I dined in for lunch and it was one of the best Taco Bell lobbies that I have seen in a while; very clean. Service was quick and staff were courteous. Lids, napkins, sauces, and everything else were clean and stocked.

Just had a delivery driver for there deliver to where I live, but for someone else they were extremely rude and disrespectful and even the kids with her in the car were the same. Flipping me off and calling me racial slurs. And all because I politely let them know that the delivery drivers usually park in the handicap spot as to not take up the residents parking spots.

Every time I come here it’s always so little sour cream. I understand it’s just food but a cup of sour cream is 83 cents and you’re only gonna fill it up that much be so for real. Order The new Cheez-it Crunchwrap Supreme. Not worth it. The Cheez-it was soggy even though they just placed it on the counter for pickup. Lacked flavor. I was so looking forward to this!

We went and got food and one of the items was wrong. My wife and I went back to have the issue corrected and when we got to the window we were approached by a child... not an adult.

This location is open rather late at night. Had we been someone extremely upset or just plainly having a bad day. This child could have been hurt or worse.

Instead of having a kid at the window to resolve the issue. The manager on duty should have handled the situation themselves.

Ordered four items, received three. When we noticed, we were down the road. We called the store. We were very reasonable on the phone and just wanted a refund or our last item on the order. The cashier, ‘Katie C’ was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I told her about the missing item. When I went back the store, (admittedly a few minutes after closing) they locked the drive thru on us and began to talk loudly about how stupid we looked waiting for them to answer. I knocked on the drive thru window and ‘Katie C’ eventually opened the window with one of the cooks. They were incredibly rude with us while I was just asking how to get a refund and closed the window on us. Will be speaking with management in the morning, but not hopeful they will do anything due to high schoolers being the employees, and the rudeness/lack of simple customer service they displayed.

We ate here Sunday Sept 29, 2024 while driving through town around 12pm. We ordered on the app. I have not eaten at a Taco Bell from over a year due to eating less takeout. The food was amazing! All our food was hot & they did not skimp-good portion size. The restaurant was very clean. The staff were very friendly & kind to each other and customers! I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for years and will no longer be spending my money here. I came in to grab lunch quick and there was a semi truck blocking the drive threw, when I said something to the person at the window another girl came to the intercom very rudely telling me that the truck comes twice a week and will continue to park right there. I told her the truck could park in a bunch of different spots to prevent it from blocking traffic and she told me that wasn’t going to happen. Bad customer service and speaking in a condescending manner to a customer is unacceptable and the owner will be notified.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We’ve been here several times and every single time. It never fails that they mess something up. Then we have to drive all the way back. Anyway they gave us someone else’s complete order last time. This time I paid extra for steak and guacamole and did I get any any of that? No. Just regular beef and regular taco. This place is a huge huge disappointment every single time. They also shut their phone off so you can’t even get to talk to anyone to report an issue. It just goes to pay the voicemail is not set up so call back later. I know that the phone is shut off because I’ve called at least 20 times in the last 10 minutes and that’s all you get is the voicemail system is not set up so try your call later later. I used to work at McDonald’s. It’s really not that hard to read what is on your screen and put what’s in the order, in the taco. Not to mention, it takes 10 minutes, just to get your food out the window.

Let’s face it. No one goes to Taco Bell for anything real fancy. But there are good ones and bad ones. When looking across the Fox Valley, Oshkosh locations are the only ones I have had decent experiences with. You go to Neenah and you’re lucky if they are open and can figure out how to serve you in less than an hour. Appleton locations you just lucky to not get dysentery or some other bacterial infection because the employees are scrolling their phone feeds in between tacos without washing their hands. Oshkosh, both on Koeller and Murdock are a little better than that. Always get decent service and feel better about the food.

It’s hard because Taco Bells have great food choices but you don’t usually know whether you can trust the food handling process. At least in Oshkosh you have a chance.

I am highly disappointed. In the snow storm today, my husband stopped at taco bell to grab us a late lunch. He ordered me a chicken burrito. After driving 30 mins home, I realize they gave us a bean burrito. The burrito had refried beans, tomato and lettuce. I called taco bell to let them know and no one would answer. It's snowing so bad, we can't just go drive 30 mins to have the order fixed but for my calls not to be answered either, it's frustrating.
