Came through in the drive thru asking for *no chipotle sauce*(correct on the receipt) it’s spicy, ruins your meal if you don’t like spicy. Went on here today because necessity required and colon protested. We walk in to the pit guy begging the counter in a whiney voice saying to a customer who has ordered already and is standing there waiting.. patiently for his food. "Sorry sir, but we are out of the (Dorito chalupa, beany whatever)." The guys nice and said "just give me the rest then" and steps back. Then we come up and order and I'm holding my card. Looking at the menu and my kids ordered and I finally find something chicken-like with veggies and order it and he punches it in and I look down and the card trader said "no cards". I look up and say - "do you need to switch to this register to take a card?" To which he mumbles slowly"well this one doesn't accept cards and that one... Well it's just not set up to take orders" to which I say, "can you sign into this one so people can use cards then?" He shrugs like he didn't know, and I said frustratedly, "do you do anything around here?' prob want the nicest thing to say. Sorry about that bud.- Management failures here. Doesn't keep the employees signed into a working register, get the other one fixed, inform the patrons or employees what foods they are out of, or staff the kitchen with enough people to avoid a 5 person hold up for what must have been ten or fifteen mins. Seems poorly run. But could have been an aff day at 230 on a Tuesday. 🤷‍♂️ Genuinely don't know. We just went somewhere else.

I have been a Taco Bell fanatic for many years and have had it from coast to coast. I would have never thought my best Taco Bell experience would be in Lomira, WI. The staff was incredibly kind and the food was the freshest and best made I have ever had from any other Taco Bell. Great Job!

Hella stingy with the meat. Not sure i will be coming back. The caliente was like a sweet hint of spice btw. Not really spicy as i thought it wuld be. Its like the creamy jalapeno without the creamy. Didn’t give me any of my food so we had to go back in line and wait again. Why would you have someone who can’t speak English at a primarily English area? Let alone the rest of a crew who can only half speak the language?I mean I’m all about acceptance but let’s be reasonable now! Then he tries to tell me “she said you drove away without it”… No she couldn’t speak English and walked away after giving me half the order! Then when I did get my food it definitely wasn’t fresh once you got past the toppings, doesn’t look clean, doesn’t feel like a good place. This used to be one of the safer Taco Bell’s here, ended up tossing food that didn’t taste right.

Love the online specials like the luxe box! We normally don't eat out to save money, but the luxe box is such a fun way to have a mom/dad late night in after sending the toddlers to bed!
Service is fast and friendly, and food is very good by fast food standard. Much better than the city we moved from.
Will definitely keep coming back for those late night parent munchies as long as the food stays fairly priced!

No one pays attention to front counter. Not all of us have money on our cards but have cash. When not a single person looks over to FC, even the one with the best view, they don't care at all. Coming in to get a couple of tacos for the road while on a time crunch and already inside to get fuel.... -.- I miss the Burger King. The staff then cared and paid attention to the customers, even when short staffed. This Taco Hell isn't short staffed. They just don't care.

This location is the worst location I've ever been to from food made wrong to customer service I just stopped in about 15 minutes ago walked in no one at the front counter stood there for about 5 minutes had two workers in the back make eye contact then move out of eye site then another 2 or 3 minutes pass then 3 workers come up to the front do some stuff on the screen look at me say 1 minute then walk away for a few more minutes come back up told me 1 minute again walk away and after another few minutes I said screw it and left and I've been here before and every time some how they never get my order 100% correct and being in a small town we don't have many options to choose from so we are stuck trying this location but after today I'll drive the extra 20 minutes and go somewhere else

Passing on our way up north and decided to go through the the drive thru. I ordered the new cantina chicken crispy (among otger items) but said the wrong name. We decided to eat in the parking lot in the car before getting back on the hwy. I went back in to see if I could exchange my chicken for the correct taco - no issues, really pleasant workers, and they even gave us cinnamon twists even though it was my fault. I don’t normally leave reviews but jeez. The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. A middle aged woman took our order at the drive thru and literally scoffed at me over the mic. I didn’t think much of it, when we got to the window she went to hand me 2 Pepsi’s and I order 2 Baja blast and I politely said “oh it was 2 Baja blasts” and she rolled her eyes and said “ I didn’t hear you say Baja blast, I heard Pepsi”. She proceeds to turn around and ask the other employee “did you hear her say Baja blast” and the other said “nope” with an attitude. Normally I’m very patient with people because i too work in customer service, but I felt kind of targeted so I told them “we can take the Pepsi’s if it’s going to be such a big deal”. The lady then got me the correct drinks because duh, not my fault you heard the drink order incorrectly. Not even sure how Baja blast and Pepsi sound alike but whatever lol. To that employee, it’s a shame they have someone like you representing a business but hey, I hope you get through whatever you’re going through. Can’t expect much from a 50 year old woman working at Taco Bell haha

Its Taco Bell i was expecting 5 star food or service. But We normally love this TB, so we were in fond du lac and there was a different TB 5 minutes away but we choose to drive to this one 15 minutes away. It was 940pm when we ordered our food and the dining room said it closed at 10pm. (Mind you I called prior to coming to check closing time of lobby was told midnight). We had a family of 5 and ordered $57 in food.
So we wait about 12 minutes for our food. And literally from the moment the lady handed us our food she began the count down 8 minutes until lobby closes. 6 minutes til lobby closes , 5 minutes, 4 minutes. Then we were told the lobby is closed and we needed to go eat or $57 of food in our car.
I'm sorry this employee hates her Job this much. Since she then yelled our lobby closed 1 minute ago you must leave now. we cleaned up after ourselves and started heading to the door. I did tell my children this is why I teach you to talk to people with respect. (There was many othet ways to handle this) We just spent nearly $60 on burnt and nasty fast food and couldn't even get 10 minutes to eat. Why take our order?
As we left she said I don't make the rules I just enforce them.
It's Taco bell lock the door and let us have 10 minutes to eat, your open until midnight.
The girl looked about 30years old with her septum pierced. Worst customer service I've delt with in a long time.

Usually, when you go to a fast food restaurant, you're just hoping to get good food. Here, I not only always get that, but I also received an excellent book recommendation! A friendly clerk noticed that I was reading a children's book while having my meal and recommended that I try The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo, the story of a china rabbit that makes his way around the world while learning what love is. It was a terrific book, and I really enjoyed it! Even on the occasions when I haven't been finding out what to read next, I've enjoyed this place for its relaxed atmosphere, long hours, and short wait times. It's so good, I'll drive all the way from Milwaukee just to have dinner here. One of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to!
