I called today 10/1/2025 at 8:43 I had a simple question guy on the phone wouldn’t let me even say what I had to say constantly talking over me you could hear a lady on the phone who I’m guessing is above them say “hang up that phone” and he did which 1 is rude 2 have me the ick I would genuinely never get food from here if that’s how they talk to costumers…I called back for my question and asked why did he gag up on me and he immediately started gaslighting me and saying he doesn’t know who did it and it could have been a connection error which is funny to me because it’s the same voice again I would NEVER come here or give these people my money go to the other Taco Bell’s they are more nicer

You know I don’t get some of these reviews. I’m a vegetarian and I sometimes have the most unhinged orders like I will substitute and add multiple things, etc. Every time it is correct and it doesn’t matter how crazy the substitutions are because the app allows for so much mayhem. And this review is after 10 years of ordering from this location. Absolutely wonderful service even after all these years. I wish I could tip all the workers.

FIX your app and online ordering Taco Bell. Be Better. I love ordering in App or online. I've been hugely disappoinged with the Bell's app/online ordering.
My big issue is INCLUDE ALL OR MOST OF YOUR OFFERINGS! Recently i went to order, wanting to add chips and cheese (a very basic TB item) and the Cinabon Bites. NEITHER of them were available to order in the app. Also, usually the listing of Diet drinks is very limited. WHY?
This is so frustrating and annoying, i had to order at the drive-thru to get these items. Why push so hard for people to use your app, which is a convenience for you, and then don't have all the offerings. Do Better Taco Bell.

It’s Taco Bell. The food is good, the people are normally decent and friendly. I don’t eat inside, I go and use the kiosk inside. This location just sucks,terribly. Not only is it messy inside on most occasions but they are known to close their inside area with for no reason (no notes, no indications that they are not allowing people inside which wastes time)

Great portion and taste. It was well prepared and the staff were very friendly. They took care of the customizations I had in my order very diligently. I had a few questions while ordering through the kiosk and one of the gents from the kitchen answered patiently. It is right across the street from the bus stop.
One thing which I will point out is that they could have kept the dining a little cleaner.

We ordered door dash, which was never delivered. When contacting taco bell, they admitted that they “didn’t have what was needed to complete the order, so they told the delivery driver to fake it and complete the order.”. They stole our money and ADMITTED to this on the phone!!

I ordered breakfast for delivery and unfortunately I don’t get to choose which location it comes from because if I had it wouldn’t have been from this location. I have repeatedly had my order messed up, quesadillas not cut, stale taco shell, overall just messy food, and to top it all off they never ever ever put breakfast salsa in the bag and this time I know it was intentional because I requested six and got ZERO but mind you I also requested one mild sauce which they did manage to include, which means they obviously read the order to know I wanted one mild sauce. SO WHERE IS THE OTHER SAUCE!!!!!! Maybe I’m being a bit dramatic but I don’t really care because half the food tastes the same and frankly needs some sauce to make it taste better.

Okay, I don't recommend coming to this location. I came here. It's 10:51pm. Mind you. I've been going all day. I'm a big back & I don't play about my food. So this is the only meal that I've eaten all day. I came to this location. I ordered some Nacho fries and a number 8 with an extra taco. I take a bite of my French fry after getting all the way home. And it's barely warm lukewarm like it's been sitting for a while. So I came back and I'm like, can you just remake my whole order? And it wasn't like I was trying to get free food I wanted to give my whole order back so that they could remake my order again so everything was hot. Today was supposed to be special.

I'd been looking forward to trying Taco Bell’s new Chicken Nuggets for a while. I'd heard the whispers, seen the praise, and dreamed — yes, dreamed — of sinking my teeth into golden, crispy perfection, each piece lovingly coated in one of their new, specially-crafted sauces. Spicy. Tangy. Bold. It was supposed to be an experience.

I wasn’t just hungry. I was ready.

I pulled into the drive-thru like arriving at the gates of Valhalla. I ordered the nuggets. I politely — specifically — requested all the new sauces.
I paid. I got the food. I thanked them. I trusted them. I trusted the process.

I drove home, barely containing my excitement. I set the bag down like a sacred artifact, washed my hands, cleared my space — prepared myself spiritually.

