Placed a mobile order on 9/1. Both items were made incorrectly. When I asked for a remake on the broken item an employee walked up and was angry and said what was wrong with it.

I was trying to eat and they kept talking about me and when I asked for a refund the manager said good thing he isn’t a manager.

This isn’t the first time this employee has been yelling in the kitchen and caused me to feel uncomfortable while eating here.

I was also told I’m not allowed to come back. I didnt do anything besides ask for a refund or because they were taking badly about me.

I spent $29.58 and took it home. Got ready to eat and found there was barely anything inside of shells and tortillas for the actual combos I bought. But the two burritos I bought from their cheaper menu were well filled and huge compared to the expensive combos I’d gotten. I feel it’s really wrong to have to pay $10-12 for a combo then go to eat the main portion of it and find it’s got only about an inch of fillings inside of the tortilla or taco leaving a person eating mostly the outer shell of the item plain without anything else. Plus it really does not help your hunger to order a cantina taco and eat the shell with barely an inch tall and scarcely there amount of filling. Got my husband a new burrito combo to try and his chicken inside was about 2 inches long with a few pieces of the lettuce and stuff and the rest was all plain tortilla. I’ve never gotten food that bad from Taco Bell before. It really made me unhappy and I’ll never gotten food to that one again

My daughter and I just love this particular Taco Bell and the people that run it are wonderful. The staff is good. Their new high-tech speaker system is excellent. I like it better because it really understands everything we order. It goes over it. You can change it. It’s five star you can even hook up to your app And they know what you like and they let you know if there’s something special going on. It’s excellent staff is great and the food there. It’s the best Taco Bell that we like the most in Madison.

I am a taco bell frequent flyer. I hit one probably twice a week, this is by far the worst in Madison. You know what the food is like, service sets a Tbell apart. It is worth the extra drive to hit the one on Whitney way. They are sooooo slow, staff doesn’t care at all about service and they take pride in telling you to drive around front for your order and making you wait forever! It just oozes slacker. Attention to tight burritos is not there. The dudes on Whitney and over by Menards are real ballers, avoid these guys.

this has to single-handily be the worst location in the Madison area. The service is non existent, the atmosphere is sad and just feels off. I like a good taco bell run but it 100% is worth going to literally any other one. 20+ minute wait times, no one up front at all. I know it’s all went the way of kiosk and app but there were multiple people waiting so long they left, and honestly I get service industry being busy, but it wasn’t particularly busy. Drive thru had a few people. But door dashers and customer were waiting for a very long time. I placed my order through app before I got there, about 5 minutes, and I still waited another 20 and still nothing. I had no choice but to leave. I knew better than to go here, and I paid the price of time for thinking maybe this time it’ll be better, boy was I wrong. NEVER AGAIN! Go to another location, it’ll be faster and better.

It's a taco bell. If you go before 5-6 PM, you get what you would expect. For some reason, when it gets later, portions get extremely conservative. I had one of the worst experiences at Taco Bell’s drive-thru recently. I pulled up to the window to **pick up my order**, and the employee rudely told me to **go back around and wait in line again**, even though I was already there. I did as he asked, and when I got back to the window, he still **hadn’t prepared my order**. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking. This was a frustrating and disrespectful experience that I won’t forget anytime soon. Terrible service!

A huge shout out to Reggie!!!! We were moving and driving a moving truck so we had to park and get out and order on drive thru. People who know me know why I call this "the good taco bell". Never closes early, upbeat and happy employees and staff, and generous manager if anything goes wrong. For the last 21 years of eating taco bell, I rarely have any issues with an order and usually order ahead, but if I have any issues, even if its just a longer wait because its busy, its always a free taco next time and or drink upgrade or cinnamon twists without asking. If its after 9pm and you are hungry and want a fast cheap hot meal with upbeat attentive staff, this is the spot. Kudos to the owner and manager for having the best company culture at this location I have found in WI.

I ordered the Doritos locos supreme meal, asked for extra meat. What i got was 3 tacos, with no meat, no lettuce, no tomato, no sauce, just cheese. Only melted cheese inside of all 3 tacos. I did not even eat it, why would i want to eat a hard taco shell with nothing inside of it? It did not look edible. I also ordered a Doritos cheesy Gordita crunch with extra meat. Again, no meat, no lettuce, no tomato, no sauce… just cheese. And the taco shell was incorrect as well. I don’t know how someone put that together and deemed it acceptable to provide to a paying customer. Especially if they asked and paid for extra meat and extra sauces. If at all possible, please go to a different store, there is another store not too far from this one, do yourself a favor and drive the couple extra minutes.

Sometimes this location is fine, but more times than not they completely miss the mark. The most common issue is when I ask for NO ICE in my drink, half the time they get it right. The other half the time they either still give me ice or give me EXTRA ice filled to the lid, leaving me with only about 5 sips of the actual drink. Same problems with food portions. Sometimes it's decent or almost looks like the advertisements, but 50% of the time it's flat tortilla shells with barely anything at all inside. I'm disappointed with this place. I'm happy when they get it right, but it's so hit or miss and sucks because it's a convenient location for lunch break. Do better.

I was honestly blown away by the great service, fresh, hot food, and the clean, friendly atmosphere. Thank you Donneyah and Torre especially!
