Waited in the drive through for 35 minutes. They checked me in for my online order only once I got to the window and then told me it was going to be a 15 minute wait for TWO tacos. Why wouldn't you tell me that BEFORE checking me in? I had a screaming baby in the car. I have no clue why I even tried. My son wanted Taco Bell, and I should've gone with my first thoughts. The shell on the chalupa was extremely hard. The nacho fries were soggy and stale and looked nothing like nacho fries! The food was cold as if everything was left out at room temperature. I called and complained and said I'd like a refund. However, because I ordered through the Taco Bell website, I have to contact the Taco Bell number, smh. They aren't open until Monday. Lesson learned. If you are visiting this location, do not order on the app or website! They will not refund you if there is an issue!

I went through the drive through tonight around 1am as I work third shift and my options are slim for food at this time. The lady who answered had an attitude and told me they would only serve regular tacos so I asked if nachos were available because they have the same toppings as the regular tacos. I want to call corporate how bad our experience was and all. The food was horrible and absolutely cold. I had a special order and they unable to read the order appropriately where I had to ask for them to remake it. We waited from 524 pm to 540 pm to get not fresh food in dine in as dine in chop liver as no way on kiosk to say fresh order. Fast food should be fast always with the wages more then regular minimum wage as they make more then some in the medical field. In addition to this, they want to argue that they didn't make a mistake and all. Customers shouldn't get stale food and non fresh food as no one loves or enjoys cold food as arguing with customers is highly not appreciated. You bring the concerns to them and wait so long to get the food finding out they threw the receipt out to disagree with the truth.

One of our people gave an order and was told we don't have that. It's on your menu. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in about 2 decades. Will not return. Food mediocre at best.
