This is one of the few Taco Bell locations that I'll patron. I only eat the vegetarian options so I can't speak to the meat here, but the beans always taste good and the lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. That's a long cry from most locations. When I'm craving a Chalupa Supreme sub meat for beans, this is the place I'm going. Thanks y'all!

To be honest I come here more than I should but it’s really good especially for the price I love the $3 burritos, along with the good food is the Great Service and I mean that. I have never come into this Taco Bell or gone through the drive thru and have a bad experience even if they are swamped with like a whole group of kids at 10pm they still keep up the great service.

Idk his last name but Collin needs a raise and/or a promotion, while we were there another customer also thanked Collin specifically for working so hard while the other workers were just kind of walking aimlessly at times even. Collin was going literally a mile a minute the whole time and at the end we were waiting for a refresca that the other worker was supposed to make and told twice that we heard, and then Collin reviewed my order without me even asking and got the refresca himself even though he was in the middle of making an order! Truly just make sure yall are rewarding your best workers 100% … The other worker also snapped at the customer before us that had thanked Collin bc he felt called out that he wasn’t keeping up and then talked horribly about her when she left! I don’t know the other guys name.

Got my supper home and took 2 bites of my crunchwrap to find a plastic lid from sour cream container in my crunchwrap called back in asked for a manager a guy told me it was him I told him what happened and his answer was I didn't see it in the crunchwrap I told him I'm not eating my other food he said I insure you nothing is in your other food so I asked how he could say that if he didn't know the lid was already in there and him being a manager got mad and passed the call off to a female were we had same talk and all I got was we can remake it I refused and said I'm never coming back what else are they dropping in food this is not OK this is a food safety issue with no management doing there job

i came through the drive thru earlier around 6:30 pm, i had a pickup order and not only did they sound rude, but i asked for a drink carrier since i had a somewhat large order and the girl (i think her name was raven, she had purple hair) at the drive thru window gave me a dirty look for asking. service was terrible and they even got the order wrong. they put lettuce on the tacos when specifically asking for no lettuce as well as putting chipotle sauce on the burrito that i had removed because i don’t like it.

Can I give zero stars?! The one guy who i believe is a manager will only make food to the menued item even if you paid for the upcharge when using mobile app. So guess what if you want chicken instead of steak, well you get steak or you took off chipotle sauce and replaced it for another sauce guess you get chipotle sauce or you get a completely different item. And if you go in to and bring it to their attention, well now he is gonna argue with you about how it never said any of that. Then once you bring the order up and show him to his face he still won't pay attention to the fact that he made the item wrong and will again make it wrong and not to mention argue you with you more. Just makes me wonder on a scale of 1 to 10 how stoned the person was when they gave him that position. I can go out of town to any other Taco Bell and get food made accurately. It's this location that can't function because of this particular person to. Unfortunately I think most people just accept the wrong food because they don't want to deal with them and I get it. This worker very much clearly does not care. Also if I get handed the wrong food, whether it was made wrong or the person at the window messed up. It should be made right and the customers deserve an apology to. Going in, I'm very nice and I am patient with them, but they don't care about the customers. Some one should remind them that with out the customers showing up to buy food they wouldn't have a job. If everyone stopped going there, the doors would close.

So I went to Taco Bell yesterday. I ordered what I normally order. I get to where I'm going, and I grab my food and I take a bite and it is not what I ordered. So I call Taco Bell, I am talking to the manager I tell her this is not what I ordered she then does this on the phone with me excuse me ma'am excuse me don't talk to me that way and hung up the phone. So the manager of this Taco Bell her name is Kayla. This is not the way you should run a restaurant. I didn't want my money back I honestly just wanted what I ordered. Instead she decided to be like this on the phone with me which led to other things. This manager needs to go.

The person who was about to take my order had said a joke first so I followed up with one, and for that they denied me service, the manager who works night shift is not a customer friendly person, she most definitely hates her life and doesn't mind ruining others nights.

Food is on par with any other Taco Bell, but service is bad, staff is usually gossiping/cursing loudly at times, orders are pretty much guaranteed to be wrong, and the dining area is regularly patronized by younger customers who are loud and obnoxious, with staff never correcting the behavior.

