I've only been to this Taco Bell twice and both times, I had a really good experience because food was really fresh, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant because it was quiet. The restaurant was clean and Taco Bell is very affordable👍 it's one of those places that you can still eat for $10 or less, that's really good🥳 if you're on a budget💰 I haven't been down this way since 2024 but whenever I'm down this way, I stopped in, because a good experience is always important🙂❤️👍

Ordering and paying by kiosk means you almost don't interact with a human being at all anymore. All they need are robots to take over the food prep.

First of all, I was disgusted by the bathroom. There was pee all over the seat before I got in there, as well as on the floor. There was brown stuff all around the sink and I could barely see myself in the mirror it was so dirty. I ordered a cheese roll up and I bite down and there was crunchy lettuce in my cheese roll up. This place seems so unsanitary, the tables are a mess, the pop area was so messy I couldn’t set my cup down without putting it in a liquid. And my mom almost broke her tooth on uncooked rice. Placed a late night order via the app, then made my way over to pick it up. Got a Large Nacho fries and received less than a regular size, the cheese cup barely had anything in it, my burritos were cold by the time I drove two minutes to my home. Unfortunately this place is going down a slippery slope that nobody cares to fix. I used to work this location in 2010-2013 when management cared about customer service, fresh, hot, quality product, and cleanliness of the lot/lobby. We had managers that pushed for good surveys, pushed for product to be of weight and standards, pushed for fresh and quality food. Granted this IS fast food - but when the only interaction at the window is about 2 minutes after waiting then it's a "hi" as they shove drinks at your face, walk away and then "have a good night" as the food comes at you.. the shells, chips, and twists are stale (likely morning prep..), crunchy tacos are half full and broken, meat is cold, beans are dry, and sods is flat.. it makes it difficult to spend hard earned money at these places.. and this crap would NEVER fly with Chuck and Dolly!

My only praise is keep the churros and garlic sauce in rotation!

The most disappointing food I've ever had. I had there double stack taco with chicken instead of beef. I received 2 pieces of chicken about the size of a quarter and nothing else but lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. I'm a manager in Lake Geneva and I'm not going to say where but you should be ashamed of what you are serving. For the corporate world, who controls this store? You should be ashamed as well. I live in lake geneva and work in a fine dining restaurant. There have been many times I got off work late, drove my friends home and realized I forgot to eat that day, and stop here to grab something near my home. I’m also someone who understands these are kids who are working late hours and probably deal with jerks. I live off tips, and these kids do not. I will say every time I pull up, probably when they just want to be done and sick of people they are still so kind and nice. The gentleman who worked the window after hours on July 3rd 2024 was so sweet and kind, I wish I asked his name. But he deserves a raise. Still the best Taco Bell around because of these kids who care. And you can tell.

Just went through the drive through, the guys at the window are not even checking what is on the order before handing it off to the customer. I order a veg power menu bowl a number 6, 3 feasta potatoes, a nacho cheese fries 3 extra crunchy tacos, chips and cheese and 2 cinnamon twist. I had to remind them about the cinnamon twist, never got the extra tacos not even the one taco that goes with my combo number 6. So 4 taco's missing and miss the chips and cheese. Prefacing this by saying it was a late night order.

Despite placing the order with the app (at 11:30pm) and following the directions to get in the drive through line, we were told to “just come inside because the lobby is open”. We were already boxed in by cars behind us so just had to wait. 25 minutes later when we make it to the window we were informed they didn’t have our order. Then an order for someone else was handed to us and I let them know this wasn’t our order. After some back and forth we were asked to come inside.

The doors were locked so we had to knock to be let in. More back and forth occurred as we were told the food was being prepared but it was just for orders being placed in the drive through. Someone finally acknowledged that there wasn’t an order being prepared for us, they Finally get working on it. Another 25 or so minutes pass during all this, so it took almost an hour to get “fast food”.

The old menu will always be the best menu Taco Bell could ever feature. The new products are sub-par & scream menu crossover constantly on rice & "crispy" things & cheese & leftovers being used. They couldn't get a simple bean burrito correct. Things happen from time to time, but taking away the original menu doomed you to the demographic that now has the most money to spend. Late 70's & 80's babies are your best customer & we all struggle with spending money there now. When we were poor working kids when The Bell was at it's best, we wouldn't bat an eye at handing over our tiny paychecks weekly. Whoever is in charge of the menu decisions needs to do some research. The new menu is junk with junk ingredients. Crunchy chips & nacho cheese doesn't do it. Mexi-melt, 7-layer burrito, double decker, etc.. the same ingredients are in house so just do it! Thumbs up on bringing back the pizza. That was a royal screw up depriving us of that righteous product. We tried this Taco Bell three times and it was bad each time butbthis was the worst. Especially when drive thru window employee leans up against the register to wait for our food to be ready. I know you should always look busy no matter what. just a hello or Thank you would be nice too.
