Just went to taco bell and there was a worker with green/blue and black hair, who said we can’t get nacho fries because they close in 10 minutes, well they actually closed in 40 minutes. And He kept leaving the intercom for long periods of time. Then when we got to the window he didn’t speak one word, we asked for sauce and he closed the window on us. Then we said thank you and once again he looked away and said nothing.

Brayden is such a kind man. He is great at taking my order and always has a welcoming face. When I pull up and see his smile. I get full of excitement to order. He is the only reason I come to this Taco Bell. Even though its 16 miles from my house. Its better than going to the Taco Bell in Antioch, which sucks. Placed an online order, got to the drive-through, and sat there forever. No one came. I went to the window and no one was there. Called, and no one answered. Repeated this several times. Meanwhile, my online order was on the screen, and the employees car was in the parking lot. The doors were also locked, but it was 8:20. My order on the app said received, but since they had it on their screen, I could not cancel my order. I drive home and check the app again so I can cancel, but it now says it's being made. Not only have I wasted my gas and time, I get to waste more time by waiting to call corporate from 11-7pm to have this refunded. The workers were great, the place was clean. We head to this Taco Bell quite a bit! In the past, the accuracy of the order was questionable, but recently things have improved greatly.
