Went thru drive thru for 2 party packs of tacos and they were trying to charge me 98$ I looked at my bill went back in and the older lady acted as if I was dumb and did not want to reimburse me the 67 dollars she over charged me, another gentleman then told her when I ordered that she over charged me and she just let it slide as if I was dumb enough to let that pass! I would like to share my honest feedback. I regret to say that the taste and variety of KFC food in the USA do not match what I’ve experienced in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. In both countries, KFC offers a wider range of options and a richer flavor that I couldn’t find here.
I truly appreciate the staff at this location. They were kind, respectful, and cooperative. The official closing time was 10:30 PM, but when I arrived around 9:10 PM, one of the team members informed me that dining in was no longer available and only takeout was allowed. I mentioned that I had traveled from Oshkosh with my family specifically to dine in. She kindly allowed us to sit and eat, explaining that the dining area typically closes at 9:30 PM while the drive-thru remains open until 10:30 PM.
They even offered us a delicious chocolate cake, which was a pleasant surprise. I’m thankful for their hospitality.

Did you ever have one of those days where your finally on your way home, it’s late, and your not going to feel like making supper at 11 at night? Yup, so we’re driving into Ripon and my wife says, It’s Sunday night at 10pm. Nothings going to be open! Then she saw the Taco Bell sign still on! There were only 2 cars in the parking lot and not parked by the building (so they are employee cars) I hopped out and looked on the door. Sunday open till 10:30!!! Yeah! 😻😻😻

The day time staff are great, the night employees are awful and rude and act like they aren't there to do a job. I had 2 really bad experiences in the drive-thru. The 1st - The employee that was supposed to be taking my order kept cutting me off and wouldn't even let me say that I wanted no tomatoes and kept talking over me saying, "Anything else?" I asked when I got to the window if she got that I didn't want tomatoes and she just said, "YUP!" Loud and rude and then told me I needed to pull ahead to wait for my order and was again, very rude. The 2nd - Pulled up to order, tried to order a crunchwrap and a quesadilla and the employee rudely told me that they couldn't make grilled food because their grill was broken. I started to try and say, "Thanks anyway, I'm gonna go somewhere else." And was in a nutshell told, "Good, go somewhere else." Super unprofessional, especially coming from a full grown adult. The food at night is also awful. Tacos are always soggy, hardly any meat in whatever you choose to order (from the taco bell part, that is) and over half the time I'm either missing something, or it isn't made right. I will literally drive to ANY of the surrounding locations and will not be returning to this one.

Somehow after an employee at this location says they found my wallet in the rain, my $80 in cash goes missing. None of my bank card credit cards or gas cards were taken but yet somehow my money was gone. I was told someone else took my money out and just left everything else behind to sit in the rain. Not sure why I bother trying to go to this place. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito in drive thru, wasn't read back to me. Ended up with a burrito that had beans and beef with sour cream. Called and asked if anyone knew how to make a grilled cheese burrito there. Was told that I ordered a 5 layer burrito and got what I paid for. I proceeded to tell them that if it was a 5 layer burrito it was missing ingredients(nacho cheese for instance) but was told that she was right there and it was made correctly. Cool. Thats not what I ordered. Well that's what you paid for..she said. Thanks. Thanks but no thanks I doubt I'll try again. Food is sub par at best, especially when ordering taco bell. Make sure to check your orders always when you buy! I asked for a beefy 5 layer (substitute beef with chicken and add seasoned rice) and they didn’t even give me a beefy 5 layer. They also still added chicken and some hot sauce to whatever it was they gave me? Luckily, I’m not Hindu, allergic to beef, and my health will be relatively unaffected… otherwise it could have been a lot worse. Love this Taco Bell. We have been here twice and tbh this is the first taco bell I have been thru that the 5 looks like the pictures/commercials. The right amount of ingredients on everything. My husband is staying in the Berlin ish area & when I come up to see him we don't mind driving to Ripon for the taco bell because it's worth the drive. 😉 @least for us. We both have been to our share of Taco Bells being that we used to live in Milwaukee, Racine County &Towns That Are In Milwaukee County. Let Alone My Husband Travels For Work All Over The Midwest & Is Only Home Maybe A Week By The Time The End Of The Month Hits. Staff was extremely rude, and treated us as an annoyance. Wait time for tacobell was over 20 minutes from the time we placed the order till we recieved it. The food was absolutely horrible, cold and just thrown together extremely sloppily. 3/4 of the burritos and crunchwraps were just tortilla and cheese with the rest of the toppings piled at the bottom. We also ordered 3 hard shell tacos, one of them didnt even have any meat. Literally just lettuce and cheese and all of the shells were completely destroyed. Its like they intentionally crushed all of our food. We also asked for lots of mild and fire sauce for an over $50 tacobell order for our family, the kid at the window confirmed to us it was in there, and when we arrived home, not 1 single sauce packet was in any of the bags! Tried calling the store multiple times, and no answer. On top of all that, we will be contacting the health department because I believe we have food poisoning. All 5 of us have been getting sick this morning. Avoid this poorly maintained and poorly sanitized place at all cost! Corporate will be contacted.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell (just a detail). I placed my order at the counter -only me at the counter- and they get my order wrong. Fill my soda, black flakes fall into my cup. So I take a napkin and wipe the nozzle, full of black gunk. Soda next to it-same thing. The nozzles are SUPPOSED to be sanitized nightly, but looked to have been ignored for days. Classy.
