Worst fast food experience of my life yesterday. Women's bathroom was filthy with vomit in the only sink. All of the tables were dirty. The soda tasted funny. The food took 30 minutes to get. Asked for a refund for an item I did not receive and was told the manager was not available. 3 employees total working is not enough. You might as well be closed if service and experience is going to be that terrible. Do better.

The crew seems polite enough while providing service, but I have repeatedly had really poor food experiences here, which is arguably more important. The food does not seem to be made with much care at all, often times being served cold and with plenty of unwanted ingredients that are not supposed to be part of the item that was ordered. And you can say "its just a taco bell, what do you expect?" But i guess i do think that warm food that doesn't include unwanted ingredients should be a reasonable expectation. Unexpected flavors and textures that are not supposed to be inside of an already questionably filled and rolled burrito just isnt going to work for a lot of people. It also calls into question the cleanliness of the maketable in the kitchen, as a burrito that is supposed to not have tomatoes nor iceberg lettuce should contain neither of those things instead of both and discovering that they are indeed present via the mouth is incredibly unpleasant to many people. Occasionally is understandable but it is every time I go in almost, if not, every burrito. It is honestly a better option to just drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the wausau store, as both the service and food is substantially better.

What are horrible place. Ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my 5 year old they didn't put his fries in the box so I go back in and was told they put Mac and cheese in the box witch never happened either. And the very rude snotty little girl working claimed i was lieing. So long story short I'll never return there again apparently it exceptable to take food that was paid for from a 5 year old child.

I'll start with the good. The staff were very pleasant, DESPITE there only being LITERALLY 4 of them during an incredibly busy lunch rush. They were clearly OVERWHELMED and I felt awful for them. The customer service is the ONLY good thing.
The soda dispenser SMELLED STRONGLY of mildew / mold to the point that it had almost had a sewage smell and the taste matched. This is not the product of the machine not being cleaned for a few days or weeks. This is MONTHS of neglect. I let staff know and asked if they could give me my drink from the DT fountain machine. Same issue. I couldn't drink what I paid for.
Because of this, I felt so uncomfortable eating my food because I couldn't trust that the fryer was clean and the few bites I did end up taking tasted off. I was given regular cinnabon bites instead of the dulce de leche. Whoever manages this establishment is running it into the ground at NO fault of the staff. The manager clearly cannot be bothered with food safety, and it is no longer a matter of IF but WHEN someone is going to get sick.
I see that the response to the reviews here are cut and paste, with no action to back it up. It is such a disingenuous response that it's not even funny. This place is going to go under with placating replies that lack the care, concern and backbone to do anything about it. I can see from this that the ONLY way I will get any sort of action would be to call corporate and the health department, and TRUST that this will be my course of action.
TL;DR - Your staff is great, but you treat them awfully. The pop machines are DISGUSTING, the food also tasted off, the responses here are lack luster, and I will be taking further action.

The crew is questionable. Ordered a cake as a dessert for family and the cake was missing a piece….unreal. They replaced cake, but it required me to run back to store. Then realized my order was missing the beef burrito, decided to give up as food was already cold. Wonder if I was served leftovers from someone else. Not impressed. Only thing positive was that the store was clean. It’s worth driving 15 minutes longer to go to Taco Bell in Wausau as they get your orders correct.

Don't stop here if you don't have time to wait. It took 30 minutes to get receive our meal. While waiting customers came into the restaurant waited to order at the front counter, no one came to take their order and after waiting about 10 minutes they left without ordering. Food was hot when we received it. Overall cleanliness of the store was OK, with exception to the bathroom. Men's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Urine all over the floor which had been there for some time as the grout in the tile is discolored from urine sitting on it, and it stunk so bad.

I used to love KFC but just can't justify the cost anymore. Even with app and "coupon" it costs almost $32 for bucket of chicken. I can get chicken and mashed potatoes at kwik trip for $21, or $16 on Wednesdays. While thats without biscuits, it's just too much money these days.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after I had made my order. There were only ever 3 cars ahead of me. I didn't get a reciept but I had pulled away before I realized it. There were NO napkins in the bag, the crunchwrap was cold, and there was only meat on one half and cheese on the other half.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell!! You either stop here or you don't. I love the chicken Chalupa Supreme!! Alltho the staff messed up my order, and I took it lightly and asked if they could correct my order..... offered to pay the difference, which was like $2. No big deal. I would have paid for it.... the team member fixed the problem and told me not to worry about it. Thank you!
Again, for the people who stop at Taco Bell.... this particular location was clean. Newer set up, with a Kentucky Fried Chicken as part of the restaurant!!

