Friend and I come here every night after our 8 hour shifts. Always get two smaller orders in the same car, never a problem. Tonight we were turned away while trying to do two separate orders from the same car, with no line behind us. We were told we could drive through again. So we did, absolutely no point in driving all the way around the building but we did it anyways. Workers were rude and passive aggressive towards us at the drive through window when handing us our food. Please evaluate who you have hired.

I work on an ambulance and we can't fit in the drive threw, so we started walking to the door. A short, strange, sassy, individual (possibly a man) shook his head and gave us a glare of discontent before he locked the door on us. This was on 3/18/25 at 10:58. They close at 2am. The leather long coat Mexican guy at the window was horrible. Rushing me and yelling through the intercom. It's Taco Bell, always check your order before you pull away from the drive through, you have about a 50/50 chance of everything being there. One of my favorite experiences was a couple weeks ago around 10pm when we ordered 4 items totaling about $11, when I got to the 3rd item the guy at the drive through said "how much are you going to order?! There are only two of us here!" There was 1 person in front of us and it was a week night. Poor fella 😂

Only one in town that is consistent. I've read the other reviews on this location. People need to understand how hard it is to staff these stores these days. Everyone wants to make easy money and not work for it. It's stressful on everyone. People need to be more understanding of what the crew and management go through. They work 60-hours and push to try and keep everyone happy. Having some patience will make it better for everyone.

Understaffed and the small crew working complained openly to customers on how bad the management was staffing the restaurant. I Waited 30 minutes for an incorrect order and was just handed two free soft shell taco coupons when mentioning it was incorrect. Newly remodeled all nice and clean. Now there is no kiosk to order from and the menu board is hard to navigate. The prices are listed at the bottom of the food menu and very hard to find. No more $5 classic combo just the same items at higher prices.

🚩AVOID AT ALL COST🚩. Says receipt are only given upon request yet when requested they’re “out of receipt paper”. One employee does not know how to count, order was 16.26 cashback was supposed to be 3.74. Alexander is the rudest mgr and individual in drive thru. I have a toddler and don't know how the dining room is cleaned to hear the rude comments from him. The driver says the order and has to confirm with the ones paying in back as we have no need to go inside due to drive thru time mandatory under a certain time.

Ice coffee had zero sign on it to not be served plus his sarcasm rude comments and whole staff not serving hot food?! This was so unnecessary and we did call it in and customer satisfaction was very poor as we live less than 2 minute's away from restaurant for ice cold food. We didn't go in because they are very argumentive and debating as normally I don't call in to get a answer for a resolution.

We talked to mgr and they didn't give a care to help improve their own service nor care about the upset customer paying 20 bucks hence why I called corporate as I don't love nor enjoying that at all but customers shouldnt have to be punished for poor management.
