I've been having some good luck with the Taco bells and the areas I buy food at Taco Bell at recently. The staff have always treated me with such respect and treated me very well and they had bright moods. The call dude that's been working the drive-thru is real nice to me it's really cool he's real good.

Now about the food you can't really complain about Taco Bell because you get what you pay for you know I just had a good breakfast for like eight bucks like who can turn that down you know so if it was good tacos some hash browns and a slushy which is my favorite thing in the whole world I love slushies. Or is they call them freezies or whatever it's good though.

Yeah I mean I've been really appreciating the staff that are Waukesha county Taco bells recently there pretty decent.

I love Taco Bell but when did it get so bad! They somehow forget at least three items EVERY TIME!!! I waited at the front for five minutes. NO SERVICE! I asked about an item and they said no then checked and said they had them but they were in the freezer and wouldn’t cook them! They forgot some items and they did get it fixed. You can only order on a screen and there is only one. This is just sad!

We were able to do a pre-order for our late-night snack for our wedding through Taco Bell on Summit Ave! They allowed my dad to place the large order a day ahead of time in store, which was super helpful! It was such a fun way to end our wedding night, and the food was all fresh and tasty!

My fiancé and I come here two days a week every week after our practice. Every single time we have been here the staff have been weird and unpleasant. I’m not one to typically leave a review but it’s getting to the point where I don’t want to go to this Taco Bell any more. Every time we come through the drive thru the workers barely saying anything, I always say please and thank you and say have a nice night but they don’t saying anything (not saying they need to). At first I thought the workers were having a bad day which I get and I always try to be sympathetic but it’s weird because I realized it’severy single time we come, I don’t get it. The other day the when we got to the window after ordering the guy just stares at me, it was very uncomfortable and I didn’t know what to do. Then after like 3 mins he told me the amount, but I said at the speaker that we had a mobile order so I said we had a pick up order for *name*, then turned around grabbed my food with irritation. I then handed the food to my fiancé in the passenger seat when all of a sudden the guy yells “HEY” and I turn back and he said “here”. I don’t know what his problem is but if he doesn’t like it there then leave🤷‍♀️

Horrible experience lobby was closed by like 9:30 with people in there that looked like friends with people that worked there. Went to the drive thru the lady messed up my order like 5-6 times and had to correct her. I’m guessing cuz she wasn’t paying attention? I could hear her clearly talking to someone while I was trying to take my order. Was polite and paid. Got to the hotel, the only thing correct was the Crunchwrap and cheesy fiesta potatoes. Gordita crunch had no sauce on it at all and was not even hot. The burrito was not the one I ordered. My wife’s seemed right, but it seemed like they literally used a whole bottle of whatever it was and she wasn’t able to eat it because of it. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. 10/10 do not recommend. Maybe during the day is different but, who knows?

I went through the drive-thru on this visit. No other cars, the staff was nice but they somehow did not give me my full order. I had to tell them the bag was missing some food and it got fixed. You can only expect so much quality for fast food, while the pictures may be a bit unappealing it doesn’t taste bad. I’ve never had issues with Taco Bell in the past, hope it remains that way! I don’t see it getting much better than this but that’s what is expected.

Food is ok, but the young lady on the drive through is very good...regained some hope in humanity that I have lost through terrible customer service at other fast food places.
UPDATE - Changed my 4 star rating to 1. Today was the fourth time I attempted to return to this place and sat in the drive thru with zero movement for 10+ minutes. Backed out again & left. My coworker unfortunately ordered online and waited 40 minutes to get her food. Said only 2 people working...but I'm not accepting that. Figure it out or close up.

The kid working was stoned out of his mind. Sat in the drive through for a solid 10 minutes and then pulled around front because our order was so messed up. First they forgot our sodas, and hot sauces. The worker gave us free cinnamon rolls to make up for it, and when I went inside to get them(and more sauce) the place was filthy. When I was walking out I happened to notice what looked like the manager was asleep at one of the tables. Before getting in the car I made sure to knock on the window and wake him up. To top it all off the food was ice cold. This place used to be good but is an absolute joke now.

I had no issues with the staff or their service. The guy at the drive-thru window was great!

What I did have an issue with was the food. I mean it is Taco Bell, so you know what you are normally going to get. However, what I did not expect was my entire order of 4 x 5 layer burritos to be ice cold (like straight out of the freezer cold) and the cheese not be melted in the burritos, see attached photos.

Ultimately I will need to leave a 1-star review based of the quality of the food NOT the staff.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes to even get to the speaker box to order, they greeted us and when we started to order we were told to wait even longer. Once we finally ordered we sat another 10 minutes behind someone who knew the staff working and it became a chatter session. Once we finally got to the window to pay and get our food we pulled away and started to pull out our food and they screwed up our order, AFTER HAVING 30 MINUTES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CORRECT, when we looked back they had a line so big it was not worth going back around to get it fixed. So we paid for things that we couldn’t even eat. The one thing they got right was our Pepsi. Real winners that work here. Don’t waste your time or money.

