I went a couple months ago and ordered Taco Bell and kfc. My boyfriend got a three piece tender meal and they gave us two tiny pieces of bone in meat. They also forgot the sour cream, and queso I paid for. Then I went yesterday for Taco Bell, because the kfc side was closed I guess. I had a group with me so I went to the lobby and the door was open, and they looked at me weird and said “the lobby’s closed” there was no sign, so i don’t know how I was supposed to know that. Then we went to the drive thru to order and in the middle of my order the lady answers the phone and doesn’t respond for five minutes. She then comes on again and makes me repeat my whole order. (I don’t know why she was answering the phone considering I saw several people in there when I walked in) I tried to order a fruit punch freeze because it was on the sign and she gives me attitude and tells me “we don’t have that” I told her it was on the sign but okay. Then I told her I have another order, (there was four of us in the car, and the whole reason we wanted to go inside was because we had separate orders) she then says “we’re really busy and we don’t usually allow more than one order” there were two cars in-front of me there was no way you were that busy and if your lobby is going to be closed you should absolutely allow more than one order. So I told her to just cancel the order and I left. No one should be spoken to the way I was spoken to.

I've always loved taco bell and it hits extra hard whenever im hung over and this taco bell is the best place ever. Baja blast makes me shout with joy it just hits different. Shout out to the guy that took my order he was funny, compassionate, kind, and a hard worker. He single-handedly cured my hangover and put a smile on my face. He deserves the entire world and a raise! I love you taco bell. (please bring nacho fries back)

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to some really bad ones in my time. 9/10 times I’ve recently been there, they are either KFC only, they are out of half of their items, or they give you the wrong food. The wait time is atrocious, the management is clearly not good, and the quality of the food is horrible. There’s one really cool guy with glasses who works the drive thru window and that’s the only positive they have going for them. I went and ordered the new exclusive lux box that promotes the cool ranch Doritos locos tacos and they gave me a nacho taco. How can you literally not even correctly read the menu of the store you are serving food from. Save ur money. Everytime I’ve regretted going there.

Placed my order at the drive thru. Employee (Tammy) did not enter it correctly and messed up my order. Also the menu board had a price of $9.99 for the combo, the receipt shows $10.19 now that's not the end of the world, but you need to update your pricing versus just charging everyone more and not telling them. Overcharging people is wrong.

I don't frequently leave negative reviews for Taco Bell, as I usually expect mediocre service. However, my recent experience was exceptionally disappointing.

1. **Service Quality**: The service I received was unexpectedly poor. The staff member at the drive-thru window lacked both energy and efficiency.

2. **Order Time**: I ordered a simple meal consisting of regular tacos and a bowl. After an initial wait, I was asked to pull forward, only to wait an additional 14 minutes for my food.

3. **Communication**: When my order was finally handed to me, it was done so with a grunt, and there was no apology for the long wait or any communication from the staff.

I pulled over to a nearby location to eat some before hitting the road. Only to find my chicken cold and rubbery in the bowl.

I went drive thru at night, which I thought was going to be bad, but they surprised me and were actually doing a good job. Not the best taco/burrito and service I've ever had, but it was pretty good. 👌 I just wish they understood, though I only ordered 2 things and I know that's a small order, I get it. But that was my first time at that location, and next time (if my food/service is amazing... I may order 5 times more food. So please put you're best foot forward everytime. You never know what you could lose, like a really really really good loyal customer?!?! All in all, not too bad though.

It's gone downhill, recently. They used to be pretty good for a fast food restaurant. Now, they are severely understaffed. The lobby is rarely open because of this, meaning, if you want food, you need to go through the very slow drive-through, even if you used the online order-ahead feature.

The food quality has also gone down quite a bit, too. Sometimes it's alright, other times, it's bland and/or been sitting out for far too long. Example: Biscuits which are hard as rocks.

I went to this place and ordered a 16 peace, family, chicken meal and the people that were working, there were so sloppy and they were not wearing hair nuts, and the guy was in such a hurry. He kept shoving all of my chicken and all of my food in different bags aggressively and half of the biscuits were broke and it was a total nightmare. We had to wait for our food for 25 minutes before I said something and then had to wait another 15 minutes for my food absolutely unbelievable I think this place needs a different weekend crew who actually give a shit about what they are doing instead of being absolute slobs and they need get their shit together

Pulled up with my order online, they did not take online orders spite just making one. They did not have half the stuff to make my order. My order was not correct. The cheese was on the outside of my taco more then inside my taco. It was 2 grilled tacos and only one was grilled. Orderd Cinnamon bun delights and only got 2 in a bag for full price. The sodas was not correct of what I order and was no care in the order being made. Not to mention they did not add anything I added, no potatoes and no sauce, and was charged for it.

This place didn't get my order correct the other day. Display shows Mexican pizza on FLOUR tortillas they used corn... Way too much enchilada sauce on my pizza and hardly any cheese... Like wth. This Taco Bell is combined with KFC so you get the ability to order from either menu. There's a dining room for eating in. Staff was friendly and they were particularly helpful when I, as a vegetarian, had questions about the ability to substitute black beans in various Taco Bell selections instead of meat.

They also claimed I couldn’t buy one of their salsa verde’s because it “only” comes with the cantina menu items which I know for a fact is false because you can order them separately through the app or in person. I ordered a multitude of items from both KFC and Taco Bell from this location. With some removals of certain ingredients that I don’t care for. Not only did the staff get my entire order correct, they did so quick and efficiently, Steven who took my order was nice and the lady who I spoke to was very kind at the window and even gave me extra butter for my famous bowl. Waited in line just under an hour with only 4 cars in front or me. Didn't move for 40 min. Ordered taco 12 pack, mashed potatoes side, potato bowl, beefy burrito, and 4 Cinnabon bites. I received 1 Cinnabon bite, no burrito, potato bolw packed solid of sour cream and a dime side spot of cheese. Mashed potatoes had nearly no gravy. Relieved 11 of 12 tacos but by the time i.made a 10 minute drive home.the Greece had soaked through the bag and into my seat. The tacos were inedible because the shells all disintegrated. Had terrible experiences here. The driveway is full of potholes, it concerns me to even drive my car in their driveway. They don’t accept mobile orders here, which is a huge inconvenience, because you cannot get the same service as you can at other Taco Bell’s. The food rarely tastes fresh here as well.
