Service is pretty bad most days store is dirty. Super slow to get the food and they often run out of lettuce and other food items. Most of the time you can count on your order being wrong and if its right its usually not very good. The prices are ridiculous for the food and quality of service. I did try this new apple thing. It was hard and tasted like a pop tart without frosting. For the price of it i could have gotten several McDonald's apple pies and been just as disappointed. We honestly only go here if drinking has been involved.

So I would order online like and he and half before they close or earlier, it would be revived and I would never get that order. Lastnight I called about it and they said they had it and hung up, I only got a notification about it being cancelled. They also will have online things that aren’t available to the store. Me and my boyfriend also ordered Taco Bell today, they failed to bring two items, one drink and then a Carmel apple empanada. Overall just a bad experience with this store, honestly making me not want to order from taco bell again.

Inside of the restaurant is small but nice. Service is usually slow but the employees are nice. The food quality and quantity varies sometimes but is usually good.

Placed order online for 5 meals. This has worked really well in the past at other Taco Bell locations. Our order was still in "received" status after 30 minutes so we drove to the window to check on it only to be met with "we'll get working on that". The "meals" were not boxed individually like we've received at other Taco Bell locations. The food was put into 2 bags and only 1 item was marked and each of our "meals" had different items.

I wouldn't recommend ordering online after the lobby closes at this location. It might be better during the day 🤷‍♀️

The guy told me they had no lettuce. I let it go. So I open my taco..no lettuce? My crunchy tako was meat and cheese. Wheres the lettuce? Also the crunchwrap without lettuce is just flat meat sandwhich. Not to mention the soggy crunch part. It was still fire even though there was one tomato on it. Again, no lettuce. Just want to give a shout out to Rice Lake, WI Taco Bell. I was in there today sent by craving driven teenager. My chip wasn't reading on my debit card after a few failed attempts the GM came over and swiped his chime card and paid for my entire order. Acts of kindness should never go unnoticed. He didnt have to do that and refused any sort of repayment. Thankful and grateful.

Went in with my niece whose 5. She wanted the nuggets and we accidentally pressed the spicy ranch dip (super small letters on the package) we went up to ask them if they had a more kid friendly option, they said they only have avocado ranch which they would have to charge us .85 cents for it even though her nuggets come with a option to dip. My beefy five layer burrito had two layers: cheese sauce and refried beans. I took one bite and threw the rest away after I dissected it and only found nacho cheese and beans. Our nacho fries were also dumped out into our bag. We payed for extra salsa on the app. We got our food without any sauce in the bag so I asked for some thinking they missed that part of our order. Instead of giving us the sauce we payed for they grabbed a giant handful of hot sauce packets and rolled it into a ball and double fisted it out the window at us… none of which were the sauce we payed extra for. Every single time I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell they have messed up my order, and when I called and talked to the general manager, I got hung up on told to contact the app and there’s nothing they can do about it. I don't know how a place that has as long or longer wait time than McDonald's when you are all alone the drive throu continuously makes mistakes every time I order. I know this review may make me sound like an impatient person but believe me I have no problem waiting. But when I wait 10 minutes to get my supreme tacos no lettuce I'd say out of a dozen times I've been there only 3 times did they actually have the sour cream and tomatoes. And I use the online ordering and place the order 5-10 minutes before I get there so in reality they have 20 minutes to make sure my simple order is done right and it almost never is. It just feels like it has to be intentional to scam customers out of a couple bucks because the only other explanation is these people are so dimwitted and if that is the case it's an absolutely terrifying thought that they can drive, vote, and have kids.

Went in at around 12am. On Google it says the restaurant was still open, I walked inside the lobby. The man who greeted me was surprised and said “you can’t legally be inside here.” So I said, “can I order through your drive through?” To which he responded, “no, it’s a liability, you’ll need to DoorDash if you want food.” So I walk a mile back to my hotel and place a DoorDash order, only to find out this specific Taco Bell charges $0.44 more per taco via DoorDash and the deceptively remove proteins as the default option so I ended up with tacos with NO MEAT.

