Made an order at (approx.) 7pm, the app said it'd be ready at 7:43, pretty long, but that parts fine. Entered the building at 7:35, waited until 8:03 before we received our order. I had realized i'd forgotten something, so I asked if I could get it; while paying the employee taking the remaining of my order had an unnecessarily poor attitude and proceeded to toss my change at me rather than handing. For a reasonably staffed team, the wait time is beyond ridiculous. Even when the order is FINALLY received, they give an attitude. Its a problem.

Went about 11:30pm got a #1 thought it was taco supremes, got regular tacos, but I don't care, they were friendly, fast and the atmosphere was good, workers working together, girl at window was professional.
They deserve more than most greedy people give them credit for. Mistakes happen. And I could be wrong on what I thought I orderd. I rarely ever eat fast food. And they work hard for little money.

So this place is supposed to be open till 11 am. At 10:30 when we got there to go inside and eat. The doors are already locked. At the same time there is a couple eating inside while i just got passed up in line by three cars trying to head inside. So on top of wasting about 30 min before i get to order, another 15 or so to finally get the food. Making a fast food order take 45 min-a full hour to not even follow instructions on the order. The night staff is a bunch of lazy teenagers who arent qualified to work at a Taco Bell. Its an easy job children. Get your staff in order, or hire new staff completely. The Menasha TBell has really gone downhill in the last few months

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the United States. I know some have poor service but this one tops them all. I’m currently waiting in the drive thru and it’s been 20 mins and no one has moved with 4 cars ahead of me.

Night shift has a nasty attitude. Skimp out on portions (let’s be real, your portion sizes should be bigger than 3 pieces of steak on a taco or a plate of nachos. Then they have the audacity to say their portion sizes are different during the day? What could be any less than that? There was also hair in the food. Then when you call and ask for a name, female refuses to give up her name. I get it you hate your job, but don’t take it out on the customers that pay your way. Keep your business for the day time they have a better attitude.
Her name is Whitney and she’s the GM. I get you don’t want to give out your name but the store WAS running very well up until recently, your attitude doesn’t help.

As a doordasher, whenever I see this place to stop at, I cringe. Extremely slow service, and shutting down the inside of the restaurant as well. It seems like a staffing issue as it looked like only 3 people working a supper shift, but they also don't seem to have much pep in their step. When the inside is open, you are surrounded by other people confused as to why their food is taking half an hour or more to receive. The McDonald's right next door very rarely has a long line, whereas everytime I come here it's long enough into the parking lot it impede normal traffic flow. Currently writing this review in the drive thru line... I do like taco bell, it is one of my go tos, but if I lived near this one I would eat anywhere but there. There's plenty of local Mexican restaurants, all more authentic than a large chain with "live Mas" as their logo, maybe the "Mas" (more) is referring to the wait times? Just a thought.
Update: I waited 25 minutes in line for 1 of my 2 doordash orders, then they told me I had to go through the line again for the other one 😅 we will see how long this takes, but quite incredible.

I am a food deliver driver and your menasha wisconsin and neenah wisconsin locations refuse to make orders for delivery drivers until no other customers are in drive thru line or inside which forces us to wait for sometimes over an hour. Your online customers are receiving their orders way laterer then the expected time. I'm tired of being forced to wait long wait times for 5 dollar orders because these locations hate doing online orders. Please do something about this or stop doing online orders. If I have to I'll bring this matter to a state or location media outlet and maybe bad publicity will help change the mistreatment in delivery drives. Thanks for your time. I would like a response of what will be done about this.

Messed up order. Mexi melt no meat. So just pico and cheese. Didn't check order rite away. Had to go back. Was told to drive up to window. Store leader had to take order. He understood and repeated order back again to make sure they made it correct. Even went over to tell person making food. How it was made. Only other complaint is. Never get napkins with order. The last few times were that way. 1 napkin per item ust to be how drive thru was when ordering.

I’ve been eating at Taco Bell my entire life, and in the past few years have seen a substantial decline and the quality of food and staff. You have to be very careful which menu items you get and you need to have very low expectations. It is still one of my favorite fast food places, but getting a good meal is quite difficult at any of the Taco Bell‘s in the Fox Valley. Dining in is a complete joke as the weight staff doesn’t even want to help you check out they tell you to go use the computer in the corner.

