Cashier was less than helpful. Food was minimal & pitiful. Space was crowded and they were more helpful to the homeless looking woman, that they knew by name! There was almost no meat and very little cheese in their stale shells. I asked for plain chicken. Not in a burrito and I got two tiny pieces of slightly warm coated rubber.

I have the app which makes it convenient to place my order ahead of time.. weather I pick it up thru the drive-thru or walk-in to grab and go.. never had problems or issues and was quick.. and the plus and perks side with the app it rallies up ur points for rewards and some of the reordering of ur favorites, the price drops a bit.. awesome

The food at this taco bell was amazing. The tacos and burritos were hot, well filled and didn't taste terrible even for a taco bell. Haven't eaten at a taco bell in a while where the food actually tasted good. The food got done quick though and the staff nice.

Ordered our food wasnt on a busy night maybe 2 or 3 people behind my party. Wasnt a big meal but had a total of 3 drinks 2 out of the 3 drinks were freezes. Recieved the large soda right away sat down thinking our name would get called again for the freezes but it wasnt. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed something. All while the customer behind me were being served. Finally once the lady who took my order came back up to the register to take another order. I butted in before she could say can I help you to the customer and told her that my daughter and husband ate thier entire meals WITHOUT thier drinks! She finally gave me mine and when it came to the other flavor freeze she stated I cant give that one to you cause its in defrost. I just explained to her that i ate my entire meal witj no drinks and this is all she said. I kept my composure and asked for a large soda instead. Get it together or work on the customer service. I shouldnt be stared at for 15 minutes by all the employees before having to say i need something..

It's a Taco Bell, you know what good you're going to get. That's being said, this location has an awesome staff. They are a fun group that seems to not hate their job, or at least, doesn't show it. Which always makes a huge difference in chains like this.

Each visit has been a positive experience with the exception of once being asked how to make a special item that was actually limited term on the menu. Made us laugh. That said, food is prepared and presented well for the most part. Cups are often forgotten when order is picked up but staff seem to value their customers and are customer service oriented. Kitchen looks managed, clean and employees noted following handling regulations. The dining and bathrooms are clean. Garbage is managed well. An overall good experience!

The employee forgot to give me back my debit card and I spent most of the day stressing out and thinking I lost my debit card -- tried calling the restaurant and they unfortunately have the phone off the hook so nobody can leave a message -- I then had to run back 12- miles away from my home - their hours said open until midnight - i arrived at 11:00 that night - only to find an employee mopping the closed establishment - I then had to keep know on the window to get his attention -- and found out - that the employee put my debit card in the safe-- was never apologized to - for the inconvenience and was never comped anything for all the stress and trouble it caused me

Food is always hit or miss for me here, but it's taco bell. You don't go to taco bell for a Michelin star meal. The staff are always nice at this location and the store clean, so solid 4 ☆ from me.

I do wish this location stayed open a little later, but I shouldn't be eating that late anyways.

This was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The workers are so attentive and didn’t mess up at all. I would put this Taco Bell in the Taco Bell Hall of Fame. The people were awkward but still nice. My issue was that the food was VERY poorly packaged, cold, not put in the right places, etc. It sounds like an exaggeration but unfortunately it isn't, the food was that bad. It was a rush time for them so I get it, but that doesn't mean the quality needs to decrease for speed.

This sounds self-centered but I still need to say it, the people behind me in line can wait. It's Taco Bell so the quality of food isn't great to begin with, but that still doesn't give the excuse of poor food preparation. I'm not a picky or stuck up person either, I just wanted some Taco Bell and got saddness in a bag and box.

Not from Minocqua but heard they had a new taco bell (which makes it the closest one for us), so we took a trip down for my brother's birthday. We were most excited for the Baja blast obviously.

Well the service was AWFUL, the Baja blast was so awful we all poured ours out, there was not one clean table to sit at, and the food was OK at best.

Went in because we had a trailer and wouldn't fit in drive thru. I wanted the cheesy taco and was told we don't have that. Ordered on the kiosk after figuring what we all wanted and after 5 minutes they gave us our drinks. Another couple came in to order their food and ours still wasn't up yet. Husband took drinks out to waiting family and seen truck in drive thru. I saw truck leave drive thru and we still had no food. Employee said I know I'm making your food now and we had already been there about 15 minutes so far. Another person came to order and all three of us ended up getting orders at the same time, well after they took care of everyone in the drive thru first. So disappointed as there isn't many choices for fast food in minocqua to begin with on that stretch of road

Drove by at 8:30, the doors were locked, I called and they said an employee overslept but that they were opening the doors now. Came back, doors were locked and no one was visible in the building. Went through the drive-through and no one was there. Called again, no one answered the phone after 2 minutes of ringing. Went and got breakfast elsewhere.

I placed my order in the drive thru. I realized my order was wrong after I left heading out of town. On the way back home I stopped and talked to the manager about the mistake. He had it remade the right way. He was very nice. This Taco Bell is one if not the beat one that I have been to. And I have been to alot of them from Texas to Wisconsin. Keep up the great job ya'll.