After a day of travel and a delayed flight, I came back home starving and with little to no options of grabbing food (I had nothing at home). My husband wanted Taco Bell. I haven’t been there in 15+ years and I am vegan so I laughed at the idea.

To my surprise, I was able to place a mobile order that allowed me the option to customize and modify items as I needed to. I was able to remove cheese and sour cream, for example.

Unfortunately, all of my food had cheese, and some of my items had sour cream. The directions were not followed. It was pretty straightforward that every item I ordered did not have sour cream and cheese. I did not order this way in error, this is how I wanted my food prepared.

My only option was to eat a few stale chips and call it a night. I will say that the staff are friendly… However, I was really grossed out by people wearing gloves to prepare food, then walking over to the register to handle money and then touch their face and touch their phone after.

It is probably in my benefit that my food was not made correctly. Based on that observation alone, I would probably be sick. I am not one who eats fast food, and this is not a place I would ever willingly go to. Of course I will not be back because I was unable to eat my food and I clearly see that it’s unsanitary here.

I got into the Marriott hotel late tonight and was looking for some food, and realized Taco Bell was across the street and still open.

I placed a mobile order without realizing the lobby was closed, and since I took and Uber to the hotel, I had to knock on the drive thru window to see if I could get my order.

JR and the team were super kind and helpful and got me my order super quick. Since I didn’t have a car, I waited on the patio and JR brought my food right out to me.

2 woman and 1 guy working. Restaurant was pretty gross. The screen to order was sticky and tacky.
Ordered and when the food came out she forgot my soda cup(not a big deal)
The chicken soft tacos were laughable
The 1st taco had 5 tiny pieces of chicken. The fillings Barely filled the bottom. I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve been great. Also ordered chips and cheese. I bust out laughing at the table because I got like 1 squirt of cheese sauce. 3 chips later it was gone so I went back up to the screen to order 2 more. Clicked to pay in cash at the cashier. Waited 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Nope, nothing. 1 of the woman did walk by on her phone to go outside to show the person she was talking to “her new baby” a car. So I left my 84 cents on the counter assuming they’d call me when it was ready. Nope again nothing. Never got the extra cheese. Lol I just left and left the change on the counter. Also a man had curbside 1 lady took him his order and he had to come in because she forgot his drink too!
I’ve been here multiple times and the normal staff is awesome! Never seen any of the people working that were there today

All the other reviews in here saying that the drive through takes at least 20 minutes to even get an order in are not exaggerating. I was with only 3 cars at lunchtime and it took them 20 minutes or to even start taking my order. I won’t be back to this location, just go to the other location in Oconomowoc if you’re going to go. 1pm on a Friday afternoon. 5 cars in front of me in the drive through. Line never moved for the 15 minutes I sat in it. Parked my car and thought maybe the service was better inside. Manager and staff extremely friendly. The manager, in fact, came out to the dining area to speak with the customers, making sure all satisfied. The last couple times I’ve been here, they’ve only had 1 employee who is taking all the orders and making all the food. It’s not fair to them to handle everything alone. I was the only one in line at the drive thru and waited 25 minutes- paid but had to leave before receiving my food since I was then running late for where I needed to be. I think management needs to close down the location until they can get the staff needed and let the employees, who do work there, work temporarily at a different location so they can still work their hours.

I went through the drive thru last night around 7 pm. There were 3 cars in front of me. All had ordered already, and were waiting for their food. Still It took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. A simple "hi we'll be with you shortly would suffice but, they ignore you. It then took about 20 min to finally get up to the window! I ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos with extra ground beef, which I paid extra for! When I got home and pulled the burritos out, they were small and had less than normal ground beef. This is the 3rd time from 3 different taco bell's that I've been stiffed on extra meat when I paid for it. It's getting ridiculous! If I'm going to pay for something, I expect what I'm paying for! I've worked in fast food before and don't understand what the problem is. This is supposed to be "Fast Food" not wait 20 min in a drive thru line only to be screwed on your order. Figure it out.

This is a terribly run Taco Bell. The last couple times we tried to get food we were unable as the drive through never moved after 25+ mins so tried inside only to find upset people just waiting. Went again yesterday and I regret it as I got food poisoning. I would suggest you avoid this location for your health.

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I was so pleasantly surprised tonight, that I had to. My husband and I stopped here around 10pm on 10/28 on our way home from a long, stressful ER visit. The man who took our order and prepared our food (I assume the manager) was so cheerful and friendly; it caught us off guard. When we pointed it out to him, he revealed that he was actually having a terrible night without staff, but that his goal was to remain cheerful and professional, to not take it out on the customers. What a rare thing to find these days. On top of that, it was the best food I’ve had from a Taco Bell, again exceeding our expectations. Our food looked like an advertisement, well assembled and fresh, and tasted great. It’s still Taco Bell, so I’m not saying it was gourmet, but no complaints from us tonight. Well done, sir. Thanks for making our bad night better.