I waited for an hour for my food. And its not the staffs fault. They were polite and working as hard as they could. They were shortstaffed and the owners were nowhere in sight.
They probably had 10 people that had to cancel their orders through third party apps. When I asked why they couldn't turn off orders on third party apps until they caught back up, I was told it was because they get yelled at if they do that.
If the owners cared about their business and more importantly their staff, they would let them turn off orders and/or being working right next to them. A ship without a captain isn't much of a ship.
Don't give them your money. I hope the workers walk out.

Never order food from here again! They called the cops on me. The second I walked in. They refused service at the counter. I got a little angry. I walked out the door as an angry customer should. You should not pay $13 for a meal or even $6 for a burrito (value menu chicken burrito turned to a 6 dollar item). I know it's fast food. But it's not worth it. They have employees trained to refuse to give a name for management to a customer, it seems, or what they tried to indicate to me.
I recommend some cheap gas station food. Local gas stations that are open 24/7. It's not much worse than taco bell. They wont refuse service at the counter!
If you are going to pay $14 for a meal. Go to a real restaurant. It's ridiculous.
I don't spend much when I go there in the first place. I get one item. Why stand around at the counter if you refuse to take orders? It didn't seem like they were too busy. Literally no line at all when I got back there.

Waiting 30 minutes for an online order is ridiculous. Serious and obvious mismanagement at this store. I can't remember the last time a simple order didn't take me 30 minutes, or more, to receive. Worker told people to order at the kiosk because they were understaffed and didn't have someone to work register and that the only 2 people in the store had been working since 6 am when I visited at 6 PM twelve hours later.

I can't believe this is a Taco Bell in a small town because it sure seems like it is in the bad part of town in a large city! Service is horrible, only taco bell 🔔 in my town. One time I found hair in my taco and I called to see if I could get new food and the manager hung up on me because I didn't get a receipt. I went there and brought my food back and demanded it to be remade and said that she hung up on me and she said that I don't have a receipt and everyone wears a hairnet who makes food. No apology for hanging up or the hair in my food. All I got was a coupon for a free taco and the manager is always rude.

Service differs depending on who's on staff at the time. The scruffy faced man at the drive-through window is always amazing and tries to greet everyone with an upbeat attitude and a smile! The woman at the window with the tats is always crabby and complains when you point out that she forgot something from your order. This Menasha location is the best I've been to, in terms of staff friendliness, accuracy, and ease of order. The food is always quick, hot, and exactly what I ordered.

I’ve always had good experiences at this Taco Bell as far as the food the quality seems to have gotten better lately, too. The only thing I noticed is the service is a little slower, but still friendly.

Whatever dude's making tacos tonight, please quit your job and don't ever serve food to someone again. The girl that did the window was spot on and nice but these tacos went straight to the trash. 100% that guy nuked some tacos laying around, those shells don't get that soft any other way and the lettuce showed it too, microwaved lettuce. Wasted $16 and hungry still, please quit.

Husband went through drive thru around 1:30am Friday to pick up the online order. They obviously can't even read & hardly ever get an order right. I swapped the beef to chicken on the chulapa & they put both meats on there. The receipt even showed to swap it to chicken. They barely put cheese on any of the order. I'm usually not one to complain, but I honestly don't even know how you can screw up an order so bad with no other cars there. He did go back & tell them they messed up & they made another one & said sorry. Still not happy, but this is a reminder to check your order before leaving.

Went through drive thru, had a bigger order. Specified requirements for the tacos due to an allergy, and they read it back correctly. When we checked before leaving the parking lot they were all made like normal, went in and asked for different ones and told them we specified due to allergies, the manager swore and stated we never requested specially made tacos. Unprofessional, rude management.

I ordered breakfast at 10:45 am. It all went through. Went to pick it up. Went inside, no food in the pickup area. Ask employee. Employee says,"we ran out of breakfast food" What? "You couldn't tell me that before I came here?" No way of doing that. "Also, you need to get refund online because it's a 3rd party" They ran out of ALL the breakfast food? No other options? All of what we ordered is gone? Sounds like someone didn't want to cook breakfast at 10:45. Will never order from taco bell breakfast online again. Waste of time, money (that takes a few days to refund) and gas to get there.

After waiting in the drive thru for almost 30min they had no burritos or quesadillas available, the tacos I got had stale shells. Same with the tortilla chips, the meat was cold and the lettuce was wilted ... very disappointed

After a 40 min wait in the drive thru, got home to a total disappointment. Shell was raw and MAYBE a teaspoon of meat on one end. 30$ order and they all looked like that. Called and went back thru and I will say got my $ back. Do better ! Unfortunately this is not the 1st time... whats up Taco Bell ? Comon!!!
