The general Mangager at this location who worked today, July 29th at 3:48pm was EXTREMELY RUDE from the jump. It was like she was trying to pick a fight and we were VERY disrespected. I’m still waiting after 45 minutes for two burritos nacho fries and a taco…nothing fancy not a single substitution, we got two drinks spent $24 so don’t want to pull away. This is insane. For fast food you take 15 to minutes to get your food and soda machine was broken you should have more staff especially on holiday weekend since went in there on July 3rd. About 7 pm the drive through was 9 cars deep waiting for there orders and line of 7 to 8 people waiting inside and there was a few people asking for refunds cause it was taking so long

We stopped here on our way through in a road trip. Great experience, one of the best, if not, THE best T-bell we've had (and we've had a lot). They ran out of diced potatoes for our order but offered a supplement and through in an extra side . Our food was delicious and packed with ingredients more than normal. Great bang for your buck here and friendly staff.

Let's not get too carried away -- it is still Taco Bell food. But hear me out: Gavin gave me the best service that I have had at a fast food joint in probably the last 6 months. He identified that I was looking for something healthy, and preferably dairy free. I don't think I even said this, he just picked up on it. He started recommending healthy items that were not even on the menu. Also, the place was reasonably clean as Taco Bell goes. I will return when I'm in the area.

We visited Taco Bell on 2-11. There were three guys working in the back. Two of those men were having a seriously in-depth conversation about their Pokémon decks. One guy, Damian, was making the food, and running the register and the window. There was a line of people at the window and in the store. One item in our order was missing, and one item was rancid, but with one guy trying to work the whole store, I wasn't surprised. Damian deserves a raise, the other two should be fired.

I don’t suggest getting a slushie either they are either too frozen or melted. I really don’t understand how a place gets to this point. Beware of using your card here. I ordered food for my family after a long weekend of moving and we paid with my card. Our order was wrong and my husband went back in to get it corrected. The shift lead, Brad, was rude when we asked for the order to be corrected. Then an hour later my card was charged several times for online purchases. Pretty big coincidence since my card is very rarely used for any purchases and it happened only an hour after a bad interaction with an employee.

The entire family loves Taco Bell. We like the Doritos Locos tacos and crispy cantina chicken with the grilled cheese burrito the most. ( They are the best When they're done right. Preferably When the cheese are melted on them nicely and with a roasted look.)

This place is desperately lacking in customer service. I ordered 2 items on the menu and waited 20 mins for my food. There are at least 4 employees in the back laughing and carrying on, and during that 20 mins, not one came up front to speak to the customers. My order wasn't correct. 1st of all, we were told to pull ahead then we wait for 15 min. Then, the employee comes out to have us pull ahead more. We asked how long it was going to be. He said he has no idea because they have to make all of the lobby orders before ours. I thought orders were made in the order they came. Anyways, I waited 10 more minutes. This location was a cavalcade of wrongness from the start: a burrito was missing from the order, the drink machine was missing all but 3 of their beverages, two of the meals contained black beans despite very specifically mentioning that they were swapped with normal beans. To add to the hilarity, there were no straws either and we had to ask for our drinks that we already ordered twenty minutes prior.
It appeared there were only two workers there. While I can sympathize with their stressful condition, they were terrible with communicating properly and were far too silent. Arguably the worst Taco Bell experience, not worth your money or time (trust me, you will waste a lot of the latter if you come here).

Came here to get lunch with my best friend, my niece and her boyfriend. We placed our order at the kiosk, plenty of employees around behind the counter none of whom acknowledge we where there. We sat down to wait for our food and while doing so this tacobell male employee began spray painting the air vents in the ceiling in the Lobby! My niece asked him to stop and mentioned that she has many years of food service and she is pregnant and her mom has a lung disease. He became a bit argumentative stating that he has to get this down before the big bosses come on Wednesday and that he was told to do it. We asked again if he could stop and he got down an went behind the counter where they make the food and began to spay paint those air vents. During this time a gentleman came in and came up to the counter and was ignored so he walked out. We love tacobell but this was a very disappointing experience. I have a photo for proof!