I don’t ever really leave negative reviews. And as always, I believe in chances. But for the past few days that I have been going. I have had terrible service, had food been sold to me that isn’t all the way cooked, and been sold a drink that has been out of syrup.
Today has been the worst of the worst. I called ahead to see if the drink I’ve been wanting has been fixed, and the lady responded rudely and didn’t answer my question. Then, when going to get my food. That same lady had a very poor attitude through the speaker, didn’t tell us our total or to pull up. When receiving my food, it was cold and not cooked. I’m used to having my cheese quesadillas not really cooked, but this was just shredded cheese with sauce.

My review is now being updated to 1 star & it would be 0 stars if possible. This location has gone from being our favorite place to stop over the last year to the worst customer service imaginable. Tonight we had the worst customer service ever and had to ask for our receipt multiple times over the manager cursing about customers to other staff at the window in the immediate background after denying multiple orders to one vehicle. Then after driving 30 minutes back home we find plastic in a hard shell Supreme taco. My husband called the location and asked for the manager at which point a female who refused to identify themselves by anything other than saying "I'm the manager" asked us to bring the taco back tonight with the plastic & we have new systems so we can't do multiple orders now. If you mess up please don't be rude or lie. I will never eat at this location again as long as Briana M and her manager tonight work there due to their lack of professionalism abd good safety. I will update this review after this has been resolved by Taco Bell corporate as the site is unprofessional at best.

Monroe, WI location service was terrible, food was wrong, staff including management was horrible. HOW DO YOU SCREW UP THE SAME ITEM AGAIN!! They also did not follow the order on the app and prepare when you get there. They had the nerve to even say it was sitting for over an hour. Over loaded on sauces we never ordered! I honestly never leave reviews but I truly hope some of these recent ones are taken seriously and this worker is held accountable. I came back through the drive thru for an order that was made incorrectly as well as a missed drink. I was very understanding and kind about it as I could tell they were busy and stressed. None of them knew what their new menu box was called and I had to physically pulled up the app countless times as well as my receipt to let them know what was missed. (Which is totally fine. It was an easy fix and I was willing to be patient) The girl was VERY quick to be loud, corrective,hostile and slammed the window in my face as if us asking for NO sour cream (because of an allergy ) is difficult to correct as well as our missed drink. Now ,I know some customers are probably very difficult to deal with but I was not being argumentative or rude what so ever . I was understanding and appreciative that they were even getting our missed or messed up order corrected for us. One of the managers had apologized on her behalf but all the other workers had not been surprised on how she had acted. Especially in front of my child in the car who was confused and upset as to who she acted that way . I had told them I would make a report as I felt that it was misconduct on her end.

The meth heads in the 'kitchen' need to refrain from shouting vulgar language with a dining room full of patrons.
My three tacos looked like the ingredients were applied from across the room.
None of my add ons were included with my order.
All this cost me $10.
Lesson learned.
I am frequently in this area, requiring dinner. Next time I'll go to pizza hut or Culver's.

As I was ordering on Friday July 26 at 1 pm I must have annoyed the person because I could hear them saying (jesus) and (god) as I was ordering as if I was annoying them. So I called her out and said u know I can hear you , then the manager replied by threatening to call the police. First off the parking lot could swallow a car the potholes are so huge. Inside the store everything was sticky, every single table was dirty and there were flies everywhere. The kitchen was extremely dirty with food all over the floor and even a full container of cheese. Worst off was the cantina burrito. I've had one before at a different location but at this location it was inedible. I took one bite and had to spit it out the chicken was so weirdly fatty and gross. I will never go to this location again!

We went there the other day and got shorted a taco on our party pack. We've been having to count the tacos when we get party packs to make sure we get all of them. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO.
We go today and get a party pack and it's the one day we don't count. We were shorted 4 tacos this time! We called and they acknowledged and didn't even take down a name to be sure we would get them when we go back later. Not happy! Hope we get the tacos they owe us later when we go back to get them.

Even Taco Bell has gone the way of self-checkout. Sign at the registers ask customers to please use the self-service kiosk to place the orders when inside. No customer service that I experienced. No "Hello, Welcome to Taco Bell" , no acknowledgement of me at all and no interaction with anyone until the employee called my name for my order. He was gone from the counter before I even picked up the order. If this is the Taco Bell of the future then I won't be back.

