Ordered inside to dine in. I was not greeted not acknowledged upon entering. Received my order and was missing my side order. I asked for sour cream and the worker gave off energy like it was a problem although I didn't even get what I paid for. Ordered the Cinnabon coffee, HORRIBLE! The coffee tasted like sour water and had 3 ice cubes when it was supposed to be an ice coffee. The service was not great and definitely not a location I'll ever come back to.

Gave me half my food and told me to drive safe. I pull away and check the bag ... 4 items are missing. I pull back around and tell them I didn't get my full order. She says she has it and to pull forward. As I'm waiting for the two cars in front of me, I watch her hand my missing food to the car in front of me who takes it but then rejects it. As that car pulls away I get handed my food now that nearly 10 minutes has gone by. By this time you should have offered to remake the whole order. Total BS.

Thought I was walking on flypaper when I walked in, but the floor is always sticky. I must've forgot. Taco was fine, but a little light. Chicken quesadilla was fine, but also a little light. The chicken "strips" were runts, may as well have been called nuggets. Totally not worth it for the chicken strips. $16 in food and I'm still hungry, and now, as I'm leaving, I don't want to set my feet down inside of my car because of how sticky the soles of my shoes are.

Dear worker who put tomatoes on my pizza on accident: Please don't worry about it! It happens all the time. You remade it really fast. I realized maybe you and your manager thought I was upset when you saw me taking a picture of my taco bell bag. It wasn't to complain or anything! You see, I recently came out as transgender and when you asked my name for the order out of habit I said Michelle when I meant to say Mitch. For whatever reason you put Mitchell on my order, gendering me correctly when even I myself failed to do so. I was taking the picture to post to my trans discord group to share my joy.

My entire food order was incorrect. Several missing ingredients. Upon unwrapping one of the burritos, its contents were a tortilla smashed flat covered on dried refried beans. I called Taco Bell, and a male employee answered and told me to return for a full replacement of my total order. First of all, it took several phone calls before they answered, and they weren't that busy. I returned to pick up the replacement meal only to be again dissatisfied. I didn't receive all of the items I ordered. That which I did receive was more visually appealing. However, the ingredients were incorrect and incomplete.

Amazing service from a Taco Bell. Quick/reliable/always makes it right/and a cheap option as well. If they mess up anything on your order they'll quickly do everything they can to fix it. Ever since I've discovered the double stack taco and that I can get 2 of them for less than $4 and get it in usually less then 3 minutes here is awesome! Kudos to the day team here that is always friendly.

this isn’t the first time that we’ve found HAIR in our FOOD. It’s not our hair because right when we open the wrapper there it is. The cooks in the back, specifically this white old chick had the biggest attitude when THEY got MY order wrong? Like why are you mad at me for a mistake you did, not paying attention when packing orders. Most of the time they make the food messy. Don’t even get me started on the drive through, they can’t multitask, give out orders and take orders. Was in the line for 45 minutes last time. Ridiculous. And I’ve worked fast food, drive through it shouldn’t be like that.

Experience at this tacobell was terrible and disgusting. First, we dined in and they didn't even have the heat on. Had to be 60 degrees in the lobby with the vent blowing cold air. While we were eating there was a worker that was cleaning the tables and seats with a dry napkin. No cleaner whatsoever. 🤢 Food was mediocre at best after we had to wait for atleast 5 minutes before someone came to the register. Not going back.

Horrible! Ordered a crunch wrap and cut it in half to show how little toppings and meat was inside. The one half didn't have anything. It was so thin. This place keeps raising prices, but decreases the serving sizes. NO excuse for this. Also waited 15 minutes when no one else was inside. They focused on the drive thru.

I have come here multiple times because it's the closest taco bell to where I live and they have missed part of my order or messed something up almost every single time. Asked for chipotle sauce and rice on my crunchwrap, and no lettuce on my wifes... Got nothing that was requested on either. Ask for 5 hot sauce packets... No hot sauce. These are just 2 of many experiences. Though it may be just a few extra cents per order, I am just throwing money into the trash.

This was a drive thru order. Didn't get a receipt because I used my debit card. Ordered 3 combo meals, a Stacker box, Doritos taco supreme, and a crunchwrap supreme. Received the stacker box and a bag, asked if everything was in the bag and was told "yes, I promise". Got home, no straws for 4 drinks, one of which was supposed to be frozen. No regular tacos with the crunchwrap meals that I ordered, no extra crunchwrap. Called and told them about missing items, I said thanks, before I could give them any personal info the person on the phone hung up. I don't want to get back in line to fix your error. Wish there was a closer store so I could go to that one instead.
****Update: have been there 3x in the last month, including a free Door Dash order. EVERY order has had something wrong with it. Went today, purposefully ordered to pick up inside, had a manager look at the receipt because of an issue with the app, still received the wrong drinks. Also, they keep stacking things on top of the Mexican pizza box, causing all toppings to be stuck to the box.****

This place is great but depends when you go. Daytime 100% great. 5 stars....Nightime.....ONE STAR.....I waited 45min in drive-through with only 5 cars in drive through withal cashier Sierra who didn't seem phased it took nearly an hour. But normally in the daytime the crew is sweet and wonderful and the food is always top notch delish! Even the night I waited an hour....the food was great but there was NO speed when it came to the workers. An hour for 5 cars is absurd. This is not usual but I was pretty upset by the time I left. Otherwise this place isn't bad at all.

