This is my 2nd visit in three weeks. The first visit, a worker and manager were arguing in front of us customers and the young lady was sent home. There were fruit flies everywhere, so 10 hard shells were broken and our table was sticky. Today, I decided to give them another shot. I didn't spent $40 on GARBAGE! Don't go there and I want my money back!

Delivery driver here. My order was stolen at this location. Guy literally walked out as I was walking in. I told them who I was there for they said we just made that. So they knew it was stolen. The wonderful woman behind the window made my night as usual. I believe her name is Aaliyah but she was at the window at 1:50AM 9/28/2025. She deserves a raise and the Aux back!

I frequently come in late nights/early mornings after work. I can always count on her to have an upbeat, positive and helpful demeanor. Sometimes I even get to whistness some singing or dance moves when she is in charge of the music, and it makes me day.

Taco Bell show your appreciation and give her something in return for the bussiness she has earned you. I'll be checking in with her, don't disappoint!

Go here a lot and there are problems but it is not the employees' problems...

The owner or GM is who needs to do WAYYY better. Higher decent amount of people so when the rush comes at noon or dinner time the line isn't 13 cars deep in the drive-thru! I mean come on and don't blame it on people don't want to work because if you said you were hiring for 20 bucks an hour I would personally be down there signing up! Quit blaming employees and actually do your job which is have your restaurant running and working efficiently and properly! Most people are thinking when something goes wrong it's the employees fault and sometimes it is but in this case 95% of all problems arise from mismanagement and the owners greed for running always a skeleton crew. The manager one time said I can't keep employees here and we're constantly training new people. Ok? Pay them a decent wage or you're going to have to figure that in to your business model that you are going to constantly be going through employees since you don't want to pay them or at the very least give them enough people to run the restaurant from day to day. Just unbelievable the greed trying to get every single cent out of the community without having any remorse or responsibility when multiple people file complaints that it's constantly getting worse there and I often see the line over 10 cars deep at least twice a day. At least at QuikTrip when the line gets long they call up people from other places quick to get people checked out and then they go back to what they were previously doing. This gives people the chance to get in and out quickly and efficiently and almost as important happily.

(Previous review) When they are actually open the hours they say they will be it is great. Often, NOT. They are ok when not busy and they aren't rushed. But we all know the food rush scenarios and the good places take it in stride.

However I have drove 12 minutes multiple times one way just to get there to be told that there closing early because no delivery of food or their closed completely because there's no workers to work.

The question is if you could make $75,000 a year working at Taco Bell 9:00 to 5:00 would you do it? The answer is yes of course you would unless you're somehow making more than $75,000 right now then okay however it is easily seen that the problem is not with the employees it's Taco Bell on a whole.

For one of the most cleanest and least violated fast food chains you think they'd want to be open for business longer and less sporadic

Dear Taco Bell Customer Care,

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at one of your Taco Bell locations involving the individual who identified as the manager on duty, I visited with my son. After placing and paying for my order, I was securing my change into my wallet before proceeding forward. Despite no vehicles waiting behind me, the manager repeatedly ordered me to move immediately. I explained that I needed a moment due to my age and handicap, but he dismissed this and stated that I was “wasting his time.”

To make matters worse, the manager then took out his phone and began photographing me and my son, stating that he would share these pictures with other Taco Bell restaurants to prevent me from being served in the future. This behavior was intimidating, humiliating, and entirely unacceptable for a customer-service role.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and addressed appropriately. I believe this employee is in urgent need of retraining in basic courtesy, sensitivity, and professionalism—especially in regard to customers with disabilities.

Stopped by here for lunch today. Had great service by the young man that took my order (Didn't catch his name-Sorry) He had a bunch of pins on his hat. My order was $13 and change, I thought I had given him $14 in ones. He counted it a couple of times and ended up handing me back the $2 that I overpaid. I really feel like the employees at this location really care unlike other locations I have been to in madison. The staff members here were incredible. My father is dying of cancer and has maybe a couple weeks left. He was not doing well during a visit this afternoon, and the workers went out of their way to be helpful, especially a man who let me know his father just died of cancer so he got it. Even before that, that worker was very welcoming, positive and helpful. As a whole, the staff made a tough situation so much better with their kindness and understanding. I am so impressed and grateful. That sort of thing goes a long way.

Unfornately, I have to give this locatrion 1 star. They have missed customizations on multiple orders. I have filed a complaint with the restraunt, however no one bothered to contact me regarding the issue.

