To start. When me and my girlfriend where ordering the cashier would laugh while taking the order and in the background we could here a man yelling saying stuff in the background and when we asked for a minute to look the cashier would turn his headset off then back on two seconds later and we would here snickering then back to being off. ( and if that’s was it I wouldn’t have cared) but after we get home with are food and beverages we notice that are mt dew midnight tastes funny and looks funny. It was grey and had lots of white debris floating through it, disgusting. In addition to this I noticed my bank statement had a addition 25$ charge on it seconds before the statement for my Taco Bell order from a company called square ( that lets you tap a card to you phone to have someone pay you). I eat here all the time and rarely have a problem. Unprofessional employees, contaminated food, and suspicious transaction on my card. I am outraged and disgusted!!!

I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. The manager (Kelly) here is completely inexperienced and unprofessional. They clearly don't put customers first and seemed more interested in intimidating other employees than providing good service. The overall attitude and behavior were disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable. This person should definitely be fired to improve the store environment. I would not recommend this location. 40 minute wait on food with not even the decency to apologize for the wait. Never again.

Good, it's Taco Bell and the order went through easily. But it was hard to find with Google. The first location it took us to had no Taco Bell. Our second effort had it on the wrong side of the street but we could see it. Whoever is involved in helping Google locate their store needs to get it corrected. The parking lot makes no sense. The lot needs space and a better way to get out and back on the road. Probably not a problem if you do drive through but if going into the building and then leaving, it seems your best way out is only the drive through.

Hands down the best Taco Bell in Wood County. Might be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is always hot, they make sure they get orders right and do their best to make it right if there is a mistake. The staff is always pleasant and seem happy to be there which is awesome! This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They really take pride in the quality of the products they put out. The supreme crunch wraps have ingredients throughout the whole thing and they don’t cheap out by limiting the inside (like some locations do). The tables are always clean, and there is a sweet old guy that is always there whenever I go inside and will always say hi and takes pride in keeping the environment clean and safe.

Love this location!!!! I am literally sitting in the restaurant while writing this review and have nothing bad to say about this place! The service is amazing and super fast. The one time their service wasn’t amazing was when their system was goofing up; there were some customers being super rude about it, and the workers handled the situation very well. Scott is an amazing employee!! When there was a misunderstanding about the payment of my meal and the system had already finalized, Scott made every effort to help me and afterwords apologized with some cinnamon twists! This showed his commitment to providing excellent service and care for the customers of the establishment. Can’t wait for my next visit!
