Paid in cash and the cashier dropped the change. She didn’t give me the correct change back from the register. When I asked her why, she said the money she dropped did not count. I don't know why I keep going back here considering they literally always mess up my order. Usually the people working will fix it if I notice, but tonight they gave me my order missing 3 of my 9 items. Told the counter person and when they told the people working in the back that we were missing stuff, I heard a guy say "no they're not" like as if we didn't literally have the bag right in front of them (we ordered in store and this was less than 2 minutes after we got our stuff). So I just visited this location. I absolutely prefer this one over the East Washington & Marquette location. It's New Years they were a little busy. Until today I've had no issues. I asked for a menu item he told me was unavailable. Only have gortita boxes. So I ordered a meal & 4 other items. My total at the window was $26& change. We get to the window to pay he asked if we want 1 meal or two. We say one meal. And he confirmed our four other items. So I think our total is less. He swiped our card said nothing. I get a receipt for $33& change. If the total changes am I wrong for thinking I should be advised?. I'm thinking it mite be less since we only ordered 1 meal. The total wasn't my issue. It was the employee charging me a different amount without advising me. I requested a refund. That until I was admit was told was not possible. Anytime I visit this location for lunch (around noon) it's always the same Hispanic gentleman at the window, And it should be said that this man deserves all the praise and recognition. Food is always good but the main reason I frequent this location specifically is due to an outstanding employee by the name of Jorge. The first time I met Jorge I was pleasantly surprised by his positivity and outgoing attitude which is rare in an industry that is overworked and underpaid. I continued to come back to this location and each and every time I’m greeted with the same smile from Jorge. I would even be a little upset on the days I would come through and he wasn’t there as quality/experience was not the same. I wish I could say more great things, but what Taco bell corporate has turned the entire company into with small portions and high prices....eh. At least the very few times I order taco bell anymore "once or twice a year" these guys try and lighten the day for me and get a smile.

The beefy cheesy melt burritos are awesome and only $2. I highly recommend it. Slushies are good, too. They don't have tons of options, but we all know you're coming here at 2:00 am for 20 regular hard shell tacos anyway. FYI, their nacho cheese is pretty gross. I prefer Taco Johns, but the nearest one is in Platteville. Can't beat Taco Bell's price, though.

Never use the APP . We were over charged so the wife had to go in an fix the order. Witch took a half a hour and she was accused of steeling from the store. While outside waiting I watched a very angry lady go in. They short changed her order through the drive thru. From what I seen complete circus. Soo they won my never to return award witch i have to say this is the third Taco bell in two month's that has won this.

Please just change your hours on Google and quit wasting everyone’s time already. Doesn’t matter if you order online and prepay or not, there’s always some excuse and it’s always a wasted trip. If it’s PM and you are hungry, I’d say go to their neighbor, Toppers, but don’t bother here. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Been there 3x in the last 3 months, varying days/times. Told 3x that due to short staffing no more orders. Went somewhere else that was “adequately” staffed for hours and was able to receive order placed. Don’t know why/how this location remains in business