The employees here are absolutely horrendous. They pout about you asking for an order change and then literally give you extra of everything you want removed…. Can you imagine if someone had a food allergy..? We have had this happen 3 consecutive times now and tried DoorDash to see if the result was different..and it was not. One meal of three asks for no chicken and then every single side taco came with chicken including the entree that was requested to come with beef. There’s 1000 side tacos made a day with beef(beef was the requested change for our chalupas; remove chicken)and the receipt was correct for what we asked. I like to think the best of people but this appears EXTREMELY intentional when it’s happened the same way multiple times.. oh I almost forgot we didn’t get our cinnamon delight 12 pack that we paid for either… 3 strikes we’re out. This place needs a refresh asap before you catch a lawsuit for a food allergy.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too, they always get my order wrong and miss food, the last time I went there they bumped off my online order and didn't make it and I sat in the drive-thru waiting forever and then when I went in, they still didn't make it, and then they tried to tell me that they had people in front of me and that I'll have to wait more, I was already waiting for like 40 mins, by that time, I got my food my quesadilla had barely any chicken on it, my burrito didn't have sauce, and they still missed the cheese roll up, never go to this Taco Bell.

I went in because the cars were lined up. Then you have to order your food on a screen and I couldn’t find some things I wanted. Went back out to go through drive through as not as busy and the server was very helpful and then cars were filling up behind me and he forgot my taco salad which I came there to get for me but ordered for my grand daughter and daughter too. Taco’s look like they got ran over! Let’s just say the timing was terrible;(. Server at the window was very kind though.

every single time I go here the order is incorrect. I try to only go to this location if I don’t feel like going all the way up to university instead. If you pay for extra sauce, extra protein or anything extra really don’t bother thinking you’ll get it. they’re fast which would usually be a positive but when it means that you’re rushing and missing things, it ends up not being a good thing. there are two distinct people that will take your order at the window. 1 is always suffering from some kind of injury to the point where he can’t even hand you food out the window and the other is so argumentative that he’s always fighting with the people he is trying to take their order from

Wow you would think when you order over $50 of food at a place they would give you the only dessert that you ordered, unfortunately that did not happen I go to that location off often and they do forget some of my stuff but I never called,so this time I called I got no answer. I had company over with no dessert so we decided to make brownies which were probably better! I also my only day off was Sunday, so I decided to do stuff instead of thinking about calling Taco Bell, I called Monday to let them know that I didn't receive my $6 and something cents of an order saterday evening...and they proceeded to argue with me like I was at fault not receiving what i paid for! Anyway after he told me how pathetic I was for not calling and waiting days to get what I'm owed and blah blah blah that I don't have time for I just said fine you can keep your $6 and I won't be visiting you again Taco John's is around the corner and they taste better! Bad customer service goes a long way but I'm sure that that employee doesn't care! Check your orders people I had worked over 60 hours that weekend I was not trying to look I figured that they had common sense enough to know when someone orders one desert it should be in there

Had a really nice time. Took my siblings for their first time at Taco Bell. It was a busy night, but we were able to place our order on the tablets, and we got our food shortly after. The food was enjoyed by everyone, and the staff was working hard to make sure we got our food as soon as possible despite the long list of orders. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The service was great and the food was as well. I'd say this was a great first-time experience for the kids as well. They'll definitely be asking me to take them back soon.

Let's forget that we waited 45 minutes, that people came in after us and received their food, ate it and left, or that our order wasn't right and we were missing an item, no one would even answer where our food was. I'm appalled by the manager. We called Taco Bell, drive thru lady answered, and we were waiting for the manager to come to the phone, after 9 minutes, he answered, I said, "I was waiting to talk to the manager" and a grunt followed by a dial tone, yes he hung up the phone. I love taco bell and this location usually gets food out fast, but for the past few days when I receive the food at the second window and I check the bag I have been very rudely that my order was correct and to move out of the line because they are on a timer. I'm fairly certain it's one of the managers doing it, as I have seen him chastise the actual employee working at the window to tell people in the drive thru to hurry up. Whoever that guy is, he should consider unemployment. The best part is the food I received today was incorrect, as they gave me some chips I didn't order. Cheers!

