Food is decent and the service is quick, but the people who work there definitely do not like their job, you can see it (both inside and I'm the drive through). Not a super comfortable place to eat, feels a bit dark and depressing. The food is often thrown together in a very haphazardly manner, and if you get it in the drive though, it's not super obvious which item you're opening, as they don't label them at all. Not the best TB, but certainly not the worst.

Took my parents here after a long day of driving. Pretty gross. The sauce packets were dirty and my dad was in the bathroom and an employee didn’t wash their hands.. nasty. Our food was sad, zero meat in the burritos and everything was cold. We got a lot of extras and paid extra for stuff that was not there when we got it. I mean at that point you’re paying double. It was ridiculous. I’m sure if corporate was there it would get a thumbs down. Unhygienic and disappointing.

Whoever was cooking after 10 pm on June 26th needs a raise. Their meat to condiment to topping ratio was absolutely perfect— this is something I expect to be bad (ie too much sauce, too much lettuce, not enough cheese) when I go to Taco Bell, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I hope when I go back I get the same line cook (or cooks) again, because if this is what I can expect at this location definitely expect to see me spending my money here again.

SPARTA, WISCONSIN—Window service is always a problem when it comes to food consistency and accuracy. I only go inside to order so there is a complete product instead of one half empty. I have always had a problem with this at the Sparta Wisconsin location. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, but the bathrooms in the gas station which they are attached to are usually disgusting. I try to go to Onalaska for my food as the food and service is always the same good consistent product. Update: Sick of this location. Today I ordered myself a breakfast Crunchwrap with extra creamy cheesy jalapeño sauce and I even told them to not forget to put the extra sauce on. He said ok and the manager was making the food. When I received my food and got home I started eating my Crunchwrap and I didn’t taste hardly any sauce as always. I pay for a product I expected to get it. THISLOCATION, SPARTA, WISCONSIN, NOT RECOMMENDED!

Living in a small town with limited food options and delivery, it goes without saying that it’s great to be able to experience great customer service and quality food. The reviews here are not surprising. We have ordered from this Taco Bell quite frequently and have yet to get an order that has been 100% correct. The food is quite frequently soggy and inedible due to the time it takes to receive your order. We found that ordering the taco filling separately from the shells made it so we could still enjoy our meal with crispy taco shells or any other adjustments that we needed by calling to request it. It was always a hassle to have to call and request this when they could make it easier to request food changes through Door Dash by allowing customers to do this through the app. We have usually been able to place our orders this way despite many errors in our orders in which we have had to very frustratingly fix through Door Dash. The last straw came when we placed our order and called the restaurant within 3 minutes after placing the order to request our food modifications. The order was for 15 total hard shell tacos. We were informed by staff and manager when calling that they had already started our order and it was too late to make changes. We canceled our order as they absolutely refused to accommodate our request less than 3 minutes after placing the order. I called the next day and talked to the manager, Kendra, and was told that she had been working the night before and per her instructions the order could not be changed to our request, despite telling her it had been only ordered 2-3 minutes prior. She informed me when talking to her the next day that she is the fastest taco maker and had already made most of our 15 tacos. If you can make almost 15 tacos within 3 minutes, refuse to accommodate customers requests, and respond with rudeness and indifference, you don’t deserve to be a manager of a restaurant that should be getting great reviews in this town. Time for a change Taco Bell, someone else needs to step up. Very disappointing. If you can make 15 tacos within 3 minutes? You weren’t making them, they were already made, and that’s why they are soggy and cold.

Food has really been hit or miss. With a lot more miss than hit lately. Rewards are horrible, disappearing in 30 days. Taco Bell seems to think that you have to eat there every day. Like every business they're overpriced and they have cut back on ingredients. My biggest complaint though is that the hard shell tacos fall apart and are a mess. It's not the same as it used to be. Not even close. The increase in prices is ridiculous for what you get. I don't know if we will ever go back.
The drive through is on the street side of the building and the traffic noise makes it hard for them to hear. We're always asked to repeat the order or have to practically yell for them to hear anything. We receive incorrect orders often and I am sure it's because they can't hear . The traffic noise is a problem for them.

Probably the worst workers I’ve ever had to interact with. I decline rounding up because i didn’t feel like doing it today and just wanted some food. I’m 100% convinced that it is standard operating procedure to NOT give sauce to people that ask for it, when ordering in the drive-thru.

Ask for it and they put it on the display. It’s on the receipt. Will you get it? Not a chance.

I’ve been to this location upwards of 10 times. Literally only one time out of 10 I’ve been given the sauce I asked for.

It’s to the point where I have hot sauce with me, because I know I won’t get it from this location.

But hey, maybe the sauce is coming from a personal supply and they’re running low. Who knows. Just be aware, if you ask, they wont give it to you.

If possible to score less than 0 that is what tonight’s visit deserves. I ordered food that was wrapped with incorrect item description showing so when I bit into one that was believed to be without sour cream it had sour cream so I went back to the drive up window as I had been in my car and told the gal I believed that there was sour cream on it she called another gal to the window and she told me yeah that’s your beefy 5 layer burrito and I replied that there was one wrapped that said burrito supreme on the outside and 2 labeled similar as bean 5 layer so I assumed these would be the 2 beefy melt burritos I ordered. I said well it was wrapped wrong and literally brought my other item to the window to show her. She said she had a trainee and it wasn’t her fault they wrapped it wrong. The gal said if I wanted to order another one I could. I asked about her replacing it since they wrapped it wrong and she said she was not going to replace it that it was not her fault that I bit into it. I said I only bit into it because it was marked wrong. She again said it wasn’t her fault that she was not replacing it but I could buy another one. I asked if she was kidding she said she was not replacing it and I told her she was ridiculous. I asked if there was a manager there and she said she was the manager. I asked for the number to the corporate office so I could file my complaint and she walked away from the window. I waited at the window and another gal told me that I need to step out of the line because she needed to wait on the customers coming up to the window so I did step back and the car waited before pulling up and couldn’t believe the issue I was having. The manager came back to the window and gave me the number I requested and I asked for her name and she said I’m not giving you my name. I said I believe you have to give me your name and she said no I don’t I’m not giving you my name. I ended up leaving after this. I will definitely be calling corporate office tomorrow!!!!!

What happened to "Stay Open Late". The Sparta, WI Taco Bell closes at 9pm. What has happened to Taco bell?!?! This is unacceptable. No other Taco Bell that I know of closes this early. I just moved here from Minneapolis. I went through drive thru and wanted extra sauce packets. Women said no one per item. Then she said if you get 5 items you will get 3. I'm not making this up! Was only given 2 napkins 1 for each person, asked for more , they did give me more but frowned upon it. We are talking messy items ( yes good food ) I know there is a storage of things didn't know napkins were one of them. Also had to eat pintos n cheese with a FORK , no spoons

My online order #903972 was supposedly lost in the computer even though my card had been charged. I then proceed to order some nacho fries i gave him a twenty. he opens the window hands me the bag and some coins. Tells me to call 1800tacobell and hurries me away. I stay and wait and ask for my change which he annoyingly gave me then 19$ back? I'm annoyed I feel like they don't know what they're doing with money.
