Ordered a #1 Taco Supreme ….No sour cream…no tomatoes…instead of chopped lettuce I was presented with lettuce leaves 🥬. This Taco Bell does not miss represent itself one bit. The portion sizes are very small compared to other Taco Bell restaurants. The employees have no customer service skills and are as friendly as an agitated skunk. It is very clear that you are viewed as an inconvenience to whatever they are doing when no one is present. I made a simple order:
12 Soft shell Taco Supreme, no tomatoes;
3 soft shell tacos, no lettuce
3 bean burritos, no onions
I got 12 soft shell taco supremes, WITH tomatoes; 4 tacos supremes without tomatoes and lettuce, and 3 bean burritos without onions. 80% of my order was wrong. 80% of a $50 order was completely wrong... The sad thing is the order on the receipt is correct, so I don't know if this was incompetence, bad training or what, but that is thoroughly unacceptable.

Employees playing Loud rap music with cussing in it . Employer seem to be okay with that. Some Employees are not using gloves , the one that are using gloves are not changing their gloves after scratching their heads, or rubbing their nose, or playing with their hair, or picking stuff off the floor, or going through their pockets to use their cell phone. This is so trifling. I keep hoping that this store hire somebody who has some good home training. Maybe I'll just stop coming here. I’ll start by saying that the employees at this store are generally good. Unfortunately, it seems like this Taco Bell is actively trying to avoid my business. I come here very frequently, and every time I come it’s a different issue; they only take exact change or card, they only take card, they can only take orders from their kiosk in the lobby, they can’t take any orders for the next 15 minutes, they are out of Baja Blast, it’s always something different. The most frustrating thing however is that this is one of the only locations close to me that serves breakfast, but of the 4 times I’ve come here for breakfast well within the advertised time slot, only once have I actually been able to order breakfast. The other times they either said they were only taking DoorDash orders or they just flat out said they weren’t gonna take my order. This is all over the span of months, you can only try so many times before you give up.

This Taco Bell location is very understaffed. Normally a long wait for food. On Saturday, one employee worked the whole store himself. The computers were having trouble so he had to turn people away. I was able to place my order through the Taco Bell app and he was able to help me. He did a fantastic job making my order and he was so apologetic and friendly. This franchise owner needs to pay their staff more. $12-$14 an hour doesn’t cut it anymore.
