Its Taco Bell of course the food is not a 5 star but what is is the staff. A few weeks ago I went to the drive thru after a night of debauchery and shenanigans. And they are always so great a 3 am as I do this every Friday and Saturday...what can I say I love karaoke and on the weekends I sing like a song bird who was hit by a bat...any ways...As I was slurring my speech I opted to order from the app...cuz I barely understood myself...we went home and my Chalupa was missing!!! I called at 3 am and THEY ANSWERED...they said they would replace it. Today I ran in to get it and without hesitation they made it didnt ask my name and said here you go...so thanks Taco Bell for making sure my drunk ass is fed and for making sure you fixed your mistake...if you ever want to come sing with me...bring a Baja Blast and come to Limanski's Pub on 89th and Greenfield in The Dirty Stallis and sing...my man's the karaoke host....we can sing a duet! "ITS RAINING TACOS"

Went there the other night and waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. They were completely under staffed and even said at the speaker that they were very under staffed and it would be a long time. The guy toasting up my husband's food only pushed one sides timing button which I could see through the window when I was paying ever though there were two items and he didnt even cut them into triangles which its supposed to be cut into. They need to hire people,it was not a great experience and numerous cars drove away because the wait was so ridiculous.

Honestly, I don't typically review fast food restaurants unless they are really outstanding or one of the worst experiences I've ever had. In this case this Taco Bell was one of the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. My husband and I had to drive to our son's soccer game 40 minutes away from home, and decided to stop on the way to grab a bite to eat.
The employees were so courteous and mindful of their customers, I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good as well, the taco shells seemed especially fresh, very crisp and not greasy.
I don't know if I will be back that way, but if I do, we agreed that we definitely go there again.

Today, I went into Taco Bell to pickup a mobile order. I was greeted by two smiling employees by the name of Marcus and Michael. they were extremely short staffed - heard one of the workers say that they were short 3 people today. lines were wrapped around the building and about 10 people in the lobby. we waited about an hour in the drive thru but the lady at the window was extremely apologetic and gave us free drinks for the wait. it was worth the wait though because their food is better than any other taco bell in the area

I used to not like coming here. Recently the 1st shift crew has their operation in order. The manager there has the team performing at a high level that I have not seen there before. He is super nice and has good rapport with his team. He proactively sought out a clarification on my order and nailed it. I also saw him fix a situation for another customer. The workers were in good spirits and very personable. I'll be back.

The food was good - quite the wait. The staff were as nice as they can be when they we working their rears off. Very friendly.
They made a mistake on my order. I ordered two drinks and only received one cup. Normally, I would have corrected the mistake, but honestly, these employees had A LOT of things to do. My missing soda wasn't going to kill me.
I don't like to order from a kiosk, but that's the way it works now in a lot of restaurants. I stop here maybe once a year. I look forward to my next visit.

Came to get 4 Tacos nothing hard and asked for Diablo sauce at the speaker. We were not given our Diablo sauce and then got greeted with the worst customer service ever. Red headed/ginger old lady was the rudest employee ever. Maybe it was because I forgot to ask how she is doing? But she mumbled under her breath why are we asking for sauce and gave us the worst look ever and then slammed the sauces in my hand and slammed the drive through window on us. If you aren’t going to be nice to the people who pay your paycheck then why are you hired there? Put the fries in the bag lady you work at Taco Bell. Learn your morals and be more kind in life maybe something will go your way. Not coming back because of her.

Doors were locked at 10pm despite being able to see multiple people inside eating, as well as their website saying the dining room is open until midnight. In the span of 2 minutes I saw 5 different people try to enter the dining room besides myself, so this is affecting multiple customers. Other reviews on here suggest this is a common occurrence as well, which is highly disappointing.

I absolutely love taco bell, and this is the closest location to my home by a long shot. However, I cannot find it in myself to come to this store anymore. Every single order I have placed, there has been an issue. Either a forgotten item, a missed substitution, or a 30+ minute wait time. Today, I placed an online order to be picked up in store, since I figured the drive through wait line would be long. I showed up and the interior was locked, so I had to come through the drive through where I was told it would be a 20+ minute wait. A 20 minute wait for an order that I placed to be picked up at a specific time nearly an hour ago is ridiculous. I understand that the workers can’t do much about the wait times due to being understaffed, but locking the interior before 9pm is ridiculous. With the amount of errors and inconveniences in all of my orders, this store just simply isn’t worth my time or money anymore.