However, this one fails to meet any kind of quality customer expectations. The only one they meet is merely existing. i’m sure this may have been an error in training which i understand. but when zero items in our order were made correctly that’s a problem. the cheesy bean and rice had chipotle instead of creamy jala and cheddar cheese instead of nacho cheese. the chicken enchilada burrito had beef instead of chicken and had beans added to it? my friend had gotten a power bowl and it had avocado ranch when she had selected none. she added potatoes, those were either over cooked or they sat up in the warmer for too long. i’m sorry, i understand how stressful the job gets especially when it’s busy but at least have one person on the line who knows what they’re doing.

Crunchwrap, no sour cream, beef and chicken.
Today was the last straw as I order thru the drive thru and they mess up as usual. I go in, explain the mistake. Hear the guy shout the correct order. Back to my car, and its still only chicken! How hard is "chicken and beef" ?
They always mess up multiple parts of an order, even when i don't get this specific one. They've forgotten whole meals even! It's ridiculous and I'm done and I do not recommend going to Mauston Taco Bell

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30PM. We ordered and 15 minutes later we still had no food. We were standing around and didn't have our food. All the tables were dirty and full of crumbs.
Not a great place to go.

My food was cold and messy and definitely not worth the price.

I ordered 3 items. The two items with ground meat had very little meat compared to in the past when ordered the same items.
Come on now....I'm not paying for just lettice, a little cheese and three tomatoe pieces. More meat next time or won't be back

Food is on par with all taco bells. It's what your going to get. I'm glad this location exsists due to being convenient for truck drivers. Whenever I stop here I'll come and get my taco bell fix.

5 people on staff, lobby closed. Truck driver forced to walk up to the window to order. Two bean burritos. Beans chunky and crunchy. Lots of customers, no reason not to have fresh, properly made beans.

This is the best Taco Bell in the surrounding area. The food is always great. My order is always right. The staff is always consistent and great with me. Anytime I visit a Taco Bell that’s not Mauston, I regret it.

Truckers beware not open to walk into. If you only have drive through open maybe you shouldn’t advertise otherwise stopped my semi here for a 30 min break just for Taco Bell and can’t order food? This place can’t put a sign outside its next to a truckstop great location but they don’t care. And yeah gas station it’s connected to isn’t worth a visit for food.

Ordered through the app and when I went to get my order they were closed at 8pm. App and door says open till 12 but I guess that's just a suggestion. When I called they answered the phone and said I could pick up my order in the morning. The worst taco bell that I have ever ran into. Still waiting on a refund!

This place gave me and my husband food poisoning, we didn't even finish our food because it had a bad taste, somebody needs to report this store to the health department! We've been sick and throwing up ever since, they ruined taco bell for me.

After driving a distance for a taco fix, decided to go into the place to order. It is attached to a gas station, with a terrible entrance and parking lot. The place was dirty, tiny, several people waiting, no direction for how to order anymore (Can't there be a sign with instructions anymore?). Ugh.
After finally figuring out how to order online, waited and waited to have your name yelled out. (Positive note, the worker appeared calm with all the chaos!)
Soooooo... disappointing.

When going through the drive thru, they only take one order at a time, which makes for an extremely long wait. They do not take your order until they have totally finished up with the person in front of you. Also, they no longer have chili cheese burritos at this location.

Ask a question the workers turn their backs on you and walk away. In the last two years people have completely forgotten how to talk to each other. "Oh no! The customer asked a question I don't know the answer to! I guess I'll just walk away!"

I tried giving this place another chance. Decided to dine in. Apparently they were short staffed because when they became overwhelmed THEY LOCKED THE DOORS WITH CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING!!!

There was no access to restrooms and NO crashbars on the doors! Customers had to physically unlock the doors to get out, but the lock is cumbersome and some GUESTS WERE PANICKING because they were trapped! We HAD TO CALL THE POLICE because the situation in the restaurant was getting out of control.

They open at 8 on Saturday. I drove around and seen 4 employees out back smoking. I went to the drivethur at 8:15 and Me and 2 other cars waited in line for about 8 minutes with no acknowledgement so we all drove off and I seen 4 employees still out back smoking.

Google says the Mauston Taco Bell opens at 8 AM. But when I pulled up to the drive-through at 8:30 AM. They told me that they did not open until 9 AM. Why serve breakfast if you’re not going to open before 9 AM!!!!

Placed my order online and when I got to the store and checked in they said it would be a few minutes which is understandable. 45 minutes later I ask if my food is almost ready and found out they cleared my order and forgot about me so still had to wait another 5 minutes for my order. Then just a simple have a nice day.