The consistency is somewhat off here. I get supreme tacos a lot. The amount of meat seems to vary from just right to hardly anything. Also, the amount of sour cream they put on is a bit ridiculous. I had a few tacos where I thought was eating a sour cream taco instead of a beef taco. There was sour cream smeared down the outside of a few, as well. I would give 3 stars, but gave a 4th star because the service is always pretty friendly and polite.
Update 2/17/24 2:15pm:
Usually pretty decent service here in my experience. Today...? No cars in the parking lot and I'm the only one in the drive thru. Order taker / cashier rude and cutting me off. I wasn't even sure if she got my whole order. Order was wrong and she acted like it was my fault, then she threw a hissy fit, stomped away and whipped the wrong item into the trash. The whole time I was polite and said thank you. She didn't bother to say thank you or have a nice day. What a pathetic employee.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a Taco Bell. Waited about 20 minutes for my food. The guy at the window was extremely rude. He tried to give us the incorrect beverage and we politely told him it wasnt correct so he fixed it but only gave us one of the 2 beverages and held on to the other one as he slammed the window in our face ignoring us. i'm type 1 diabetic, i have to give myself insulin well before i eat anything otherwise my blood sugar could go dangerously high, and it's really bad for my organs. i have lost count of how many times they have given me a regular beverage when i've asked for zero sugar, not only does it suck not getting what i ordered but it affects my health. really sucks you can't trust workers to pour the correct beverage in a cup

It seems like there's something fishy going on at this place at night. They only accept UberEats or DoorDash orders, and when I tried the drive-thru, they claimed to be short-staffed and wouldn't take my order. I've ordered takeout every month for the past year from here. Almost every two weeks. They always make some sort of mistake or the wait is crazy long even though I order via the app and my order is " waiting for pickup." No tomatoes? Tomatoes on my taco. Add sour cream to two out of my three tacos? Only on one. Extra nacho cheese and meat? You get what I'm saying. Hands down the worst Taco Bell there is. The workers are lazy and miserable and make it known. They’re is always a long line because they don’t pull customers forward through the drive through. It’s not uncommon to sit at the speaker for 10-15 minutes or more without them saying anything. I’ve witnessed multiply times people having to pull forward or honk and the workers get upset that they have to do their jobs. They food is always bad. It’s either cold, burnt, not portioned right, or just not prepared correctly. If you ask for a modification to an item there is 100% chance that they will get it wrong or just miss an item completely. I ordered a chalupa and it was hard as a brick and hurt to try and bite into. This place is consistently like this. Any review over 1 star is a bot review to stop the average review from being an honest rating.

Constant issues with this place every time I go. This time they only gave me half of my order and the food I was given was wrong. No organization or accountability. It's no wonder they are being sued. I was given an empty crunch wrap and another one without the tostada.... The thing that makes it a crunch wrap

I can’t remember the last time I’ve been here and they didn’t screw up my order. You have to dine in, otherwise they will likely short you something. If you do use the drive through, check your bag for all the items you ordered, at the window, before you pull away. I asked for no ice for a cold coffee once (because I had a long drive home and I didn’t want watered down coffee) so they gave me less than half a cup of HOT coffee. Unacceptable. For as few people that request no ice, they shouldn’t cheap out and give you only a half a cup just cause the ice isn’t in there.
The prices have shot up at the same time the portions get smaller and smaller. Now I have to order like 3-4 items to get a full meal. You shouldn’t be spending $15 a meal at a fast food restaurant.
The floors are ALWAYS sticky in here. They should be regularly mopping and cleaning tables.
I’m not sure why they even have a cash register because they won’t help you there. They make you give up waiting for someone to take your order so you use the kiosk. The kiosk takes 4 to 5 times longer to order than telling a cashier your order.
Taco Bell puts something in their food to make you crave it, so I’ll probably be back when they come out with a new item. Oh and the Baja Blast

Long wait times, (when they're not closed early due to short staff)
7 out of the last 10 times I've been here I either waited in the drive thru line for 45+ minutes
Or
They were out of multiple main ingredients (one time they were out of beef, another time they were out of flour tortillas!)
Most recently I pulled up to the drive thru speaker with one car ahead of me and after sitting there in silence for 10 minutes, a man finally spoke..
only to say that they only had 2 crew members and he wouldn't be able to take my order for 30-40 minutes because they were backed up with orders.
I said I'd wait, and then I was told I could NOT wait because it would cause a long line of vehicles behind me!!

I can only think how busy these employees are any given day. I gotta show them love for that. Oak Creek is literally congested everyday. Hope management's aware of how much work load you all have and appreciates that. I have a great experience anytime I go there.

Whoever was working around 7pm on 9/23 deserves a raise. Best crunchwrap I’ve ever had, and the freshest crunchy taco ever. When we asked for a bunch of fire sauce they 100% delivered. Best Taco Bell ever.

Not much you can really say about Taco Bell but this particular location the food is really good but the service and I understand it's probably because of the youth and people who really do not care but the service level of this Taco Bell has gone down over the recent time frames. Some are bothered to do special requests like I am an Uber driver and I drive a lot obviously and I would rather not fight with my food on the menu items that I order and unfortunately regularly when I ask for them to do some specific to my food so I'm not fighting with it while I'm trying to drive they always seem to give me an attitude problem with it most of the times I do it but they do give me an attitude problem with it and that's not cool you're in a customer service field granted for most people it's just a job and they really don't care but for the overall reputation of the brand people with attitude and bad customer service usually will destroy a brand

The wait was long I didn't get the food that I ordered. Food that I did get was horrible sauce all over the outside of the bag. I tell them one hot sauce they give me a lot. They're just wasting money and ruining the owner's business because I don't think they want you to come back so they don't have to work hard. Definitely need better management.

I would avoid this location at any cost tonight I ordered 3 soft taco Supremes and got mush taco Supremes 2 of them didn't have sour cream 1 didn't have tomatoes none had lettuce the last time I ordered the dipping taco and it was more of a pancake taco I will make a farther drive from now on