We came here before heading out for a long drive, spent hours getting 5 kids and 2 dogs in. We chose the drive through option- after every single item we added the cashier said “IS THAT ALL?” “IS THIS CORRECT” “YOURE STILL ORDERING?!” , sigh after sigh, And at this point I wasn’t finished with our order but I was so heated with the attitude I just ended my order after the 5th time he asked. He then told us to come inside next time which is no problem, we’ll send someone in next time to avoid holding a line- however we ordered $37 worth of food and it was out in less than 4 minutes. So I didn’t quite understand the issue but I’ll do that next time. Over all, rude guy at the window. Name on our receipt says Anthony G. I’d suggest having another employee taking orders :)

food is relatively okay, no real complaints about the breakfasts. we usually hit here for whenever we want a quick breakfast before we head towards Milwaukee.

we went here a week ago Sunday and the manager was great at first, apologetic that they're backed up and it would be a few minutes. gave us an extra soda for our understanding and patience. so we ordered two breakfast tacos and one breakfast crunch wrap and a drink. filled up the paid drink with a frozen drink and the other with a soda. so once we got our food and made it 1/2 thru eating the manager yelled across the restaurant which only had myself and boyfriend in there stating that their frozen drink machine is for staff only. umm its in the lobby which is self serve and no signs that state this. then as we were leaving again loudly told us that ""if we enjoyed our meal to come back if not go to the burger king up the road instead."" in the most snarky and unprofessional tone.
I've already had problems with this one quack of a manager a month prior. i was in the drive through that time and she/he (sorry for anyone who is gay or trans this isn't a hit at them I honestly could not tell who/what this person was) but he/she threw my bag at me in the drive through, didn't hand the bag to me nicely but shoved it at me and before I could ask for a straw or something small (I don't remember exactly what I needed but was something small) they slammed the window.
I had gone there again and a different lady who was at the drive through was very polite and apologetic and understanding because i told her what had happened with the prior quack of a manager. this lady is the only reason why i am giving service a 2 star. if it wasnt for the lady that apologized i would give it a 1 star.

April 31st I went through the drive through after work. Order an online said it would be done in 14 minutes. I waited in the drive through for an hour. Then my food wasn't even correct. They were missing items, so I talked to one of the managers at night. Who said he wrote my name down and my boyfriends And told me I could get 2 free items on May 1st I went through the drive through before work and I ordered 2 items. And to use his name, so I did I went to taco. Bell monona drive at approximately one forty five I wasn't allowed to get the Any 2 items that I was guaranteed told by a manager I was allowed ANY TWO ITEMS. .told one thing, couldn't even do it, then on top of it. The supreme wrap had no meeting in it. I also have a picture AND THE LADY WAS RUDE WHO HAD ME PULL UP TO WINDOW THIS TACO BELL IS TRASH

The guacamole had a very strange and terrible taste. But what was even worse than that was their customer service. I won't go back there. I know how to speak to people and how to treat them... but it appears to me that they do not know how to respect their customers, nor make them feel like they want to come back. So sad. If that was my store I would be replacing management, or retraing them, if I felt it'd make a difference.
As well as making sure my people knew to ask customers if they would like to add a drink to their order.

I felt like they cared more about getting me through the drive through as quick as humanly possible than whether or not I left happy.
They were surprised I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I drove up to the menu. I need to look at the menu to decide!
The phrase they used made me confused: I thought they were asking me if everything on the order screen was correct so far, but they meant to be asking me if I had ordered everything I wanted. I left with less food than I would have purchased if I hadn't been hustled through. That phrase (I wish I could recall the exact wording. He said it twice) is loosing Taco Bell money every day because people are ending their order before they are finished.
There was no one behind me yet in the drive through line.
It was in no way pleasant or satisfying and I won't be coming back to this location.

I always enjoy this Taco Bell the most. In particular, the staff during the early day, they have great communication skills and are very accommodating. I recall months ago the staff alerted me they would remember my order after a slight misunderstanding about a substitute and they have done just that. 10/10 recommend

I stopped for breakfast between the gym and work. Knowing where I was going, I didn't have high expectations. I was wrong. The food was high quality and tasty, and cheap! This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to, hands down. For a few reasons:
1. Accuracy and Consistency. After about 10-12 visits, they've gotten my order right EVERY SINGLE TIME.
2. Courtesy. The staff are nice, they smile and act like they enjoy their job, and they make great conversation. Heck, I even talked with the manager while they were makin' my order one time. He even stuck his hand out the window to shake my hand before I left. That's courtesy. I mean, you just don't see that at fast food joints anymore.
3. Speed. Even when it's busy, the drive-thru is always lightning fast. At most other Taco Bells, you might as well bring a book to read while you wait if you pull up after 11:00 p.m. But not here! These folks are fast.
4. Quality. Not only are my burritos almost always properly grilled, but they are usually stuffed! They don't skimp--they fill those burritos up like their life depends on it.

In sum, if you are the franchise owner, you better give your team members a raise or a nice bonus because your Taco Bell runs like a well-oiled machine. And also, your staff are super nice, too. 6 Stars.
