The staff were rude, this one dude made it, so uncomfortable to even be in the restaurant and to add insult to injury the guy was sick 😷 too, the only good part was the female employee who was the only kind one there and made my food since the sick dude was on his phone, the other dude was at the window, so if you ever go to this location you better be nice to this middle aged woman since she was the only one doing her job.

It appears that whomever owns this establishment doesn't care. The place was filthy, everything was sticky, floors were a mess and makes me wonder how bad the kitchen is. Food, supreme burrito took forever to get. 4 guys were in the kitchen, 1 that made the food was courteous, one other maning the drive through and was busting his butt. Made me wonder where the manager was if they even have one. So sad when the owner only cares about the money coming in and not the people working there or the cleanliness of their restaurant.

Used to go here regularly but now it’s become normal that I order online and pull up just to be greeted with ‘Just wanted to let you know there is a 20/25 minute wait on food’

I’d understand if this happened every once in awhile but it happens more times than not to the point I joked this last time that it would be a wait and I was right 25 minute wait, ended up cancelling the order and just going to McDonald’s.

Taco Bell in Stevens Point and Plover blacklisted me from deliveries after I put them on blast for how absolutely filthy their restaurants are in this area. Their futile efforts to hide the mismanagement of their business locations here on US 10, division Street and Plover Road result in this humorous calamity. I no longer eat at these merchants and they've also lost access to one of the best dashers in the area.

This used to be my go-to location, but recently my orders have become extremely messed up. I had ordered three things simple and I got a Dorito nachos supreme taco I paid four dollars for it open. The bag took a bite and it’s the original one and not the supreme. Waited 40 minutes for our food before asking for a refund and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Easily my worst Taco Bell experience was at this store. Our orders were wrong for several different items, we were missing food items, the food was stale, and quite possibly expired. They were out of add-ons but we were still charged for all of them, and their payment terminal was offline. The staff were inattentive and unapproachable. This is quite frankly the most disappointing Taco Bell experience I've ever had, and I won't be returning to this location.

When coming in as a group of 3, the workers started complaining about our order loud enough for us to hear. I am a man that believes in redemption,but I am at my wits end with this particular Taco Bell. Beyond having the worst fast food experience of my life, that included viewing verbal assault of one employee to another and that employee to me, repeated attempts to have someone from the location talk me have gone unanswered still months later. This last visit the alerted me to which ingredients that did not have and to avoid ordering so I got a sharable pack of 4 tacos and 4 burritos and a chicken chalupa with nachos and was told they had a limit of 2 fire sauces they could give me. How did you suppose I could divide 2 fire sauces amongst all that food? Maybe someone will eventually call to make things right, but thus far do not expect much if you go to this location.

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and Katelyn H gave it to the wrong person. I then asked for my food and when I confronted her about it she told my friends to check their food bags. So as told we did and the burrito was not in there and she then got mad at me and my friends. She THREW a burrito on the counter in a bag and I left because I was annoyed with the attitude she had given us. My friends and I left and ate our food in the car. My friend and I both ordered grilled cheese burritos and she gave us rice burritos. Apart from not getting what we ordered our burritos were not good, the rice was very dry and put together very sloppy; the food was very cold. I’m usually a loyal customer but not anymore.

