This has got to be one of the worst taco bells in existence. The only way to get a mobile order in under 30 min is to go through the drive thru. And when u get it u better completely disassemble every item cause even if it looks right on the surface... surprise there will be random things that are totally disgusting. Its like they know exactly what u don't want in it and add it anyway. Even took it back to have them remake it and the employee argued with me about what comes on the taco and had to make the potatoes 2x cause they kept putting tomatoes in them when that's what I brought them back for. Complete disaster this restaurant is.

Hey, it's fast food! The line here is always long, a lot of people like this food. I don't go here often, but today I happen to catch the line when it was extremely short and I was hungry. It was a tasty treat to get a mixed sampler of food. I enjoyed it and it was affordable. The person at the intercom and window was very friendly. What more could you ask for?

This place... Yikes. It's the slowest service ever. It's BAD. Although I don't blame the workers, they seem consistently understaffed and possibly mismanaged. It's the closest location to me, so despite this, I still go there more often than I care to admit for a quick low $ meal. Lyneece is one of the sweetest fast food managers I've ever interacted with. Our order was kind of complex and she took the extra attention to make sure she heard everything correctly when taking the order itself, and even threw us some extra goodies for the wait time. Nothing beats this place at one or two in the morning after a night out. You might be hurting in the morning and be stuck in the bathroom but it sure does taste good the night before when you are half in the bag. It is 1:33AM we all been in line since before 12:15AM we are in a line of over ten. The woman working (3rd shift 12/31/24) stopped in the middle of this very long line. Terrible service, if you enjoy getting robbed, this is the Taco Bell for you. They managed to get 50% of my order right… the other half they didn’t even bother including. They took my money and didn’t provide anything in return. If you want to get your full order, I suggest you go elsewhere because you’re guaranteed to receive only half of your food from this location. Went through the drive thru, seen the car 2 ahead of me get there order, then the mom gave it out to all the kids in the car before realizing it wasn't her order, gave it back to the guy at the window, 10 minutes later, after she leaves and the car ahead of me leaves, I get my order right when I pull up to the window, pull into a spot and realize it's the bag the lady went through, every wrapper was opened, n one looked like someone ate off it, went inside to say hey y is all my items opened, n did you just give me this bag after someone else went through it, n gave it back? I'm changing my review due to the increase in issues with this location. Today for example, made my order, difficult to hear the kid through the speaker, get to the window and he can't figure out how to take a payment by card...... Not sure how that's possible. Then I see him toss the receipt in the trash without giving it to me. So after I get my order I ask for the receipt, not that hard to reprint one right? Wrong, kid looks at me like I asked him the hardest question ever and says it must have fallen in the trash and then stares blindly at me. The reason for asking for the receipt is due to how often this location messes up orders and tends to forget items or entire meals from an order, don't believe me? Try ordering thru GrubHub or doordash. Chances are the order will be wrong and things will be missing. So now the problem is if there's an issue with the food I ha e no way to prove what I ordered to ha e it corrected. It's also a shame that a review like this will go unheard and unnoticed. But either way, here ya go. Hope this helps somebody out there to be more cautious when ordering at the drive thru.

Getting to the point of why I am writing this review has to do with the way this specific location is being ran.

On average during your late night rush, I, as well as other customers, are waiting on average 30-45 minutes from the time we get here to the time we are served!
Not exaggerating!
The other thing I don't understand and this would actually help this long would be if you kept your lobby n on a consistent basis and not when your management feels like locking the doors!!!
Many of us have already placed our orders for pickup and don't want to have to wait another 30-45 minutes just to get our orders.
It would be easier just to walk in and pick up our orders!!

There are many people that wait in your drive thru and some are rude, impatient because of this reason.

Is there away your management can look into this or theses issues?

We visited Taco Bell this morning, 2/7/24. The girl at the register was very pleasant and respectful. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered breakfast burritos. They were ice cold. My wife asked to have hers reheated as she couldn't eat it that cold. An employee made her a new one instead, stating that they had no way to heat it up. The new one was somewhat warmer. After the meal, I went up to the employee who prepared the burritos and let her know that the food was ice cold. She looked at me like she didn't care, and did not respond at all, just giving me a blank look like she didn't care. When we order a hot entree, we expect hot food! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The other burritos were so cold, my wife took them home and microwaved them for lunch.

