Came in, and im a typical regular, once a week. The staff wasnt overly busy, and probay over staffed for the evening. There were some kids using the kiasks, and were taking an excessive amount of time. A gentleman came up to the counter to be helped. I waited behind him. His order was taken promptly, and then the clerked looked at me and immediately walked away, and said nothing. I asked if i could have my order taken and she blatantly ignored me. The manager was busy with the to-go orders, which is usual. I can understand that, which is why i chose a review rather than to distract him with trivial nonsense. This was sunday evening around 7:45-8pm.

Went here for a quick meal & after I ordered at the kiosk I waited for longer than I was expecting, about 15 minutes. The rice bowl was very poor tasting & they served undercooked rice. I do not recommend getting the rice bowl. The other food I ordered was ok.

we usually have bad service on the other side of town so we go to the Jackson Street location because it is better however we had a horrible experience this time and they completely remade all of our food fresh with no problem and no questions asked. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito. The cheese wasn't even melted and the contents were falling out of the burrito. If I could give negative stars I would. This is a Taco Bell, okay? I’m not expecting anything even close to perfection. But this one store? It will always have multiple things wrong with your order.

My biggest recommendation (minus going to another location) is to look at your food once they hand it to you and don’t pull forward. Otherwise you’ll have to wait in line, in or outside, to get the issue corrected. So put your car in park! Check the items and make sure you have what you ordered before driving off.

Horrible experience.
They were out of freeze syrup so I couldn't get my freeze.
They were out of forks so my wife couldn't eat her cantina bowl without going home to get silverware... They were out of all the sauces (Fire, Hot, Mild).... And to top it off, the nachos were fried in rancid oil that coated the top of my mouth with a disgusting film. The other taco bell location in Oshkosh is fine, this one is disgusting.

While ordering in the drive-thru, I got nothing but attitude from the young lady taking my order. She would cut me off, when I was trying to ask questions, she would click her tongue and say well it is Taco Bell! I'll make sure I go out of my way to a different one and hopefully get better service, let alone customer service. My food was wrong I didn't get the sauce I requested and I have a family member that is highly allergic to tomatoes and it was requested to have all the tomatoes be taken off all the food when I got home Tomatoes were on all the food. When I called to complain about the tomatoes being on the food for a request specifically for that reason I got attitude and told to deal with the situation and just pick it off.

It is pretty sad that I can go across town to another taco bell and it is like getting food and service from a completely different food chain. First round through this drive thru they forgot the nacho fries orders. Then arrived home to eat our food and our tacos were basically taco salads (completely broken apart) and the chalupas were rock solid like they were sitting out all day long getting air dried on a ceiling fan. $25+ of inedible food is quite rediculous. I wish I could say this is the first time this type of thing has happened.

Since my last review in January 2023, I've had overall very good experiences here.
9/10 times, the food is fresh and hot.
If there is an issue, they've always fixed my food. They will give me a little bit of grief if I ask to get something replaced though.
They were forgetting to give me a physical receipt for awhile, and even if you asked for it, they couldn't bring it up because it was a mobile order. But that hasn't happened for awhile now and I get my receipt every time.
There is the off chance that you may wait a long time for your food, like 20-30 minutes we're talking about. But that has only happened a handful of times.
But you're most likely to have fresh, hot, delicious food, and fast!

I drive for DoorDash and absolutely hate taking orders from this location. So many times have they caused me issues. Last night was an epic fail for them. We had an order that we were being paid minimal for, was told to drive to the front of the building and they would bring the food out to us. We waited for 20+ minutes, only to be told that they had run out of all meat and could not finish our order. At no time before this did they tell us that there may be an issue and we wasted time we could have spent on other runs. This is not the first time that we have had issues with this location, with them running out of soda, the friers not working, running out of taco shells, and now running out of ALL meats. We take a ding on our completion rating when we have to unassigned ourselves and on our acceptance rate when we decline after finding out that they are out something. This all affects our bottom line. I know that thing like this can be out of their control sometimes, but someone there needs to plan better, since this is a weekly, if not nightly, issue. Please, do better!

I receive fairly consistent service for fast food from this location. I’ve eaten at quite many Taco Bell’s throughout my life, in much of the US. I’m happy to say that this one ranks with the top 10%. I’m a big fan of consistency and quality.