And then... it happened.

I opened the bag.

Nuggets. Check.
Napkins. Check.
Sauces...?

No sauces.
Not a single blessed drop.

I tore through the bag like a desperate raccoon.
I checked under the napkins. I checked in the corners. I checked inside the nugget box like maybe, just maybe, they tucked them away like some cruel prank.

Nothing.

Just dry, mocking nuggets.
A plate of lonely, desolate beige.

I sat there, stunned. My appetite didn’t even immediately register what had happened. There was a brief moment where I thought, "No, maybe I can still enjoy them..."

I was wrong.

Eating those nuggets dry — bone dry — was an act of slow, excruciating torture.
Every bite scraped against the inside of my mouth like sandpaper.
Each chew felt like swallowing a mouthful of shredded cardboard dipped in despair.
I drank water. It didn’t help. I tried forcing a smile. It cracked like a dry desert floor.

At one point, I coughed, because a piece of dry nugget debris lodged itself in my throat, and for a terrifying second I thought, "This is how it ends. I die here. Nugget dust in my lungs."

Not once did I taste the spicy kick I was promised. Not once did I experience the vibrant zest I dreamed of. Only dry, endless chewing. Like a cow gnawing on hay. Like an astronaut eating styrofoam on the moon.

My excitement — years of Taco Bell loyalty — turned to dust in my mouth alongside those brittle, forsaken nuggets.

Taco Bell, you didn’t just forget the sauces.
You forgot the very soul of the meal.
You left me to wander the desert without water,
to eat the sand when I was promised wine.

Will I go back? Maybe. But not with joy in my heart. Only a haunted look in my eyes, remembering the day my dreams crumbled into dry, flavorless dust.

So my friends and I went to this location last night, inputted a mobile order at 12:30am, we got in the drive-thru line just after 1250am. We were in line for 45 minutes and got to the speaker at 130am and waited for 20 minutes and no one even spoke to us. We decided to go up to the window and a gentleman told us that they were closed and that our order would have to be canceled through our app (they've canceled orders at the store before). He was being unreasonable and just closed the window on us, mind you this location doesn't close until 2am and they were doing closing work before it was 130am. We ended up going to the 4120 location to get our order. Even if you're nearby this location, you're better off either going to the 4120 or State St location.

I ordered on the app. No problems with the app, I like it. I took off certain ingredients for my friends because they have serious allergies. Edit on 12/29/24: I just saw this review for the first time since I posted it and realized I must have thought I was reviewing a different restaurant. While I do rely on Taco Bell for some easy vegan options, I don't know of them ever having vegan nachos. I'm pretty sure this was meant for Texx Tubbs, but I can't be sure. Leaving this text up for transparency.

I've relied on this place for a long time. Good spot for Tex Mex with clearly marked vegan options, and there are plenty of them.

My experience was horrible! They got my order wrong. Then they allowed someone bring in a fake service dog. He was not well trained to be a service dog. She got mad because I told the worker he wasn’t a service dog and told me if it wasn’t for her boyfriend being there she would beat me or kill me. Arrived at this location around 12:10 and the location claimed it was open until 1 AM. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes and not a single car had their order taken. Fast courteous and very helpful , I dropped my blue raspberry drink in the toilet by accident and they replaced the whole thing for free, plus it was a very large order and they were fast and accurate, dith no complaints, 5 stars ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Employees are rude/unprofessional. I’ve been here maybe half a dozen times in the last two years and they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. Whether it’s online, in person, or using one of those automated screens, the team here appears to have no skills of comprehension, they seem to just give you whatever they feel like in the moment. Stay away from this location and save yourself the disappointment, time, and money.

i would give 0 stars if i could, these were by far the rudest fast food workers i've ever encountered, pulled up to the drivethru and was greeted with "whatchu want" then when an airplane flew over while we were ordering we were told "i cant hear you over the airplane" my boyfriend then asked me about something in my order and the lady taking our order repeated "I cant hear you over the airplane!!" i'm sorry my standards were low but that is NEVER how you treat customers. As someone who works in customer service i'm extremely disappointed in the staff here.
