Tacos were so cheaply made my husband said we could have stayed home and just eaten a bag of tortilla chips. Also, we asked for a senior discount at the window, ( not at the speaker) as every other Taco bell tells us to do so they can actually verify we're seniors, but we weren't given the discount. The unfriendly girl said "I didn't hear you ask at the speaker and I'm the manager so I would have given it then." Seemed like a new team member training from the person they were replacing, so we waited for a very long time. There was pretty poor service no matter how you spin it though, we were asked for our order, then ignored for over ten minutes while they took the second lanes order instead. Due to us needing a few seconds to be clear on what I was telling the drive thru lady. She never came back to the drive thru speaker, so I pulled straight up to the window, and STILL WAITED OVER 5 MINS FOR HER TO COME TALK TO US..

It took 4 times to make 3 hardshell supreme tacos. I piad 4.20$ for steak ang they gave me ground beef. They were supposed to be supreme they were regular with very little lettuce and cheese. Them again supposed to be hard shell i got soft shell. We went there at about 9pm on 05/03/25. The drive thru lady was extremely rude. One of the items I ordered was a small regular nachos. She said what kind of nachos I said just the chips and cheese. She said next time if I don’t specify she would just give me cheese. My daughter asked for chicken nuggets with ranch. When we got to the window she didn’t say anything and just held her hand out for payment. When we got our food my daughter became extremely ill. She had been given fire ranch instead. I had also gotten a grilled stuffed burrito that was completely flat like it had been stepped on.

The quantity of food is not near what it used to be. 9$ luxe box was not luxe by any means, I figured for 9 dollars I’d be full. Nope, lettuce galore and tiny amounts of food, no ice tonight for the drink. And it didn’t come in a box as advertised because god forbid. I used to like the bell but Culver’s is just down the street. My dog didn’t even want those cinnamon twists. It was just enough to make me mad is all it was. Make tacos at home cause they’re making a killing off of a tablespoon of cheap meat. Also, my vehicle may need an alignment after going through that drive thru.

I ordered 2 hard tacos and 1 chili cheese burrito with Xtra cheese. Tacos came with a table spoon of meat if that and so little cheese I couldn't see it. Both tacos were broke in 1/2 because no food in them. Chili burrito was so small it was ridiculous. I never complain but this was horrible. $7 and some change wasted. Not anymore

I just had an amazing experience at Taco Bell! The food was fantastic; fresh, flavorful, and served quickly.

Absolute had no sour cream in them, one end was little beef, other end was refried beans, approx. 3/4 of the Burrito in the center was nothing but lettuce a few tomatoes and a very small amount of cheese. My friend and I ordered at the same time on the kiosks, we were two of three people in the lobby, and she got her food within ten minutes. I waited 40.
