I don't like being negative but I have to be honest. After we paid for our order we were told they were out of white meat and it was obvious they didn't want to make more. The staff were rude and generally unhelpful. They yelled from the back that they were understaffed and had been all day, and we were just going to have to wait. While we were trying to figure out how to salvage supper at least 3 other customers came in, waited a while and left without service. So why didn't I give them 1 star? Because one guy tried to soften the blow by giving extra chicken tenders and apologizing afterwards. Sort of.

The tenders were pretty good considering I didn't want them, the potatoes were fine, but the biscuit was officially the hardest and stalest I've ever had. Seriously it tasted like a saltine cracker and crumbles to dust when I tried to open it.

We are no longer planning on trying to eat at this establishment. Go down the road to DQ the staff there are usually friendly and helpful with a really positive attitude.

Have been coming here for as long as I can remember and it has always been fairly decent but the previous 3-4 times I’ve come here the drive through service has been subpar. Not asking to make it a meal or making it a meal from the start. Then the wait in line for 2 people is minimum of 10-15 minutes. Upon receiving food and inspecting. It each time it was either not made as I had requested or the whole deal box I paid for isn’t complete.

Should change your hours on here if you’re going to close early. Came at 10:30 pm on a Thursday when google said I had until 11. All lights turned off and everyone was outside smoking cigarettes. Waited for about 20 minutes at the window, about 10 minutes in, an employee comes and gives us our drinks, one of which wasn't even right. She starts venting unprompted about working there which was entirely unnessecary. Another 10 minutes go by and nothing. Eventually walked inside to see what was going on and the kitchen was already being shut down way before closing. The owner was there and also didn't even come to the window to at least check on us. Had to get our money back and drive away. Terrible management and even worse employees. Not worth the trouble, especially when every other time we've been here, our order has been wrong.

1 star is too much credit! I ordered a meal box, no tomato. What do they do? Add extra tomato! My chalupa.... All sour cream! Gobbs and gobbs of sour cream, and I swear, my soft shell taco had more meat in it than the chalupa did! Beware of "corporate policy"!! This place routinely has 50% of it's stalls "Out of Order". They took their Christmas tree down sometime in September, or October. We usually go through the drive through, on the way from the Northwoods to southeastern WI. When the restaurant door is open, I use the Ladies room. Last week, we ordered a chicken burrito supreme, and got no chicken. Since we pass through on most weeks, we set aside the receipt, and figured that we would straighten it out with them this week. Today, I went inside to order our lunch, and get last week's order corrected. I was promptly told by cashier that I was supposed to have called in within 48 hours, or nothing can be done. I told her that all I wanted was a replacement burrito, or if she preferred, to get my money back. I also asked where I could find this policy, after she just kept repeating the words over and over. She got her manager. He restated the supposed "policy", while the cashier yelled from behind the food machinery on the other side of the kitchen that I only had "48 hours" to call in. I asked why that policy wasn't posted at the register, or on the receipt...no answer. I left the franchise, and we had a wonderful lunch at Taco 🌮 John's, which will now be our usual Mexican food stop.

Usually the service is excellent here but I came through at a very busy time. Had to wait to take my order, which I was okay with.