I changed my review from 3 stars to 4 because this place really really took advice and turned things around. Not sure if they have new management or what, but it really improved.

They are open when they say they are open, the food is fast and 9/10 times is right (that’s amazing for any fast food place.) even when I have a complicated and large order it’s right or at least super close.

You all are working hard there and I appreciate you so much. Thank you for helping me feed my family when I am too sick to cook or when they just crave a delicious chalupa. Speaking of, one thing you guys CAN work on is maybe putting more meat in items. They are usually skimpy. Not sure if that’s new specs but come on give us the meat. :)

Y’all are good, but you CAN be better. Take a little more care building the food and more meat. This Taco Bell is more expensive than the one near my house in California, yet you get half the meat. Fix this.

Earlier today, I visited through the drive-thru. Not only was the wait time horrendous, but the employee that took our order, she was rude, n cut me off multiple times. When we got to the drive-thru window to pay...said employee seemed to be the same one that took our order....At least from the sound of her voice and huge attitude. I would have absolutely been able to overlook the entire encounter if after we had received our order, however if we weren't completely appalled by the terribly pungent cat pee oder that we smelled as we were handed our order.... it was the most disgusting smell that had mixed w/ the taco bell aroma, I will never eat at taco bell ever again. The employee had blue hair.... didn't catch her name! I can only hope that management will take the initiative to
address this issue moving fwd. Thank you!!!

Look, caviling about fast food is silly. Something has to be seriously out of whack for criticism to be anything but petty meanness. Service was somewhat slow here at lunch. It seemed two sweet older ladies were holding down the fort. Eight of us ate here. Seven orders came through fairly promptly. Mine arrived last, about 10 minutes after the rest. Not friendly at all!! Ordered tacos and a barrito. My tacos were on the bottom and all broken. Barrito was on the top on the tacos . The barrito was OLD and stuck to the wrapping. I lost half the barrito because of it. The meat taste like dog meat as it's definitely NOT beef!!! Beyond disappointed and done wasting my money here. The customer service is terrible and my order is always wrong. Just wasted my money and the order was completely wrong in every aspect.

Terrible. Wait in drive thru for almost a half hour. Order was messed up. Went back through they still didn’t get order correct. The food was thrown in a bag in a manner we grabbed a soft shell taco and it spilled all over the other items. Was just shrugged off by kid in drive thru.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no assistance. There was one person inside waiting at their table for food and one person at the drive up window. The 5 employees stared at us and still didn’t help. Ended up leaving, and told the lady walking in not to waste her time.

Went to the drive through for lunch, ordered a party pack. The tacos were all super sloppy and watery, they were just thrown in the box without any care which led to the box falling apart completely. I asked for sauce at the window as well and they did not give me any. I understand staffing issues right now but this was the worst TBell experience I have had.

It's always a toss up if they'll be open or not based on staff shortages, but this location makes up for it based on how much they load everything up when it is open. I've gotten a probably shameful amount of Taco Bell in my life, and I have never gotten fatter burritos and cheese roll ups in my life. It was like double the amount of filling I normally get. Incredible, really.

This has got to be the best taco bell in history. Let's just say we got treated like kings here. As I walked up the manager open the door for me. She literally went out of her way and opened that door. And they gave us extra food. And they brought the food to us. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that it's not at my house. But my friend Steve went to the bathroom and blew it up. And he said "that toilet paper is really soft"

Good grief. Let me tell ya bud. Never had better service at a fast food joint in my gosh darn life. They opened the door for us, let us dine inside, gave us extra food for doin a little favor 😏, and the food was exquisite. They brought the food to us so we didn’t even have to get up and they let us use the bathroom. Felt like royalty. Wish I had this service every single day!

We went here on Sunday May 8th & noticed several patrons waiting for there food. I understand they are busy but we waited 45 minutes for our food! They gave us free coupon & cinnamon sugar twists for waiting. Better than nothing but when food did finally come it was luke warm tacos & nacho fries cold. Yuck! Would not recommend this location. Very poor service!