I recently visited Taco Bell, and despite there being no one in line, it took a surprisingly long 20 minutes for my order to arrive. Unfortunately, when it did, I was quite disappointed. The quesadilla and beef burrito I ordered were overcooked and had a somewhat unpleasant texture. This experience left me unsatisfied and hoping for a better visit next time.

I placed an online order through the app yesterday. I waited at the speaker for at least 5 minutes b4 I was acknowledged, and that was because I said something. There was 1 car at the window. They said they were preparing my order. Received the incorrect drinks that were extra. Finally got our food. The two crunchwrap supreme were burnt, and the tortillas so tough a serrated knife could barely get through much less someone trying to chew it. The nachos were awful. The oil they used was rancid, and one bag of chips were the bottom of the bag, all pieces. The cinnamon twists were the same, an awful taste due to rancid oil. I tried calling the 800 number to complain, but nobody answered the phone. I've called 3 times and waited almost 30 minutes, and still no human answered. This was so awful that the food was inedible. We had to make alternate dinner arrangements after this. This poor quality food may be a sign that this location is struggling to stay in business. If the food remains this bad, it won't take long for it to shut down. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location. Even corporate doesn't seem to really care about customer complaints. You can't reach them on the phone.

Update: Place still sux for morning preparation too. Opens at 8am, appears staff just showed up without prep. Waited for minutes on end thereafter with myself and only another car in drive thru past 820am. Come in at 8am and change opening to 830am. These guys suck and not prepared for 8am. Pathetic.

It's 744pm...in drive thru serving two cars ahead. They say they're closed. Hours indicate 8pm tell customers at that time not taking anymore. What happened to closing at actual time? Pathetic.

Reading other reviews...it's like wow. I'm right on. Change ownership of this place immediately. To have consistent never open or closing early. If you're short staffed change hours. In my experience today, pure laziness to Fred Flintstone it out at 8pm to cut fee minutes from pay. Serve customers til 8pm please or change frickin hours to 730pm!!!

Very nice staff & good food! I got incorrect change given to me at the window and went inside to get it fixed. Immediately the guy working the drive thru and the manager both were extremely helpful, apologetic, and kind!!! I really appreciated it since customer service is such a hit or miss these days.

I was just in the drive through with my son. We ordered $30 worth of food. All of it was wrong. I asked for No beans on my Nachos, it had beans on it, I asked for extra sour cream and cheese, and got more sour cream and cheese than there were chips, meat and tomatoes. I ordered 4 softshell taco's for my son with Beef, cheese, and sour cream. All four had Beef, Cheese and Sour cream, lettuce and Tomatoes on it, his freeze was two flavors that were not mixed at all. The gentleman taking the order seemed distracted, and to busy to take an order. His demeanor at the window appeared as thought he hated his job and life in General. I have tried calling multiple times to discuss this with the manager but no one answers the phone, which lead me no choice but to have to leave this review. Please make sure to check your order before you pull away from the window..

Absolutely incredible Taco Bell. My girlfriend and I love this one - it might be one of my favorite in the nation. I’ve been here at least 4-5 times now, drive-thru, on my way back to MN from Milwaukee and they never disappoint. Today was no different. Ordered a small Baja blast amongst other items (chicken quesadilla, crunchy burrito, etc.), and April, who was workin the drive-thru, gave me a large for the price of the small. We got a healthy pile of Fire sauce too (some other locations will not do this). You just can’t beat this one. Thank you April! Well done. 😎

This taco bell used to be the one to go to in the area. Now I have nothing but problems here. In the past week we've attempted to go here twice during normal business hours. First time I placed an order through the app but then got there to see no lights on in the parking lot, the drive through, etc. People were working inside, but door locked and not taking orders during their open hours. Today, placed order through the app which once again confirmed they were open. Get there to a line of cars. Over 30 minutes not one car moved. Go to the door, once again locked. Now I can't even cancel my order because they've already processed it even though I never told them I was there yet. There's literally nothing at any fast food restaurant that should take 30 minutes for just one car. Clearly this location doesn't want business.

This is a very good Taco Bell. Courteous staff, quality food, reasonable prices, and long hours. You can’t ask for much more from a fast food restaurant these days. It is much better managed than the one across town (Wisc. Ave), lately at least. I would give it a 4.5, but that’s not an option so I rated it a 5.

Went in for lunch, and ordered on the tablet. My food came out in about 10 minutes, was wrong, then took another 10 or so minutes to get the correct order. The food was to be expected, except when they put my nachos in the bag it fell out of the container. The manager there was very nice and apologized for the bad service.

we had two orders in one car. the orders got mixed up and a drink was forgotten. christopher was the drive through employee and did a great job with his customer service. while very busy, he made sure to go out of his way and bring us our drink while offering us extra napkins as he saw one of us had an exploded burrito on her face. he deserves recognition!!
