What part of no lettuce stopped meaning no lettuce? Out of 10 times going to this location, 8 times I had gotten home only to realize my food was filled with lettuce. Which makes me ill every time I eat it. Night staff need to be retrained on how to read the order screen. Even having previously worked at a Taco Bell, never once have I seen this many mistakes being made.

My and my family went out to eat Ordered rice and blean thet gave us black beans in a container together last time I recalled you got a full container of both and we ordered a rice been and cheese Burrito and it was just a cheese burrito and we ordered 2 tacos with sour cream the sour was only as the end on the taco w big old clump of sour cream on one bite of my tacos not to mention when we where ordering in the drive through the older lady didn’t say nothingg to us didn’t give us our total all she said at the end when we where done ordering food was “any hot souse with that” we said yes she said “Mk pull up to the window” idk if she was having a bad night but I work in the food industry aswell and this service was horrible wee didn’t even go back and get our food fixed we went somewhere else

Went in to get dinner. Went inside because drive- thru line was long. After I ordered I received my cup to get a drink. I filled the cup and took a drink. It tasted like sewage. I thought maybe it was just me. So I smelled it and it smelled like sewage. I thought maybe it’s just bad Baja Blast. So I dumped it out and got Pepsi. I smelled that one and it smelled like sewage. I dumped it out and set me cup on the counter. They called my number to come get my order. I told the guy who gave me my order that I believe something is wrong with the soda. He said they are aware. A water main broke the day before. And I said you can’t be serving people that. That CAN’T be safe to drink. He said apparently his corporate thinks it’s ok. I left my cup on the counter as I walked out a lady was filling a cup for her child and I told her don’t let that little girl drink that, it’s contaminated. She said thanks for letting her know and then gave the cup to the toddler anyways. So in case anyone ended up sick in the last couple days after eating there…. That’s why….

Used to be my favorite Taco Bell. I live in oconto and have the choice of Green Bay or marinette. Same distance. But marinette has slacked hard. My side cups were half filled. My chili cheese burritos were one half chili, other half cheese.every burrito seems less filled. I’m disappointed to say the least. I’m no longer traveling 30miles for this. So sad

Ordered a 12 pack of crunchy tacos. Most of the tacos weren’t much more than half full with lettuce and cheese included. To the manager of the Marinette Shell store please train your employees to add a little more than a quarter inch of meat and fill the shells at least to the top of the shell with the lettuce. Ate 6 and was still starving and I’m 65 years old! Worst Taco Bell experience since I was a kid!

I'm going to update my review since this place has gone down the drain hole in the past 5 years. The food here is not as good as the place in Menominee considering the food here (Marinette location) is cold sometimes and slapped together at other times. The service sucks here. You have to wait between 10-15 minutes just to get service inside. It's as if the employees don't care about you, the food, or the restaurant. Can someone explain to me how you cant replace the syrup for most of your sodas?How is a Taco Bell, widely known for it's infamous Baja Blast, out of baja blast all the time? Then you try asking for an alternative and then they're out of that too. It feels as if this place is soon to be shut down speaking on the fact that the staff could care less about losing their jobs and providing a better experience.

It's fast food....... and bad fast food at that. There's barely anything on a taco now. Used the love the Mexican Pizza and tacos supreme. The depth of the meat is measured in eighths of an inch, perhaps sixteenths......shell is perhaps thicker. Not sure why I even stopped as I knew what I'd get, however, I still give them a chance perhaps once a year.

We always have great food and service. Try the Loco Dorito tacos. Excellent! The only minus we have had was the floor could use a good cleaning and if one sits at the tables by the door you better hang onto your napkins and what is sitting on the table because of winds or cold coming in.