I’m not one to write this type of review, but service at this location has got to be addressed. Back in the day Taco Bell was known for is rapid service, like 2 minute turn around. Today we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Got here and not one person was served, 4 in front of us. No sense of urgency. No explanation. Complete lack of accountability for anything going on. Can even order through an employee, have to use kiosk. Will likely not return again until this is resolved. Sad to see mismanagement causing these results. Should get 0 stars but give it 1 as food was okay, order was not complete either. Very disappointing and time consuming.

Went for lunch earlier at around 1PM. The lady behind the counter was very nice but boy, the kid preparing the food had some issues (seemed paranoid or wanting to pick a fight for no reason). I was just talking with my father and our eyes must have crossed paths with his for a half second, so he asks us "you guys got any problems?" We just respond saying "We were just talking, nothing against you", to which he then aggressively says "Yeah, whatever". He then proceeds to just throw our food on the counter once it was ready as well as my dad's drink. I would have ate more, but didn't feel like it cause honestly I was afraid he was gonna spit in my food or something judging from his attitude. The kid I am talking about has curly black hair, skinny, in his late 20s, about 5 foot 9. Think I will look and see if he is the one preparing the food before eating here moving forward.

This is the second time. You order in the app with in store pickup. You get there and the lobby is closed and you have to pickup on the drive thru and the line is 10 deep. If this is the case, update your app and say the lobby is closed

Want to give 0 stars but I will give 1 as I did get a refund and my food. Waited 1 full hour for my order. I am not one to make a scene in public or restaurants but finally had enough after waiting for 45 minutes for fast food. Another positive was that they were actually staffed with 4 or 6 people. Just no urgency in filling orders, mobile and door dash orders slowing them down more. Instead of immediately apologizing and speeding up the order, i and other customers were met with anger and excuses. I finally told them to scrap my order and refund me the $50. Yes $50 for 4 people, prices are ridiculous!
The manager did finally calm down, apologized, got my order filled and refunded me for the extremely long wait.
I know finding employees is difficult but at least communicate with your customers that are waiting forever for their fast food order. Communication goes a long way

Workers in back were listening to loud, inappropriate music, some standing around. The drive-thru person had long, greasy-looking hair that was unrestrained. We went in, ordered at the kiosk, and went to sit down and wait for our name to be called, as instructed by the kiosk. It was 7 pm on a Friday and there were 2 other people waiting and 3-4 cars in the drive through.
After 15 minutes, I checked my credit card app to make sure the transaction had gone through. After 30 minutes, we went up and asked for the cups for our beverages, I also asked how much longer it would be, and I was told it was going to be “quite a while yet”, as there were Door Dash and drive through orders piling up that take priority. I asked if we could get a refund, and was told I needed to wait for a manager.
After waiting 45 minutes for our FAST FOOD tacos, we finally got a refund and left. Unreal. Apparently if you actually want to eat Taco Bell you have to drive through. Otherwise you just get to sit around and listen to the kitchen gossip while you smell everyone else’s food.

When walking in to order there was a older lady who didn't know how to use the kiosk and she was told that it's not that hard and easy to do and the ponytail gentlemen just left to go back over to the drive thru area after also telling us at 7:00 pm on Friday he couldn't take orders cause the drawer wasn't set up.
The best of this trip then came while ordering the employees in the back began to discuss how being gay was bad and that they don't have anything against it but it's just not there cup of tea, after this they decided to then talk about drunk kissing people and how it's sometimes fun to do it to multiple people in a night...
The then kicker of all this was the two girls making the food were sucking on lollipops while making people's food at this point we stopped our order and just left...
I would like a response on how you plan to handle this situation going forward considering your employees are literally speaking about things that have no place in the workplace..