Trust the reviews and avoid. No filling in the tacos. Soon they'll be selling just tortillas for almost $3. All the hard shells were stale. 2 quesadillas with Chipotle sauce instead of the creamy jalapeño. One of the two quesadillas was legit half a quesadilla, and I dont mean it was only cut in two pieces. It was ONE tortilla folded in half. Potatoes tasted like old burnt oil. Wrong sodas. The Taco Bell at 3358 Douglas Ave in Racine, Wisconsin is one to avoid. Did I say avoid? Trust me, don’t go here! Thus is the slowest fast food restaurant anywhere in the world. I was Stuck in a drive thru line for 56 minutes. It was absolutely insane. When I finally got my order I could see only 2 employees. The older woman was telling the person in the back “are you ready for the next order?” Did he leave for 30 minutes? Customers that were lucky enough to be in line farther back in the parking left after a few minutes. Sadly I was trapped in the line of cars surrounded by trees and giant bushes. No way could you even dive over the curb to escape. One person went to go inside and the doors were locked. I told him it’s been almost a hour in line. He jumped in his car and left. I’m not even mad at the 2 employees. What’s sad is i mentioned this to others and it happened to them. My last trip to that location. Hopefully corporate can close this location or sell to a new owner.

I can’t say anything good about this Taco Bell. I live nearby and every time I go here it takes half an hr to get my mobile order (pretty sure they don’t work on it til I get there). The tacos are are about 25% full. And most of the time the staff lock the doors to prevent customers from coming in. I actually forget what a real tacobell food is like until I visit a different location and get food quickly and well made. It sucks because occasionally I can tell someone new starts and wants to do good but that lasts like a week and then it’s back to awful. This has been the quality since covid. I can't be relied too heavily for my opinion about Taco Bell. There are only two dishes there I've ever liked. I find their food is bland and the appearance and care to be lacking.

Oh boy. First it took over 30 minutes to get to the window. Then they gave us the wrong order which I guess happens since we had the same name. They had to make the whole order which took another 10 minutes. After all that they forgot a DLT Supreme.

1st order, I came around 530 and it was absolutely trash. Empty burritos and all.

2nd order: 1230am Saturday, the order was perfect and everything was filled. WOW

1st order was horrible during dinner hours, 2nd was surprising perfect. Should be a 2 1/2 but it’s definitely not a 3

Ordered through grub hub early morning, showed up missing an item (which was part of a box, also missing) had to drive there (defeats purpose of delivery) no one at the counter, not at all busy. Get the missing item, come home and no napkins or sauce and the quesadilla is half empty! The place had no customers! How in the heck does someone mess that up?

Navea (not sure how to spell it sorry) was very kind, quick, respectful and funny. We joked and laughed even for the short experience I had with her. She definitely enjoys her job here. She delivered great service and made me feel like a respected customer.

staff was rude to us over slushies that they forgot to give us, they gave us the wrong size of the slushies and then when we asked for the correct size they got mad over us not saying the size but walked away before we could when we first asked. the tables were sticky, but the food was very good.

It seems that no matter what I order the food is always cold in literally just thrown sloppily together. At times some of the things I order don't have all the ingredients listed in the soda is always so funny tasting and watered down this is more so during the evening shift. Being that this place is open late and on the north side my husband and I will frequent drive up and order food. This past year or even longer the service has been terrible. Simple order, my husband orders a cravings box and I get a chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast with fire sauce; occasionally we’ll add a crunch wrap. Well for the crunch wrap the toppings are not distributed well and we never get our sauce. Well today my husband went again and saw there was no sauce, he went back around and asked through the speaker if there was any fire sauce since he asked for some and they didn’t put it in there and he was told there was not (so why not offer any other options or just say there’s no fire sauce), he asked if there was other sauce and he was told there was so he was stuck behind cars before he got to the window. When he got to the window and asked for sauce the lady gave him some fire sauce along with hot sauce, although he was just told they were out. We live on the north side and at this rate we’ll probably start going to the Washington location for hopefully a better service.

P.S. my husbands cravings box did not come in a box…
