I've eaten at this location 2 times. First time was phenomenal. No complaints. The second time the table was dirty, the drink station was a sticky disaster, pop all over the counter along with straw wrappers everywhere, my hard shelled taco shell was in pieces and super disappointed in the crunch wrap supreme, it was pretty empty I might as well have just eaten a taco shell.

Worst Crunchwrap ever. I ordered 2 and 1 was OK, but the 2nd I took 4-5 decent bites before I got even a speck of meat or sour cream. They didn’t ask if I wanted hot sauce and I guess that I did. They were out of nacho fries, which was my whole reason for going there. And the Cinnabon delights? The worst I’ve ever had. Honestly, I love Taco Bell food but I’ve had more bad experiences at the New Richmond branch than at all the other ones I’ve been to put together. It seems like the staff barely cares about quality and even less about anticipating needs. I’m not asking for mind reading but every other TB I’ve been to asks if you want taco sauce. Typically disappointing experience there. Not just once or twice, I’ve had about 7-8. This was my first time going back in over a year and it seems nothing has changed.

Taco Bell, like any other fast food joint, is really a privilege, and really, you can probably do better and save more by going to some "Mom and Pop Diner. But since google wants me to leave a review here. So long as this place provides their "Diablo" sauce, I guess it's okay.

Had to leave star so I can leave review! As a person who works in customer service, so disappointed. Unacceptable behavior from the employees and shift manager. Asked for manager contact was told CAN NOT HAVE IT. Did not order food, since the drive thru order taker would not let me complete my order. WOW!! I am so disappointed. Prior to my visit I checked the menu to decide what we all wanted and upon arrival was told they couldn't actually do the classic box even though it was available on the app and were extremely rude about it. When our food was handed out rather than taking her time she stacked all of our food on the one box we got resulting in it all falling on the ground then proceeded to say it probably was fine but "I guess we could remake it if it's ruined" the ground was covered in slush and the bag ended up soaked

My family and I usually end the week with Taco Bell Friday and everyone at this location is always very patient and so nice when we place a pretty large order! Attempted to order via the app, there is no notice as to when the inside of the store closes and when online ordering becomes unavailable. We lost the ability to submit an online order minutes before arriving, wasting our trip as the bulk of our order was online only deals that the store was unable to honor. Please list these times somewhere. Most of these issues are with the app and not necessarily the store itself, but I wish they weren't issues at all.

I went through the drive thru so there wasn't much inside contact but the people working the drive thru were very polite and courteous. Had kind of a big order and they were patient with the time that I was taking to order and make sure that everyone was getting what they wanted. When I got up to the window most of the food was already there and waiting. It was maybe a minute and a half and the rest was there too. They had gotten the order correct and that was a nice finish on the visit.

When we go there to get food they never get the order right we have to go back and get the right order the employees need more training on how to read and what's on the order and make the order right we will get this place one more try and if it happens again I will never come and I will tell everyone never to come to this taco bell again

Lobby is never open. Drive thru line is always wrapped around the building. Parking lot is way too small, even for a compact car. If the lobby is open by chance, you can never get in or out of a parking spot due to the length of drive thru line blocking you in. Every time I stop it’s over a 20 min wait, which shouldn’t even be considered fast food anymore.

The girl in the drive through was short with me like I had ruined her day by even being there. It wasn't busy at the time and I was polite as can be. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". Actually didn't say a word to me at the window for the entire transaction, just stared at me to indicate she wanted my payment. Then I got a cup of ice and a cup of coffee instead of iced coffee so apparently iced coffee is DIY now??

It was my first time door dashing and came to this place to pick up 2 orders. Waited in the drive thru and told them I had 2 orders and gave them the names. Pulled up and they gave me 1 order and the guy said the other order didn’t exist. Came around again and a young lady with an attitude came up to the window mad because I didn’t stop at the speaker the 2nd time around and preceded to argue with me over it while I’m trying to explain that I didn’t understand what was going on and then her strong protector came to the drive thru to give me the order that “didn’t exist” and a side of attitude to go along with it. Amazing work by the 3 stooges there. I was never rude just confused because the original guy I dealt with said the 2nd order didn’t exist. 3/3 employees I dealt with were terrible. Never going to new Richmond T-bell again for door dashing or food of my own. It’s an amazing world we are in where the employees mess up and get mad at you for it.

Two guys in drive Gavin and Aaron seem like genuinely nice guys. They asked how my day was and I asked about theirs Gavin stated he can’t complain. He’s got a great job with great people to work with. I asked him his name and he said if you’re going to fill out a review, it’s honestly a great group not just me. Normally you don’t get those kind of pleasantries at a fast food but I will say it’s much appreciated thank you Taco Bell group keep up on your positive attitude it really does good for all of us!

Very disappointed. I go to Taco Bell at least 3 times a week and my service is usually great. Very nice staff, quick service, and great food lately! The past few months, the cooks have been very good at making the food the way it should, proper portions and warm food, other than today. I now will go hungry until dinner. I got THREE tiny potatoes chunks on my Spicy Potato Soft Taco. Very filling. Then my Cheesy Roll Up was completed cold, very barely even warm. Gross. None of the cheese was even melted. I don't normally leave reviews, and I realize I only spent a total of $5 at most on my lunch, although it wasn't even a warm lunch. It was a cold snack. A definitely wasn't even worth what I paid for it, even with how inexpensive it is already. Whoever you have cooking today, 1/31/23, at around lunch time, needs to either be trained better to do their job properly or fired given they are barely even doing their job. I would love to keep getting my lunch at Taco Bell New Richmond, but not for the food I paid $5 for today. Worst food I've ever experienced at a Taco Bell. Please train better otherwise this loyal customer won't be coming back for lunch anymore, and I'm sure I won't be the only one. Waste of a tortilla frankly, given I only got 1 bite from my taco.

Absolutely horrible! I made an online order. Both Google and the Taco Bell app claimed to be open until 9 PM mind you I arrived at 8:15.
I arrive. There is at least 7 cars there and a young girl comes across the intercom and claims they are closed. I told her I placed an online order. She said well you'll have to cancel that, we can't make it. I don't live in town. I live 20 minutes away. I will NOT ever be returning and I think some KIDS need to not be employed.
I will be speaking with a manager tomorrow. If they even have one.

My order is always wrong by missing something or not getting the right modifications marked on order meaning not getting the right thing. Every single item on my online order was somehow messed up.
I asked for no chipotle on anything and they put it on my chalupa (which doesn’t get chipotle to begin with) because I asked for another sauce, instead of remaking they just put both sauces on.
Forgot my potatoes
I like sour cream so I added sour cream to my items and didn’t receive it on anything. My freezes were half melted from the time it took for them to hand them to me out the window.
