First off, if you are spending a moment reading this, you must be a TBell fan. So to get more specific, this Bell rings in Mukwonago off Highways 43 and 83. And drive up service is sometimes 10- 12 cars deep. Have patience or pop inside( if kids and retirees can provide service which is a post pandemic issue). That being said, I always order from the value menu side, along with the buck eighty bean burrito. And I always ask for a senior drink which has been free at this location for about the last 10 years. It's no wonder my wife always buys me a TB stocking stuffer card in December. Enjoy! The service, friendly folks, and of course the new expanded menu.
Folktale aside(TB's were created as an outlet to sell Pepsi) it's decent enough, quick food for under 5 bucks.

This Fast food is usually hit or miss as pf recently if it'll be a good or bad experience. Our taco bell's (yes multiple in my closest area) don't measure up like they use to and I'm so happy to have found this one that makes Me WANT to go out of my way to drive here for the food and the quick and quality fast food service. Have to say this is the first time I have given a review of taco Bell where the service beat the food. Drive thru lady was very nice and made sure everything was in the bag (almost always missing something). The food though. I don't think it's just this taco Bell, quality had dropped. Yeah even for the bells standards. Everything is soggy in a matter of minutes, even soft tacos. The salt is being used to cover the poor quality of food. And even though this is most likely a new coast to coast quality downgrade, the overpaid crew can't seem to get meat, cheese, and lettuce on the damn taco shell. I can't overstate how bad the quality of ingredients is. I ordered 4 regular tacos as I was very hungry not eating all day. I was able to eat the first one, and the second only made it half way before I decided to throw it away and eat a peanut butter sandwich. I did however feed one to each of my dogs who happily devoured them.

I am so irritated with this taco bell I believe in giving second chances to food establishment places but this was the 2nd chance terrible just like the first. When you place an order all I can say is DOUBLE CHECK DOUBLE CHECK before left because 9 out 10 times it's wrong. They are in such a hurry to get the customers through their line that they don't even listen to the orders and it's totally frustrating then when you find your order is incorrect like I did BOTH times I've been there and you have to go in to the lobby they ignore you for about 4 minutes. I stood at the front counter no one up there everyone is at the drive thru they don't even check the front counter to see if they customers. I had to literally scream excuse me to get noticed. I mean there was 3 people on duty 🤷 so I mean they aren't really short staffed. I don't get it then the young man only came up to the counter to hand someone who had been standing and waiting on food his bag I said excuse me I came through your drive thru my order is wrong I was supposed to get a beef chapula not chicken he doesn't apologize or anything LITERALLY says absolutely nothing to me and goes back to the drive thru and yells remake a chalupa with beef. That is NOT how you handle this type of situation I run a business myself I would never be okay with my staff ignoring a customer like that. Most Taco Bells are the same, so it's not worth mentioning them. But this one stands out, as my food was extremely evenly rolled and lovingly placed. The skill and time given to my burritos and soft tacos was amazing. But I know they were busy otherwise, so whoever this multitasker is, I commend them. Getting tacos with half the stuffing in the wrappers has become the norm and I realized it shouldn't be. Presentable food is possible!

It was only 8 pm and the lobby was closed. So I went through the drive-thru and not only was it crazy long, but so slow. Which, I understand it’s not their fault there’s a long line, but not sure why it took 30 mins to finally get through the line. THEN, once I got to the window, the lady asked if I would do a survey and give them 10/10 reviews and bribed me with free dessert if I finished the survey right then and there. So I fill it out, even though the questions asked me if my food was good and made correctly (hadn’t received my food yet). I gave them good reviews assuming it was just a taco and not hard to get wrong. Well I get my taco box and all 14 tacos were made as supremes which I did not order! The line was so long behind me I didn’t want to hold it up longer so I just left. I don’t think I would be as annoyed if it weren’t for the survey bribe and 30 min wait honestly.

Online delivery order was 50 minutes late. Our driver alerted us they had waited for our food for 25 minutes (and was still waiting). When I called Taco Bell, the staff member was rude and thought it was funny our driver was sitting there waiting for the order. Even after the call, our driver waited another 15 minutes for our food. I've always been really happy with the friendly staff here but obviously they must be desperate for employees and resorted to hiring low class, Gen Z kids that think working is a joke.

It's Taco Bell. When I get the craving it hits home. I stopped at this one after a long day working around 1030 pm or so on March 22nd. The drive thru girl tried to make it fun by telling me that she is having a burrito good day or something along those lines. Super cheesy line but made me smile and I thank her for that. Keep it up.

Went to this Taco Bell tonight and the drive thru cashier, (the receipt says David F… he mentioned he used to live on a farm, and I hope he sees this!) was so incredibly friendly and nice!
