Best Taco Bell in the Milwaukee area! Brandon is fantastic; he truly cares about both the quality of service and the food. We had a wonderful experience with him at the drive-thru window today. We actually drive out of our way to come to this location because it’s always reliable and we know the customer service will be great. That’s not something we can usually say about other Taco Bells in the area, so it’s refreshing to see this one run so well with such a great staff.

I like this Taco Bell when people are nice and that was not the case today. I’ve been going here since forever and today was the day I had to review it. I proceeded to order my food at the speakers, and the woman, taking my order misheard me twice, and I was OK with that. People mishear things all the time and it’s not something that I’m gonna ever be annoyed at. However, when I got to the window, the lady that took my order, had an attitude and was not very Nice or friendly. One of my complaints is that she did not give me my change back and rounded up my total, even though I did not ask to round up. The second thing was that she got one of my orders wrong, and I asked her if I could just swap it out because that is not what I originally ordered, and she did, but she had an attitude while doing it. She never said sorry. Never said my bad, even. Just straight up silence with a seemingly irritated look. The more I go to this Taco Bell location specifically, the worst the experience is. And before asking why I didn’t ask for my change, she already look visibly annoyed and I had already at this point told her my order was wrong. I’m not saying you need to be happy and cheery working fast food. I know customers can be a lot at times. I understand that people have bad days, but I was super respectful to this worker and this was the experience I was given.

Well this is a total mess of a store. I get all the way home and we check our bag and it's somebody else's order because nothing we ordered was in the bag or did it match the receipt I had been given when my card was returned and upon trying to call the restaurant to tell them what happened I got a message saying no one is available to take my call and I wasn't able to leave a message. I spent $30 and got some kind of nasty salad and a beef burrito and a beef hard shell taco none of which I ordered.

This place is Hit or Miss. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's absolutely awful. And I don't know if it's always busy, but we seem to always get there when there's a lot of cars in the Drive-Thru. And if you want to just leave, you're then stuck in line because there's no way to get out. But like I said, it's hit or miss. Sometimes there's a lot of cars and they go really fast. Do NOT go to the one on Chicago in South Milwaukee. Light years difference between these 2 Taco Bells. I went through the drive-thru at this location On Saturday night January 25th And it took 55 minutes to get through The drive-thru Lane Period I pulled into the drive-thru at 11 15 PM And did not leave The drive-through until midnight. This is simply unacceptable and this location does not allow you to leave because the drive-thru Lane is only big enough for one car so you're basically trapped until you get your order. I would hate to see what would happen if somebody had a medical emergency in their drive-thru line. Never coming here again

Do I look obsessed? 😍 I travel a lot for work & this is the most consistent Taco Bell location I've been to in the continental United States. My orders have always been correctly prepared here & the staff are always courteous or professional at the very least. They always seem busy here too, but they work hard & keep their vibes positive. Even if I'm down the street in Oak Creek or Greenfield, I will legit drive out of my way to order from this location because I know I can rely on their team. This place actually slaps. Idk what happened but over the last few months but it’s gotten so much better than when I first moved to the area. Folks working here are no longer confrontational and rude, food is fresh and put together well. I come here maybe twice a month and am treated nicely and my food tastes just fine. Right off the bat, when I gave my order over drive through, I mentioned “Black bean chalupa with no sour cream and chicken quesadilla with no Jalapeño sauce”. She puts 2 sour cream. I said “did you get remove sour cream?” and she said yeah she got it. I get to the window to confirm because the screen still said 2 sour cream. She was like oh yeah, we put extra sour cream. Took forever to bring the order back. We come home to check. Sure as hell there is jalapeño sauce in quesadillas and I got BEEF chalupa WITH SOUR CREAM instead of black bean after all that. Also barely any cheese at all in quesadillas. Whatever cheese was there was barely melted. The girl basically didn’t listen to the order at all and served whatever the heck she wanted.

This location is a nice, convenient stop for me, the second shifter trying to get a quick dinner when feeling that taco craving on the way home after work at night. There's always a trade-off though, because wait times are crazy at night, even with little cars in line at the drive-through. From what I can see, it's probably staffing. I visit this location anytime I crave the Bell. There are two locations near my house and both are the same distance away. The other location has terrible food and usually rude workers. They usually have all the menu items, and even with the extra few miles drive to my place the food is hotter than it is if I get it by the one closer to me (by pick n save in Bayview). You guys are doing great and worth the extra drive.

This is a good Taco Bell. They're open late, the service is friendly, and they rarely if ever get your order wrong, which can't be said about all fast food restaurants.
