprise but those who were there seemed friendly.

We stopped here because we were in need of a quick bite. Never again. The store wasn't open so we were forced to go through the drive through. We were stuck for over 30 minutes with no way out of the line. When we finally got to a window, the employee was rude and dismissive of my frustration. He indicated there were large orders. If a fast food place can't figure out how to balance that to keep things moving, it needs new management. This place is a Gem! For all the people who know, you know. When you working late or gaming late, Taco Bell hits hard. But I have always been disappointed at all the Taco Bells in Milwaukee and Racine. But not here! No, this place is Amazing! The team is solid and the place is always so clean! I ordered at the drive thru and in person since I was told the one item was online only. When I parked I realized I was missing part of my window order. I tried to go into the location and they had the lobby closed. How do you pick up an in person online order or correct a window order that was missing a item.

So we just pulled up to the first window and the shift manager was being very rude. There was no sign on the door the lobby was closed and online allowed lobby pick ups.

Now my food is cold, my tacks for my kids are falling apart trying to get the location to fix the mistake and fill my online in person pick up order.

Two of my friends and I went through the drive thru at this specific location on May 6th. We pulled up to the menu to place our order and from there the young lady who took our order, immediately had a snotty attitude. I have worked in food service as management so that immediately raised concerns for me. We then pulled up to the window & I realized she didn’t have a name tag on, which makes since because she was very rude, made snarky facial expressions, & even slammed the drive through door in my face. Also, was laughing with fellow coworkers about the situation. I will not be returning unless other employees are there. This is highly unprofessional and needs to be consulted and resolved. Customers do not want to go to any restaurant and have to experience an employee with an attitude.

This was just a terrible experience overall. The dining room was closed even though there was a sign stating "dining room open" on the outside. The steel gate on the inside of the BP gas station was shut. The drive through took about 8 minutes to get through to get my food, then they failed to give me my drink and I did not realize it until I pulled away. I did not have time to sit and wait in line again. I wanted to call them to see if they could hand me my drink through the door but they failed to give me a receipt! I looked up the phone number online and called them but nobody answered the phone! Finally I was just gave up and left.

Stopped here for a couple of breakfast burritos one morning and placed my order. Pulled up to the window and I could see that my food was being prepared by someone wearing latex gloves. This Taco Bell needs a lot of help. I use the BP quite often to fill up and have attempted to order Taco Bell but always run into problems. Giving me the incorrect items. Not the correct drinks or size. Today was the last time I'll visit this establishment.
After waiting for a carry out order for 15 minutes, I stood at the counter and waited for them to ask me about my order. They told me they lost my order and never saw the order come across. I had overheard them talking about a mix up in orders and I knew what happened. I played along because I didn't want to cause a scene.
The person in charge was having problems with giving me my refund after admitting someone took the safe keys home the night before. After another five or so minutes of them helping other guests they finally were able to figure out how to give me my money back to my card.
If you are thinking about getting food here please visit another Taco Bell. Worst customer service I have ever endured. Not once did they apologize for the situation. Had to pull out my phone to prove the charge to my account.