It's always welcoming walking in here. Person taking orders in the driveway thru is so annoyed that you're bothering them with your business, they don't bother to do their job. By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever gone to. Been here multiple times, and the food is always terrible and cold. They also somehow get simple orders wrong, inventing new items that aren't even in the menu because they don't make them correctly. Filthy to the point of being a health concern. The health department should address the concern. Garbage strewn across the kitchen floor including food, packaging, dishes. I have never seen a back of the house in a restaurant so disgusting in my life. Food came in the bag with wrappers falling off and the outside of the wrappers and boxes covered with food. By far one of the worst places I've eaten at as far as rude and dirty. Hard to even find a clean table to sit at. Forgot to give us a cup with the meal and then gave us the "one minute" signal with the hand when asking for one. Reading other reviews and have rude people issues with many. Insanely disgusting and pathetic public health safety at this place. I hope corporate takes notice. This is from Friday September 27th at 5:30PM. Instead of kindly and understandingly addressing the complaint about the disgusting bathroom and kitchen, Management and staff ignored the issues and woman manager threatened the complainant with calling the police. I arrived at the drive through at approximately 11:25 pm with 2 vehicles ahead of me. I proceed to wait 25 minutes to get to the ordering spot where the person told me through the microphone it would be another 15 minute wait before she could take my order. 40 minutes to proccess 2 vehicles seems a bit long. It's not like fast food has the greatest rep for correct orders. But stopping in at the drive thru here was the worst experience I have ever had. We pulled up to order and we were informed that it would be a 10-15 min wait. Ok... not a big deal. The man taking our order cut me off when I started ordering and asked "did you heed my warning?!" I get it, I have been a cook. We wait the 15 min and receive our food. The man at the window was pretty rude but whatever. We pull away and quickly realize that the food was actually just tossed in to the bag and very cold. The nacho fries were literally all over the food. There was no cheese sauce to go with them. No sauce for the cantina burrito, the other burrito we had ordered was pretty much wrapped up in a ball. The tacos were thrown into the bag and ended up all over. I don't know what was going on there today. But i know that I wasn't having the greatest day either, and after this... I am glad that the day is almost done.

I was sitting in there for like 40 minutes while people were behind me picking up mobile orders they got the food first they’re very slow and Aladdin look into it, but not very sympathetic. This is the worst taco bell in the area. First time I got breakfast there. They didn't have eggs, so they put a bunch of guacamole in it and thought I wouldn't notice.

The other night at around 12am. I waited in line 30 min with only 3 cars in front of me. Asked for extra steak in my quesadilla and it clearly wasn't in there.

Tonight I was there at 12:30. Way before they actaully closed. All lights were on. The drive through attendant said since he was the only one working, he couldn't actually serve me. Why the hell were they even showing open. Watched another car drive up and immediately pull out.

This location is seriously messed up. Whether it's lack of employees or poor management, it's the worst location out of the 3 in this area. Needs a serious revamp.

I don't know if the night staff changed - I go here sometimes after work because I work late and then I bring the food home - it used to be good but the last couple times I've gone it's been so bad. I place a mobile order and I get it and three times now I've been missing an item, and this is the second time that the item I did get was a total mess. This time that one item wasn't even accurate to my order either. Like with the sauces I was given it seems like they knew what my order was but just totally screwed it up. Came through about 730 pm in drive thru. Cashier was pretty rude, force behind taking my money and giving me change.

Then they tried to steal my food. Only reason I assume this is because they gave me my bag, two items in it which he looked in before handing it to me.

I had ordered the cheesy enchilada combo , got my enchilada and taco. No chalupa or chips. I go inside, I sit there for 5 minutes and no one greets me. He finally walks over and says "back for your forgotten items?" Hands me the bag and turns away.

I swear most of the people that work early to mid evening don't have a clue how to talk to people or prepare food. Rude as heck at the window. Food sticking out of containers. Messing up orders.

Once again this location has dropped the ball. If this was an isolated incident I could understand but it seem every every 1 out of 3 visits when we order the Mango ice tea it is actually ice tea. Now when we order it's not just 1 large cup, but generally 4 as it is a favorite of 1 of my family members and he wants a few to last through the next day at work. 2 out of 3 visits either we have to turn around and go back because it's just colored water, tonight after he worked 17 hours he just wanted to get back home and eat so he could get to bed as 3am comes fast and it's already 930pm so he didn't taste test before leaving the store. I’ve been to many different Taco Bell’s in different city’s/states in my day. Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. This Taco Bell, here in Plover is by far the worst out of all the ones I’ve ate at before. I travel all around for work and I’m in Plover at least once a week and stupidly keep hoping this Taco Bell gets better but it never does. It’s not the people, it’s the quality of the food and consistency that is very poor. For instance today, just finished my food. First off my beefy five layer was COLD. I ordered no sour cream, extra nacho cheese, add rice. There was a little sour cream at the end so the guy must’ve not read the order, started putting it on then noticed. There was not EXTRA nacho cheese, there was hardly any. They did get the rice right but it was cold and hard. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell where it is consistently this bad.

Had to eat in cause my kiddo can only get hardshell - food was as expected but the dining area was filthy. We were the only ones there and we found one clean table in the whole place, the food tray was sticky and the whole place smelled like urinal cake.