This location is probably THE WORST Taco Bell in the country!!
The food is never correct or of any kind of quality.
Staff is horrendously rude and treats you like you're interrupting their social media time. Manager Magdalena set a fantastically bad example by getting profane and trying to reach through the drive thru window to fight because the poor quality of the food was brought up...what a classy lassy!! This location needs a massive internal clean sweep!! I understand why this place has more negative reviews than normal..the only positive reviews are from store employees, trying to save face.

These guys always knock it out of the park!! With fast food joints failing daily and just lacking any bit of quality in the already lower quality food... The employees at this location are already friendly and they always get my orders right. When i came inside to pick up my online order the other day one of the employees had to bring their baby to work. The baby was safely sitting outside of the kitchen in a booster with toys... some may see this is bad, but as someone who worked hard like that it's a sign of a good employee... They came to work even though they could have stayed home with their baby. What a good character! Keep up the good work guys!

Even though the door says they open at 9 am they told me they open at 10. I arrived at 9:52 am by foot because I walked over from my job. I was denied service through the drive through because I was on foot. The lobby was closed due to them not having enough workers. I was treated very poorly and bad just a few minutes ago by a younger female employee and an older male employee who just looked at me and walked away while I was at the door. There is a lot of restaurants in the area so I’ll recommend you take this advice and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t even return for a glass of water during a fire!

I took a bite of my food as I drove off, and it taste like someone had SPIT toothpaste in my burrito! I spit everything out and throw out the entire food! It was so disgusting! Im sure that's what they were giggling about! So disgusting! I hope people read this and be cautious about eating at this location!!!

8/19/23. What a joke. This location used to be the best around but has really gone down the crapper. I've been understanding with lobby being closed or drive thru being closed and having to order inside or super slow service with so little workers but tonight tops it. I waited in a line wrapped around the building all the way to the drive thru for over 30 min just to get up to order and be told they are only doing web orders and door dash! (Has to be some sort of joke right) I had him repeat to make sure. I said I can't order. No. I said you should probably tell this whole line of people since we've been waiting for quite a while (unaware we can't order). All he said was yeah I'm well aware. I have never been more livid. Absolutely unacceptable. Let your customers know instead of wasting their time!! Only reason for even getting any star is because I can't post without.

This taco bell is terrible. The few times I've ever seen them open, the food has been terrible and service even worse. They do not allow anyone into the store (and haven't for a few years) you can't order in the drive through either. The only way you can get food is to order door dash from them. Which I find to be absolutely insane. Just shut this place down already.

The drive through prices are incorrect (lower than what they charge) and more times than not your order is messed up. With everything being increased in price considerably, it is also one of the most expensive fast food options now.
Update: Went there for the first time since the previous review due to just wanting taco bell. The place has somehow gotten even worse. The advertised deals are double here than what is advertised on the radio and tv and the food is absolutely garbage. The only thing that they put anything in is the bean burritos while everything else you might get maybe a tablespoon of ground beef for an entire dish. Last time going back

If you can't take care of customer specifications then my suggestion to you is to please shut it down. It's my mistake I should have read the feedbacks and chosen not to go. But i guess you proved that the all negative feedbacks are TRUE to every word..... your staff can't understand what NO cheese means. My food was loaded with cheese ..even on the ticket I was clearly written NO CHEESE NO SOUR CREAM.. or atleast arrange some English reading classes for your staff. This was saukville outlet.. Just the most pathetically bad restaurant. Made a mobile order and was going to pick up at the drive thru. There were 5 cars there when I got there. 45 minutes later, ONE CAR was served. Meanwhile, three people went in the restaurant and were just hanging out behind the counter without a care in the world.
A pickup truck then drove by the waiting cars and was telling people that it's going to be 20 minutes just for the next person to be served! All this while the dope at the window stood and did absolutely nothing.
Don't waste your time with this sad excuse for a Taco Bell and its incompetent workers. This abomination should be razed and turned into something more useful, like an empty field.

We just left and are shocked by the staff. They were loudly having a conversation about some girl quitting and using foul language a lot. Then 4 staff members ran out towards a black truck laughing-while we stood inside waiting for our order.
