When I walked into the Taco Bell at Crossing Meadows, I wasn't just looking for a quick bite; I was looking for a satisfying meal. My experience was even better than I'd hoped, especially after a small hiccup with my order. The team here is phenomenal. My order initially came out wrong, but before I could even bring it to their attention, an employee noticed and swooped in to fix it. They were so professional and apologetic, and they quickly had my correct food in hand. But they didn't stop there. As a truly generous gesture, they gave my guest and I two free drinks for the trouble. It turned a potential frustration into a moment of genuine appreciation. My Cheesy Gordita Crunch was perfect, hot and fresh, proving that this team cares about both quality food and top-tier service. I've never reviewed a fast food restaurant, and I never bother to review places in general.

We went here for the first time today because it had the highest rating of the 3 taco bells in the area.

I'm pretty easy to please and not overly critical, so the bar is not that high with me.

The portion size of the food was absolutely a joke. Totally missing all the rice from one of our burritos, and the steak quesadilla looked like it had been run over with a steam roller.

Pretty pathetic honestly. I've never experienced that kind of portioning at any taco bell in my life.

This location needs to be shut down. There is clearly no management happening here unless it's specifically just telling their employees to skimp as much as possible on the amounts of ingredients. It's a total scam. My husband's quesadilla was as thin as a single tortilla. My burrito, which I paid for extra ingredients, was the smallest burrito I've ever had from any Taco Bell location. I have never experienced a taco bell being this bad in my life and I used to love the location in our last city where we moved here from. These employees are either being told to skimp on ingredients or they hate their jobs and their customers. Will never return and I recommend no one go here so they get closed down because it's what they deserve because they are scamming people- literally.

I have never in my life gave a review of a fast food restaurant because it's fast food and quality is usually not great at any regardless of brand because the main employee base for all of them is high-school students new to their first job.
That being said, I do not recommend this location to anyone in the La Crosse area. Like other comments have said it has decreased overall quality for the last 6-12 months and today was their bottom by far.
DO NOT GO TO THE ONALASKA TACOBELL PERIOD, FOR ANY REASON, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE, EVEN IF YOU ARE MOMENTS AWAY FROM UNALIVE LAND DUE TO SEVERE STARVATION. AVOID AT ALL COST.

This location has progressively gotten worse over the last 12 months. I rarely go to Taco Bell anymore as is but I saw the new ad for the crunch wrap sliders and decided to give them a try. Definitely not worth $9 for what was mostly tortilla. Also I asked for diablo sauce and got fire sauce? This location in particular I've noticed has slow service, terrible portion sizes, (I swear they are rationing meat and sauce packets for an apocalypse) missing or wrong items from order, drive thru is a nightmare and the lobby is hardly ever open. Don't waste your time here.

I go there often and things have really changed in the last 6 months.
Now the staff usually won't say a word when you get to the window to pay and get the food. At least should say the dollar amount so I know you have my order and say thank you. I'm not expecting a conversation.
The drive thru can take up to 30 minutes. At least 10 minutes of not moving at all. I have seen one employee wandering around doing nothing while cars are lined up into the road.
Food quality and quantity varies depending on who is working too. Sometimes the food looks correct but is missing rice or other ingredients.

Best Taco Bell in the area! I cannot praise the staff enough for their hard work and customer service. I don’t normally post because of social issues but I felt morally obligated. I was eating in the dining room the other day when another regular forgot there isn’t a military or senior discount offered. He caused a scene and would not let the staff or anyone else help him. I noticed he was protesting outside now and asked him about it. He said he was being discriminated against for his veteran status. When I encountered him today he said he was protesting because his wife was treated poorly. He told me since he has retired he has protested at many businesses. I just hope his children are aware keeping an eye on him.

I'm pretty frustrated in that the item I have been ordering for years, is now discontinued: the chili cheese burrito. Why, Taco Bell? Why? This has been my go-to for years and now it's gone???? What I don't get is how it can be discontinued when all the ingredients are used for other items; it seems odd to me. I'm not a happy camper, that's for sure! Bring back the chili cheese burrito... NOW, please! The soft shell taco I got instead was pretty sad. There was hardly any cheese on it and yet there was soooo much lettuce. It was pretty pathetic. I felt like I was eating a rolled up tortilla with lettuce, as there was hardly any meat or cheese on it.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this Taco Bell. The staff is very friendly, happy and helpful. My online breakfast orders on the weekends are always a breeze! The woman working the morning drive thru window is always very friendly and happy! I will continue to order from this Taco Bell.

When you're wondering why the car Il in front of you hadn't pulled off after getting their food, its because they know how incompetent the staff is and they have to check the order. I wish I'd have known before I got back on the interstate. Service so bad it pushes you to stop going to an entire chain.

I dont know why they keep asking what kind of sauce I want? Whether it's mild, hot or fire, they never give it to me anyways. The one thing they are sure to screw up on is the sauce. 100% of the time. Even when I ask the lady to double check for the sauce, she assures me it's in there because she put it in there herself.... then I get home, no sauce.