I was craving KFC and had not been to one for almost 5 years. Walked in so excited to get that classic KFC chicken and mashed potatoes. I ordered original gat extra crispy..no silverware to be found..tables were all dirty so I chose the least dirty one to sit at. Mashed potato servingvwas tiny with very little gravy. I was disappointed to be served a dry cornmeal muffin instead of a flaky bisquit. Service was slow ..only 4 people working but only 4 people waiting for chicken. So disappointing.

The last four times I've tried stopping into this location The store was closed early by at least 45 minutes to an hour with employees just standing in the lobby or standing outside smoking. The posted hours are either completely wrong or the store does not stay open for the entirety of the posted hours at all. This has been a problem I've noticed in the past but has gotten a lot worse as of recent. Tried calling the store to confirm the hours during the middle of the day when they are absolutely open and they do not answer their phone and when they do they are annoyed that you called at all. Not very impressed at all.

We went through drive thru for our order. We ordered the chicken cantina bowl. We got our order and started eating the bowl and it was super crunchy. The rice was what seemed like rice that was cooked on the side of the cooking container. Then realized there was no chicken. Tried calling to complain multiple times I get an answer machine. So I drove back and went in. They remade the bowl and I thought it looked okay, but guess what? The rice was under cooked and no flavor whatsoever. The rice juices were in the bottom of bowl.
Same order we got their famous bowl from KFC and no gravy. The chicken pieces were still cold like they were from a freezer. Tried calling again and just a machine. How can you mess up so much on a simple order. I highly don’t recommend eating here. Save your money and go somewhere else! I to can handle a little mistake but my whole 2 items we ordered and it was a disaster. How awful.

I usually try to be more patient and forgiving with businesses in the customer service industry, since I know the people and things they have to put up with, but this restaurant has been given chance after chance to meet our expectations. They gave me chicken quesadillas instead of cheese—which isn't too much of an issue, I guess—and very, very rarely is the cheese in the quesadillas melted, or look anything other than slightly warm. The last couple of times we've been there, the quesadillas haven't even been cut. In the same last visits, the staff seems to not know anything about one of their drinks. My boyfriend went and ordered one for me, only for the staff to not know that it even existed, despite it literally being on the menu . . . and in the last visit, the vanilla limonada was missing the "vanilla" half of the drink!! The staff are extremely slow with getting orders out, and normally I'd chop that up to them simply being short-staffed, but I have personally seen them work, and they lack any energy. I get it, fast food and retail jobs suck, and hardly anybody likes it there, but would it kill you to fake it til you make it??

Honestly, I'm just tired of craving what I remember about Taco Bell, only to he sorely mistaken once again. They simply aren't making any effort.

Went through drive thru. Some options were not available due to them being out of items. So we made adjustments to what we wanted. However after we get home we find that we paid for items we did not receive. A 5 yr olds dinner was not there. It was a simple ask. 2 hard shell tacos. WOW! How hard is that to get at a taco eatery. Not the first time we have waited 30+min for a taco. “Short staffed” for the last year. Snippy workers, and now we get quesadillas that’s just a folded over tortilla and all of the fillings on the outside. Not going back. Don’t waste your time. Go anywhere else. Stop in Wausau where they get you your stuff correct and fast, or go to any other fast food in town. Heck, you can sit down at the Mexican joint down the road and be in and out quicker with authentic Mexican for dang near the same price!!!

Every time I go here something is messed up. This last time one of my chicken orders was crispy not original. There was no coleslaw in one of them and no biscuit in the other. I noticed they didn't even have one of my 2 chicken meals even on my order which I caught before I left but I should have checked it before going home because they still had it wrong! I had to drive back and the man I got was rude and talked to other associate and looked over at me and it seemed like they were laughing at me. I get new people but 2 mistakes in one order is a bit ridiculous. I went there about 530p-6p on a Saturday. No customer service. No apology just a look like I was stupid or something. I won't be going back for a long while if ever. And when I call the number listed to speak to a manager nobody ever answers.. again customer service is both in person and answering the phone when it rings..

The drink was odd tasting like a freezer burned taste, and hardly any of the cola it should have had, made me wonder if they have ever cleaned the soda machine or ice maker, or how long has the ice been in there to make the entire drink taste contaminated. The chalupas were not good either they were dry and chicken wasn't flavorful, the entire thing was questionable. If I had still been near by I would have gone in for a full refund. Highly do NOT recommend!

minocqua Taco bell has the best customer service between the competitors. The bft crew is friendly and just good at what they do. I had a $5 bft wrap.hot fresh consistently good. Hot hash browns, the coffee is brewed just right not weak and hot. It is my go to Sunday stop after mass.

