Best tacobell in madison. This was my first time visiting. Everyone was so welcoming and made my order perfect with all the toppings. Two lady served my burrito did perfect job in preparing my food and served with happiness. Loved this place.

This location consistently does not fill up the nacho cheese containers. Sometimes they’re half full, sometimes literally only a quarter. It’s a two ounce container, and I regularly receive half an ounce.

It’s really frustrating because it’s a good location otherwise, but they underfill the nacho cheese every. Single. Time. Sometimes they under fill the nacho fries too.

I don’t want to be that asshole that drives back around through the drive through for nacho cheese, but I’m getting there. I even order an extra and sometimes even the two together don’t add up to a full 2oz portion.

If they address this and actually fix it, I’ll leave a 5 star review.

I’m not into writing bad reviews but this is the second time I have been to this location and my meat has been ice cold. Idk what’s going on but it’s unacceptable in my opinion. Whatever employee or employees that don’t have enough common sense or decency to care enough about making sure they warm the meat up should be ashamed, embarrassed and most importantly fired. The fact that this has happened on more than one occasion is a reflection of poor management, service and corporate oversight. Just disgusting unacceptable unprofessional and overall a real health hazard. I will be contacting corporate because of the health concerns I have with this location.

The food is great and we've had it at this location 5-6 times before however the one of the staff members was incredibly rude. We began ordering on the kiosk and he rudely said "can you not block the door" despite the location being empty and us not blocking the doorway. Upon saying that it was rude he said "I'm not talking to you, don't talk to me" and turned away. None of the other staff spoke up or intervened after this interaction. Incredibly disappointing. I’ve been eating Taco Bell for almost 40 years. I would rate this as simply acceptable - 2 or 3/5. In a half dozen times eating there, one time was good/reasonable, 2 were ok, and 3 were bad. Would go to the next closest unless you really crave it and can’t spare or justify driving 15 min more to the next one.

This location Started using an AI Order taker and it doesn’t work. After asking it three times to make it a meal, it kept asking if I needed anything more, finally in my frustration I swore at it , then an an actual human came. On the line asking if I knew it was Ai. No kidding ?? Really ? I could not tell. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ . Told him I was no longer interested in ordering.

I come here very often during dinner time. The food is mid, not quite Mexican! The staff is awesome, everyone is super friendly, especially Ever. The automatic AI order system at the drive thru is a 1000% failure on TB Corporate's part. It gets every single part of our order incorrect, every time. Didn't even get the extra meat it automatically charged me for on 3 items 👎. I feel really bad for the drive thru people, their jobs just got 10x more difficult because the AI is creating problems for them. TB Corporate will also see a loss via product waste from constant incorrect orders, customers refusing to come back to the drive service, and higher turnover from frustrated employees. Got a large craving box and gave me a medium drink instead of the large paid an extra $1.20 just to get the same as a regular size and he said it was a large. Ever.H who was my cashier was rude it didn’t seem like he even want to talk to me when picking up my food. Stopped for a FAST FOOD Mexican pizza at the Whitney Way Taco Bell drive through. Pulled in at 8:29pm. Waited 12 minutes to move up one car to order. The line ahead didn’t move and people were behind me so I couldn’t back out. Two guys in two different cars ahead of me got out to push a dead car out of the drive through. Then I pull up to order, the guys says “just a second.” I wait 5 more minutes only for him to then say we’re closed and nothing else. It’s 8:47pm! How are they closed?! Their hours posted at this location as well as online say open until 1am! I pull ahead only to be blocked by the guy ahead of me who was able to order and now is blocking three cars behind him in as we all wait for him to get his food order. Waited two minutes for him to get his drink, then 5 minutes for him to get his food. Could those working not ask the car waiting for food to pull ahead? So to let the three cars behind them get past, after waiting so long and unable to get any food?? Terrible terrible customer service. I too am in the service industry and this is UNACCEPTABLE.

I give a 2 star rating simply because I made a mobile order which they got correct, except for the sauces. I got all the items I paid for, but zero sauce. The new cantina burrito is frickin great. This location never disappoints. Even comes in one of those tinfoil wrappers to keep it warm if you're going for a bit. Plus they're quick. The amazing team at this taco bell provide stellar food and service every time we go in. We are vegan so we make modifications to the menu items and they never mess it up. I think everyone knows what Taco Bell quality is. Therefore, all Taco Bell’s are judged on speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. This one nails all three for me.

Definitely the cleanest in the area. Probably even the cleanest I’ve been to. I order predominantly through the app, often making specific changes to items I order. I’ve yet to have an egregious error and my food is always on time.

Not that it matters, but the staff here is actually really nice. If it counts for anything, I live closer to other TBs but choose to drive to this one.

I recently stopped by and ate in the dine-in area and was very happy with the cleanliness of the store. I ordered a specialty burrito and a baja blast (duh)

I want to preface this by reminding you this is a Taco Bell. My burrito was fantastic. It was plump and had a good distribution of ingredients. The cheese was even melted and goey. Every time I come to this tbell the food is super good. I'm regularly surprised by the care and detail given to my fast food.
