the morning and day shift is amazing but the night shift needs to step it up. their hours are 7am-1am (according to Google) but I rarely see them stay open that late.

recently, I was actually able get in line before they closed early, and an employee came out and yelled at me for moving a bucket (?) and they have to close early. I didn't even see this bucket until they picked it up and put it in front of my car and kicked me out of the drive-thru line. very rude.

if you want some tacos, go during the day or settle for Taco John's.

The staff is soooo nice, but 9/10 my order is wrong. I am somewhat regular here (at least 1 time a week and am always nice and friendly with staff), and they always seem to get it wrong. I have mentioned it in the past, and they fixed it, but it would be nice for it to be right the 1st time. Also sometimes it's not cooked all the way.

I just reviewed the Eau Claire Taco Bell so I felt obligated to review this one as well because it is S TIER Taco Bell. They are so friendly, so fast, so clean, so awesome. This is what a Taco Bell experience should be and I am very grateful for every employee at this Taco Bell. It is my favorite fast food chain because of locations like this, but stay far away from the Eau Claire locations.

I stop at this taco bell on drive I do repeatedly. The main thing every time I stop is that they take quite a bit longer to get your food out than other taco bells. Sometimes it's just a couple minutes but one time it was over 10 minutes of waiting in my car for my order for one person. The food is generally good, one time they gave me a diet Baja blast instead of normal.

Typical Taco Bell, the food was good, it was ready quickly, it tastes good. Only problem was we wanted sour cream on our tacos and asked if it was cheaper to get a side or go supreme. We were told it was cheaper to go supreme. We were charged $7.20 for sour cream on 12 tacos. A side or two of sour cream would have been a buck or two. When I talked to the manager she said that was the correct price and it's set by corporate, there was nothing she could do.

My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch and dined in. Their value menu was my main go to snack after school and before work, but lately the quality of the food has dipped significantly. Everytime I order a cheesy bean and rice burrito, I get 75% beans, and everytime I order a spicy potato soft taco, its 60% lettuce. It seems like nowadays they are treating their dollar menu as a way to effectively throw away their excess beans, lettuce, etc. Drive though staff also asks too many questions and do NOT listen when I try to navigate around their 4 questions.