This place is horrible. The bathrooms are always so dirty and never cleaned and they have a musty smell, kinda smells like water damage. The workers are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. My husband and I went there at around 11:00 because I wanted Taco Bell and he wanted KFC. I was able to order my food (Taco Bell) but when my husband went to order his they told him that they didn’t have any chicken for KFC ready to cook. My husband said okay that fine what time does KFC open. They said 12pm. However there door says 11am. My husband reminded them about the hours posted and they said that they don’t follow those it’s more of a convenience for the workers. My husband said well those are the hours posted and I’m okay to wait a little bit so you can get KFC ready. Keep in mind it was 11:00. The cashier rolled her eyes and walked away after we paid. We were kinda upset because that’s not really what should happen for fast food. We went to get our drinks from the fountain and my husbands Dr. pepper tasted like chemicals and my sprite tasted like toilet water. We dumped our drinks out and told the workers. And the cashier had said it wasn’t her problem. After about 35 minutes of waiting for my husbands food for KFC, the cook came out and handed the food to my husband and reminded him that KFC doesn’t serve until 12. However the door hours say 11. The entire place was just disgusting, and the workers were rude. They didn’t want to do there job and make it everyone’s problem. We will not be going back until same major changes are made. I personally have worked in the fast food industry and I know how things should be, and the environment should honestly be reported to the heath department.

I really don't like to say bad things but not 1st issue...after 20 minute drive home, had to go back to get corrected order, after hour driving to eat dinner, still was not a steak quesidilla, justa steak Barreto wrapped in quesidilla paper, the mexican pizza was too soggy (and cold) to eat but since that was made poorly with hug glob of beans about 1/4" thick on one side and a little meat on other half, no red sauce and ended up tossing entire meal out and once again drove back into town 20 minutes again to go to McDonald's instead.

Something like this seams to happen to me every time I go to this location. Have decided will probably not go back or drive to Wausau if I'm set on Taci Bell.

Now I'd like to start by saying, this was not the first time this happened to us at this location. As a matter of fact it's the 2nd time in a row and once more about 6 months ago.
When we arrived today, just after 5:30 p.m. we stood at the ordering counter for 10 minutes before we thought we had made a mistake and they were only serving drive thru because that's what the employees seemed to be focusing on. Husband went around the side and called out to the man at the drive thru. He said someone would be right there. 8 minutes later, we walked out the door as everyone seemed to continue to ignore us. We understand it's difficult these days to fully staff, hence the reason we went back to try again, but it just blows my mind that during the evening rush hour, the lobby gets ignored. Just lock the doors and put a sign up that says drive thru only if that's all the supporting staff you have.

The food tastes great, but I would worry about the sanitation element of it more than anything. The people are less than friendly. Always takes forever to get an order placed let alone made. The employees are all teens that would rather spend time outside conversating than working. Their bathrooms are DISGUSTING and most of the time the restaurant tables are sticky. Do not recommend.

Went to this location an hour before they close, lights are all still on drive through still lit up and employees inside. Pull up to the drive through and are met with silence, called the place and nobody answers. I came here for lunch on Friday 6-30-23. No chicken available during lunch time, also no biscuits were made. The cashier had the personality of a toilet seat, the guy that briefly took over for her gave me a discount for the inconvenience (he was very friendly), after which he said he would probably hear about that from his boss. Part of my order was also wrong, even after correcting it wish Miss Sunshine behind the counter. This pace has been going downhill for many years now (I’m local to the area) and this was their last chance for me. My opinion, go around the corner to Culver’s of Merrill. It’s a MUCH better run place

Very rude people!!!!! Tried to get tacos last night they were closed 1 hr before their website says they are. Normally no big deal. Got their asked if they were open. Got very rude responses from all the staff that was out side smoking. Including I'll go make your taco if you pay me...... went today for lunch since I did not get a taco last night the food was cold hard food wrapped in translucent grease filled wrappers. I understand it's taco bell...... And I normally wouldn't leave a review but talk about people in customer service going out of their way to be rude and treat you like your inconvincing them for food you pay for. Would never recommend this location ever! The manager did correct the situation and was nice but poor lady has the worse staff I would fire them all to bad no one can find staff any where.
