The bar is pretty low for taco bell already but this place just sucks!!! Went tonight was told they are currently out of all vegetables and could only get meat and cheese then after I paid was given a cup and said they don't have straws or napkins either. How does a store get that bad where 90 percent of you're basic stock is is gone.i should at least get a discount for having half of what I usually pay for..

Ok wow. We were just passing thru the area. Saw the bad reviews but still decided to give them a shot as it was one of the only places open in the area after 10pm. Forgot one of our items and 2 items wrong. Absolutely unacceptable. We were over 10 miles away by the time we noticed otherwise we would have went back. But how hard is it to put the correct ingredients in a shell. Absolutely wild. Do not go here.

Went threw the drive threw with an online order for my drink. where I was told to pull around where I waited 40 minutes. finally guy walks up to my window with someone else's food. told them mine was the online comes back out 5 min later with half the food and try to move the Mexican pizza maybe food was under it. Nope got a hand full of toppings from the pizza. try to go in door was locked went to the drive threw explaining this and was told to pull forward. Checked the bag and renade the food but then made it wrong.

when all the tables are covered in food and sticky to the point that there are literally no good options, that means it's time to clean the tables.

also, if we're dining in and we can see and hear that there is no one in the drive thru and it's not busy, that means my friend and I shouldn't have to go up three separate times for things we ordered.
there were like 6 of y'all there just walking around doing literally buck all while I stood at the counter saying excuse me? excuse me? for five minutes. and then it was even funnier because a family with a handicapped person walked in a few minutes into that and y'all didn't even come over fast to help THEM. I was laughing my ass off

Advertised breakfast 3 days earlier on stickers on our drinks when we got dinner, came 2/25/25 for breakfast, waited from 9:00 am in the drive thru until 9:10 before even being acknowledged and when someone did all I got was "can I help you?". Disregarded that and proceeded to order a cheesy breakfast burrito as seen on the menu board and was told "we don't do breakfast anymore" but there was no signage on the menu board saying otherwise. Don't understand why they are open at 9:00am and advertise breakfast then?

My husband was very excited to see this location advertising their breakfast on advertising from a previous order and when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker it was on the digital menu board. We realized we got there early so we waited in the parking lot, for about 20 minutes, and in that time the 2 employees came out for a smoke break and looked right at our vehicle parked 2 spots from where they were.The employees go back in from their smoke break and shortly after 9 am rolls around (opening time) so we drive to the speaker. We sat for about 10 minutes before a sarcastic "can i help you?" came through. My husband asked for a breakfast item and the woman simply said we dont serve breakfast here. Why advertise it in multiple ways if it isnt available? There was no notice on the menu board or the speaker letting people know and even if we werent there for breakfast, it should not have taken 10 minutes to be a acknowledged (especially after the employees SAW us waiting in the lot when they were outside!)

I haven't been to Taco Bell in awhile and I don't know if I'll go back after today's sad offerings. Chicken tacos that cost $2.75 each ought to have some chicken in them, but sadly, one would have to be a professional archeologist to find the chicken in these tacos. As a matter of fact, if you are hungry for anything but a stale shell with a smattering of lettuce and the impression of dry cheese, then you had best go over to the Chinese buffet, because your hunger itch will not get scratched her. It makes me sad 😔

Dined in. After a couple of minutes waiting for an employee, we used the kiosk. A worker did appear tell me they were out of 6 inch tortillas. When I wanted to check if that included a certain menu item, it took another minute to get anyone's attention again. Order came out missing an item so I went back to get someone to see if it was still being made or forgotten. It took a few minutes of standing around yelling "excuse me" and trying to get their attention before my boyfriend finally went back and got told it was our fault for not yelling louder to get their attention. If it is that hard for them to see a customer standing at the counter, it would be nice to see a bell that we could ring to be noticed.

One here to order a couple of party packs for my son and I. Did not realize I was going to be paying $50 for Taco Bell. When we got home most of the tacos were busted shells as if they were throwing them in the bag. It is Taco Bell so I don't have extremely high expectations when I go, but come on now

I quit going here completely months ago. I was willing to overlook some of the screwed up orders and running out of supplies, whatever, things happen. What I wasn't willing to overlook, however, was a run in with one of the drive through workers where after spending $30 I was unable to get more than 6 sauce packets with my order. I am a one packet per bite kinda guy, I like hot sauce a lot, sue me. You would think a guy could get some extra sauce without it having to be a battle but I guess that's not the case at this location. I won't be back here no matter how much I'd love to guzzle down a Beefy 5.

Everytime I come to this taco bell. The moment you order more than one meal they act like it's an inconvenience and give a rude nasty tone in their voice and act like it's a disgrace. Don't work in fast food if you have a problem making the food. I have a family of 4 , 4 meals plus some extras shouldn't be a problem . Customer service definitely lacks. And it's sad. It's even more sad that it's been at least 8 months like this and the behavior isn't being corrected. Maybe management needs a revamp but jeez people I get having a bad day but learn to not be so rude to people who just want food.

