Went through drive thru and you could tell one of the other employees was on the headset to the drive thru cashier, making him laugh like what he was hearing was inappropriate. And I felt like my food might have been messed with. Uncomfortable interaction wasn't very nice on the speaker or at the window. Did not say anything other than what was the total for my meal. Went to the grande Ave Schofield location, ordered 2 nacho fries boxes with no lettuce on the hardshell tacos, pulled off the drive thru, checked the tacos in the parking lot, had lettuce, pulled through the drive through made them aware of the mistake, they said 2 more tacos no lettuce they would give us, 2 more frickin tacos with lettuce we got home checked and sure enough. Called the location and they said we work over 10 hours a day and it's just tacos don't yell at us, we'll sad enough all of our food is cold and we got nothing but tacos with lettuce on them, ridiculous you really think they deserve even close to 15 an hour your crazy. Night shift person who answered the ohone just complained and said it was our fault for choosing taco bell ay 1230 in the morning. Frickin ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous we should get what we pay for and us requesting no lettuce saves the company money, not wastes it. Thanks assh*les.

It seems that Door Dash and Uber Eats orders are this stores main priority. We ordered on the kiosk inside the building for dine-in. Our food took 20 mins (for 4 items and 2 drinks) and when the worker put the food up on the counter, drink cups were not on the tray and we waited another couple of minutes for those before reaching over the counter and grabbing them ourselves. Food was cold when we sat down. Lesson: if they’re busy, just go someplace else.
