Won’t take your order in the drive-through unless you order through an app or through DoorDash absolutely ridiculous. Don’t recommend if you have to go for an order for Taco Bell. I don’t know man. The grilled cheese burrito didn’t have any meat in it? And no it wasn’t the black bean one. The quesadilla wasn’t grilled and was mostly shell. The service was forever. Order was about 85% correct, but at least the food was warm. Trash and food all over the floors, almost every table was dirty. We ordered and waited over half an hour for our food, and in this time multiple people came in, ordered, got their food, and the drive through was flowing. Speaking of the dining room. Its gross. You have 5 people there at 2:30 and NO ONE is doing bathroom or lobby. Ive sat here for an hour and watched 5 cars come through but not a soul in the front. In my day when I was a manager, 2-4 there were 2 people on line 1 was even working both drive and front counter, and 1 was doing the dining room. The manager could do interviews but I did not hear her one time to tell anyone to clean this area. There was no soap in the woman's bathroom. Come on people do better.

Update: Still by far the best of the two stores. Everything about it, from the cleanliness of the store, to the upkeep of the property is better. They put care into preparing your food, and packaging it. The order and all customizations are correct. The wait time is acceptable (has improved greatly since last review). I've heard both locations are owned by the same person, so I don't understand how they can be so vastly different in quality from eachother. If you want Taco Bell in Sheboygan, this is the better store to pick.

This is BY FAR the better of the two Taco Bells in Sheboygan. It's definitely worth driving a couple minutes farther if you have to. They put more care into both preparing your food, and packaging it.

My daughter & I came in, placed a big order & the staff were on point. We were told about a wait due to staffing, and we were fine with that. We were treated respectfully, professionally, and with dignity. Our order was perfect despite one of our burritos being a difficult order. I deliver food, don't even eat here, and can only imagine what it's like being a customer at this location, especially at night. I waited an hour for the order I had to deliver last night! They can't even come out and let people know what's going on. Customer service lacks so much there. I don't know if they just don't understand that they need to communicate better by simply walking outside?? For the people behind me, they let everyone drive up to the drive through speaker that was waiting forever, drive up, just to find out they were closed. The one in front of me, I had to call and ask what was happening, they said the headset ran out of batteries?? For 20-30 min?! Let us know then?! I was also told my order was ready with them and through my system. When I waited 25 min more, pulled up, they said they couldn't find it, ran out of meat, etc.... I said.....some things..... They ended up finding the order... And I think they said a few things to me that were uncalled for. I'm not sure, I just left with my order and didn't want to hear it. I did a delivery ordered of the Crunchwrap, vegan fries and 5 pack each of two different hot sauce. When the delivery driver drop off my order and left, I went and open my order. Tacos are essentially my after-work beer. I drop by, use the tablet to order, get my food, and go. I order mostly the same thing every time. Sometimes it's good, sometimes its not. You can tell the staff want to do well, and sometimes they miss. Occasionally their dining room is locked midday. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes they are slow. They gave me a handful of "free tacos" coupons last time I waited for a while. That was nice but I usually don't use the cash register to place orders so I probably won't use them. First, you have to place your order at a kiosk, nobody will actually greet you when you walk through the door or help take your order. Further, the place was disgusting inside. Not one table was cleaned, food all over the floors etc. Do not recommend going here.

I doordash for here and the guy working the window today handed us a bag that was covered in sauce and grease. Also he forgot some of the food and didn't hand us the drink and when we said we needed a drink he just shook his head and made a small when it was supposed to be a large and a blue raspberry breeze not just blue raspberry. He didn't even bother to ask us what size and he was just very rude all in general.

My kids love Taco Bell, I'm not really a fan, but it was late and was pretty much my only option. I got a steak grilled cheese burrito and a couple of supreme tacos and it was actually pretty good!

Make sure to examine your food before eating. Found a piece of black long hair in my taco after eating it halfway, and my hair is blonde. The food was also prepared very sloppy.

All but 2 tables had remnants of people sitting at them. Wasn't acknowledged when I arrived. Had to ask a employee to finish my order. While dining someone came in and I saw a car drive to the drive through. Car had ordered and recieved food before person inside was acknowledged at all. Food was good.