Went through the drive through and waited around front for the food. The food took about as expected to get to us. The food, however, was a bit underwhelming. It's Taco bell. The cheesy fiesta potatoes we had were crunchy/older, and one of the burritos we had seemed to be lacking in substance. It's hit or miss sometimes with this Taco Bell, but still overall great.

At the drive through I ordered a freeze and the lady was very rude and she kept saying is that all after every freeze I ordered. They are always understaffed and the employees that work there just don't care. It's been that way for years now.

Ordered on the app. Waited a bit longer then usual, then when we went through our food noticed they missed something, ordered the rolled tacos (like taquitos) . Went back to get it and they said that they no longer have it. But yet they gave us the sour cream to dip them in???! No one said anything and was still charged for them. They did make us something to replace it because she couldn't refund the app but was the fact of them not saying something and the inconvenience of having ro turn around. It would have been $12 we would have spent on no food. We wanted 2 ordered of 4 because it is very easy for the kiddos to eat. They were very nice just irritated about the situation.

The end of August I went to TacoBell, for the first time in months for 2 hard tacos. They had very little cheese on the taco, just a couple of shreds. The next visit was very little lettuce. I went back to the window and asked for the manager. Really bad attitude. She argued with me, said that's how they make the tacos. Finally replaced it. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. In her 30's maybe, with alot of tatoos. Now I remember why I had stopped going there months ago. I hope I don't forget and go back there again. They also told me they didn't have change, later in the day. I think it's just a way for them to keep your change. Bad experience!

Went at about 10:50, over an hour before close yet. Ordering at the mic was the only decent thing. He asked us first after handing us one soda if we want our receipt, and i said no. Having been just crying and tired, and already waiting a few min, it didn’t register he didn’t ask for our card or let us know the total at the window. I’ve only ever been asked the receipt question after I pay and I usually order online so I was just very confused. A minute later he gives us the second drink, just standing there, and then more waiting. Finally they almost hand me a bag but it wasn’t the right order. Took that back, waited even longer. I think we sat there 8 minutes about at the window and finally when he brought the bag to the window, he just stared at me and after I gave him a confused look, he told me I never paid. I’m sorry but the 8 minutes I was waiting there and you just awkwardly standing there or taking orders, you couldn’t have asked for the card? I felt like I was treated like I was dumb after that. I’ve never had that issue before, as I’ve explained before. And ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. I ordered no chipotle on my burrito because having issues with my stomach, I throw up very easily. And of course I get home and start eating and learn the hard way that they in fact kept the chipotle sauce on. AND. My friend ordered a power bowl, and my main burrito was the steak grilled cheese. Both have rice. No one informed us, with both meals having mostly rice, that they had no rice. The bowl was really only the toppings and my burrito was half sour cream and chipotle and half steak and chipotle. I have never had a good experience here, and we have given it so many chances but that’s the last time.
If you want a good Taco Bell, go to Sheboygan on the south side. Super friendly, food is always on point, and I have never had any issues. We were in town coming home from being rained out at a picnic with that being our only choice for food, otherwise we would have went to Sheboygan. Next time we will.

Window sticker and Google say open at 9am, it's 10:20 am monday 10/17/22 and they still are not open. I don't think i have ever seen it open before 11am and it often closes very early.

i’m never coming back here again this place is terrible the workers here do not pay any attention to the drive thru or front desk. Example:1 The other day i went to the drive thru and sat there for about 45 minutes before i went to the door and it was closed but you could see the workers in the back smoking and talking not doing anything. Example:2 another time i went to go inside and get tacos at 3pm on a weekday and it was closed. your employees do nothing but waste money and get no sales and terrible reviews.

I came through late and there was no other customers. Nobody inside, nobody in the drive thru.. just me.

I ordered 3 soft tacos and 2 hard. The employee spoke very fast (sap maybe). I pulled around and paid, got my bag and left. Went to eat and found I had 3 hard tacos and no soft.

Ah, taco bell. No matter where you are in the country, they make sure you get the same level of service.

I am conflicted though so it gets three stars.. I did not get what I ordered like many others, but what I did get was so perfectly made it could have been the menu photo...

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. The employees never serve anyone, my friends all have gotten excuses like “we’re out of food” and one of them asked for a chicken burrito and they said “we don’t have chicken” then asked for beef instead and they replied “out of beef” my sister got "The computers are being updated an not working right now we will be back up in about 15 min" so they waited 15 min because they really wanted tacos and came back and he said the same thing. I got “our card reader is down” last time and just today I got “our hot water heater is down.” I also saw a customer sit inside waiting for service and leave because you can literally see them smoking in their car with the headset on losing the store money and getting paid. All of these instances have happened on separate days over several weeks. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done. There is no management to call and if you leave a message on their phone I’m sure they just delete it before anyone higher up sees.