I ordered the Dorito's Locos Supreme Meal which is # 8, with a Large Mountain Dew. I was charged 10 dollars, my Soda was all carbon water, and my taco's were not supreme! Not sure how hard it is to fill a taco shell the correct way and to make sure your syrup for your soda is full. More training is needed.

Consistently horrible service and incorrectly made items. Day shift isn't horrible, but beware if you go after 4pm as accuracy on all fronts takes a nosedive. Items made incorrectly that had no modifications to begin with, you don't get the items you paid an upcharge for, the lack of professionalism is appalling and management doesn't care. Last inside visit included two employees dropping f-bombs for half an hour that you could hear storewide. They don't pick up if you call to let them know what's wrong or missing, and I'm guessing when corporate contacts them with our complaints, those are ignored too. Used to work here in my teens. What it has degraded to is painful to see.

Usually friendly service. Generally, the orders are missing items, like you might get a taco without meat, and you probably won’t get sauce or napkins and there’s no way to resolve issues, because they don’t answer the phone. We went to order and asked for 2 separate orders orders and they straight up said no so we got our first order and drove through again and the workers hid in the back and wouldn’t answer. 3 cars pulled up after and they refused to answer them as well. I called and they answered and said they were still open but then in the middle of the conversation they ended the phone call. Terrible workers tonight and poor customer service. Very disappointed. If you are open you can’t refuse service and hide.

Poor listening skills. Got chicken power bowl when I asked for veggie power bowl. Didn't look until I got home. I am a vegetarian, so I couldn't eat it. I tried calling for over a half hour and got a message to call back with no option to leave a message. I sent them an email and I got no reply. I guess they just don't care.

Food was good but disappointed that the lobby is closed. No signage or warning if you are ordering from the app. Not the kind of food that is easy to eat in the car. If you are traveling or live out of town like we do, the lobby service is so important.

We were on a bus trip traveling through Monroe, WI and wanted to get some simple tacos (20 hard shell & 20 Soft shell nothing fancy) for the people on bus and the Monroe Taco Bell didn't want to serve us. We tried calling ahead so the order was ready but no answer. It was around 9 p.m. they are supposed to be open until 1 a.m. The bus obviously wouldn't fit through drive through so we decided to walk through, still they refused to serve us. This is the poorest service we have ever received. We were customers willing to pay good money for your product 4 hours prior to closing is just pure laziness.

We were in yesterday after our last experience had shown some change for the better. Unfortunately the previous visit opened us up to some glimmer of hope that was soon to be crushed. First of all our order was made completely wrong not like things we asked to be omitted were still there but as in the food we ordered didn't even compare to what we had asked for! And not just a few things either. We got the cheese potatoes and that's all that was correct! Secondly the kitchen was is such disarray that an employee felt the usage of a bag would suffice for clearing their station then proceeded to use the same bag to bag a customer's items. Also I don't feel vaping in the kitchen is exactly sanitary either but we witnessed an employee in all their glory blowing clouds around the kitchen. We will definitely not return after this last visit and would suggest all others to avoid the Monroe WI taco bell as if it were the plague... If it were possible to give a lower rating than one start I would.

Went to the drive-through window and ordered six tacos with a side of guac didn’t get my guac and when I called to tell them that they told me it was my fault that I didn’t get my guac and we’re extremely rude to me and hung up on me I would not recommend this place ever to anyone. I had to give them a one star to get in here but it should be a negative one star with an extremely rude response to their mistake

Here Sunday with my husband in the drive thru.
Young man starts taking my order. He didn’t understand what I was asking. Fine. Great. AMY. Now Amy comes on the crackly speaker. “WHATS YOUR PROBLEM”.
“We’ll I didn’t know there was a problem” I replied.
“We’ll he don’t get what you need”
“**I repeat my order”
“No need to yell”. Needless to say Burger King was way kinder and I’m going to assume tastier.

Not only did they mess my order up 2 times. They refused to make it the 3rd time and couldn't even refund it because apparently if you order the the app it's a different company or something. The Monroe store is always awful, I eat at t bell all over. They are the 2nd worst one I have even been to. Always messing up orders and the last time I was in they were rude also after messing up my orders and wasting my time.