First of all, the day people are nice and give great service. HOWEVER, the night shift has disappointed pretty much every time I’ve gone there. Examples:
1. One night they told me they couldn’t serve at 8 pm because they were the only one there and the manager had just left.
2. Our chalupa shells are ALWAYS stale and tough.
3. Tonight, I sat at the speaker for at least 3 minutes and got no response. I went to leave and saw the employees were just standing around talking, not paying attention to the drive-thru line.
4. Half of the time when we go, they are closed, even at 6 pm.

Almost every single time I stop there its absolutely horrible. No joke..either my order is wrong or tasted bad or noone even answered the drive through. Also I've been told they can't make food because they dnt have products. Also I've been pushed away due to them saying they had issues with not enough workers and police. Im done. Never again will I go there until something changes. Get it together people.

It's not great, loud hip hop with n this and n that lol in little ol Plymouth. There were not any really small kids, though, so we didn't care. Clean lobby, checkout was do it yourself, and it took forever as the drink selection button wouldn't accept the selection, which was very frustrating. Food was meh, middle of the road as far as taco bell food is concerned.

Got there and waited over 15 minutes for the meat to be cooked and then had to wait almost another 10-15 to actually pay and get our food. Multiple other cars waited to place an order and no one answered so they left, on top of that a bunch of people (including a drunk dude) kept walking in and out of the employee door. I’m calling in the morning to say something to a manager that was just not ok for a food place at all. (Also we didn’t even get the beef chalupas we ordered they gave us steak and chicken which we said we didn’t want before we were told to wait for the beef to be heated) I have a video of the drunk guy going to his car and struggling and then going in the employee door too

Zero customers in drive-thru zero customers in store total of five employees working no orders. I walk in two employees are sitting having a conversation I make eye contact with a few of the employees in the kitchen who totally ignore me after counting to 90 in my head which gave me a total of 3 minutes of being in that store I walked out no one took my order deer management learn how to do customer service properly. I'm a strong believer in free market economics my car is loaded with five other hungry teenagers on a road trip from Seattle. You missed out on a 50 plus dollar order

I just went through the drive-thru and a man told me that he doesn't have any hot water and he cannot watch his hands and therefore cannot serve me. That was it. I wasn't able to order!

When we were handed the bag I said the bag look small are you sure we got all that we ordered..? Oh yes every thing is in there. Are you sure? Oh yes... We pulled forward and my wife said that her Nacho BellGrane was missing. it is a $6.00 items and I was not going to just leave. We drove around the building and tried to go in to complain. We could not go in because the door was locked. We had to get back into line and wait to talk to to talk to the wall. We were told "Oh yes we forgot your item just pull around and we will bring it out". We knocked on the door and no one came. There was a person sitting in the car who we believe was the manager and he said, we just can't hire help. After about 5 minutes our order was brought out. It was cold. The Mexican pizza had broken into small pieces and was all over the bag. We saw multiple vehicle drive off while we were waiting. Obviously we were not the only people feed up.

Went there on Monday night. Drive thru was backed up as usual. Finally get to speaker to place order and the guy rattled off no soft shells, burritos , quesidillas or chicken products were available. How in the world is this chain still open. This was Plymouth wisconsin.but the sheboygan restaurants aren't much better. Ordered nothing.

This place is terrible! They always mess up the orders. One time I ordered cheesy bean rice burritos a few of my burritos were literally filled with just sauce nothing else. Just yesterday my girlfriend and I waited about 40 minutes after placing our order. There were people in front of us waiting at the window to receive there food. They had been waiting for 30 minutes before we got there. We ended up leaving. I never seen so many cars drive off at a fast food place. Will never go hear again.

The last 3 times I went to this location I waited at the drive through for 5 mins before they even greeted me. When they finally did the younger man with glasses was super rude and acted annoyed that anyone was ordering food. The other time I went there the same thing happened and the food was cold and it was just slopped together. Today I stopped for the last time. They didn’t greet me at the drive through and I waited for 5 mins there was no one else there. So I don’t understand why they couldn’t take my order. I won’t be returning to this location.

Everytime I go to this taco bell, upon getting my order. The employees are very unfriendly. It's more like your an issue, than a customer to show up. Not only that but the food never ever is right. I have been given complete wrong orders. I was given 5 chips to a huge pile of nacho bell grande. No forks, etc. I hope this taco bell can get some good workers in. Ordered cinnamon twists for the kids, daughter says "it tastes like bleach and burned went trying to swallow". Tried it for myself and sure enough. Called the store not looking for anything free, to let them know for future customers. They told me they would not serve that, but you can come back and get two more orders for free. Sorry taco bell we do not want more sugared up bleach twists!!
